So many restaurants to eat and a massive shopping center underneath the apartment. The apartment is lovely and comfortable but if you are planning to use the couch as a bed I would think again you couldn't even sit on it without sitting on a bar or support beam. It was even uncomfortable to sit on.
For the price some complimentary tea, coffee and milk wouldn't go astray as well as some salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen but you do get msg.
Maybe some water glasses would be nice.
- Shien (6/5): Great location but the apartment is showing wear and tear. - The location was incredible. Central to all we needed, shopping, restaurants and access to public transport at your doorstep. Free access to parking. Good size gym and pool. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the pool. Having a person to relay issues was helpful, however they were a middle person, almost like an answering service. *Locating the parking spot was challenging with illogical numbering of spaces. Watching the youtube video was necessary.
*The fob to get into residence parking kept malfunctioning and we had to ring security to let us in and out each time.
*The washing machine rubber gusset was completely moldy.
*The hand soap dispenser was totally empty, the bathroom sink was slow draining. When we lifted the stopper, it was disgustingly moldy.
*The balcony sliding door latch was broken and did not lock. Security issue.
*The clothes horse in balcony was broken.
*No Teabags supplied, only instant coffee sachets.
*Would have been nice to have basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper and cooking oil (but MSG was available!).
*Shower tiles showing signs of mold and needed a scrub.
*Overall the apartment was tastefully but cheaply furnished showing signs of wear and tear.

- Anita (9/5): Wonderful stay, in a great location - Lovely, bright and comfortable cozy apartment! Had everything you need. Comfy bed, wonderful view looking over towards the hills. Right above large shopping complex, which has lots of great food options etc. Secure carpark. Finding the entry to the carpark was a bit of a mission at first. A couple times after, l kept going into the wrong carpark entry. Eventually got it right. It’s the one with the green paint. Also, a bit of a walk from your designated car spot, to the elevator.

- Laybee (7/5): Overall. Its fine, but it will be enjoyable if the toilet door lock is fine and with an extra key. - Location is near the shopping mall There is only one access key. It's not convenient to go out alone or separately. The only toilet door cannot be closed and locked. We have to use the chair to block the door from opening.

- Santhosh (3/5): Apartment was good but service was poor - It was clean Quiet a few things. Instructions about parking was hidden in the booking and no email sent before check in. It was a pain to understand how to get into the apartment and no one would answer the call. It took us 30 mins to get in after a trying flight journey. Instructions to throw the bins( it took us 2 days to know where the bins were and have to take the rubbish with us) were sent very clearly in the email, however instructions to get in were not clear.
No coffee, sugar or creamer was available, it is a common courtesy to at-least have them.
Parking was charged on all occasions when called the owner they said to call the helpline however helpline was not always available and have to pay few times to get out as it was late in the night.

There's only 1 set of keys which was very inconvenient for my family of 6 to go out separately.

- Bill (8/5): Would recommend staying here - Perfect location for our needs We were confused by the car parking arrangements & access. Some kind staff members explained there were three separate buildings & units had the same numbers, in our case 614.
Apparently the suffix ‘B’ on our parking space meant we were located in tower ‘B’ , there was no other way we knew where we were staying.
Once made clear all made sense but it was a problem initially.
Further confusion was caused by the car park numbering system being somewhat random & as a consequence not easy to locate.
Once overcoming these initial issues the rest of our stay was perfect.
- Bo (10/5): Fantastic - Location was fantastic. Close to Glen Waverley railway station, buses were close. Apartment is above a shopping centre which had every retailer under one roof. Restaurant of all varieties. Parking was a bonus. Very well presented apartment with spacious two bedroom exceptionally well kept everything you need inside, it all worked. very quiet inside apartment. Easier getting in and out of the allocated car park was a pain. The white card just didn’t let us in or out so taking the car out was a pain.
- Guat (9/5): Superb - Arrangements for checking in and out were faultless. Information re checkin/out and other requirements were prompt. Good management. Facilities and environment were what was hoped for. Kudos to management. Just don't raise the price😂😂 Should look into cleaning contract. For hygienic concerns I cleaned the refrigerator. If I were the owner of the unit I'd be concerned about bathroom sink/shower outlets.

- Anonymous (8/5): Great location for shopping and restaurants and the facilities were good. - Location and was tidy. There is no one who can assist you face to face. We received 6 hand towels and no face washers ( in error I imagine) and felt it would be an inconvenience for them to fix this.

- Sylvia (8/5): This place gave me a relaxed vacation. - Great location just next to a big shopping mall. Food is extremely convenient. The mall is clean and tidy. The unit is well equipped with sound proof windows. The view is excellent and bright. Correspondence and pre check-in instructions are clear and prompt. I've got my rental car at the airport just 1 hour before arrive, they update the car plate and model no very efficient and very smooth when entering the carpark. The cleaniess of some kitchenware need to pay attention to, such as water boiler, coffee maker. As the coffee maker need special capsule, should remind customers to prepare if it is not provided. The parking space is not very easy to locate. It is recommend to unload luggage at the lift lobby before parking if you have bulky luggages.
