Марія (10/5): Exceptional - It was super easy to find apartment and check-in: the administration provided perfect instruction with all information. It was always easy and nice to communicate with the administration. Apartment is clean, fresh, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, 10 min walk to Matenadaran, one of the most impressive place I have ever been. I love my stay in Yerevan and this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality!
Injoung (4/5): Worst apartment of my trip - location This was the worst apartment during my 5-month trip to Europe. From the time of check-in, there was a power outage, so I couldn't stay in the apartment and had to wait outside until the evening.There may be a power outage, but this is the apartment where the host's reaction is the worst. The next day, I couldn't use the kitchen electricity, so the induction stove, refrigerator, etc. I had to throw away all the food I bought the day before and ate out for 4 days. What was even more absurd was the way the host responded. When I said the kitchen outlet was broken, she stopped contacting me. I sent her a few texts and contacted her. But she didn't keep her promise and stopped contacting me again. The bathroom water tap and toilet rattle and the bathroom light didn't turn on at once, so I was anxious for 4 days. I was glad when I left this apartment.
