• Welson (1/5): Nightmare - none 1) Check-in procedure So , they did not put the access card inside the mailbox which the check-in procedure was slightly different from what we've been told. We only get to receive the access card after waiting for like 30 minutes in lobby. 2) Further request of Deposit Shouldnt have transfer the deposit to the management because as what they promised, they will be refunding the deposit within 1-2 days after check-out, But end up after 9 days only i get my deposit returned. Had been transferred to contact several PIC when i tried to get the deposit back. Very very lousy management group. 3) Pool was under maintainence. The pool was under maintainence which i havent been told by the owner earlier. 4) smelly room ( sleeping under sewer ) One of the room is smelly , imagine you get to sleep under sewer... 5) No parking access card , which is different from hotel advertisement. have to pay like RM30+ each day. although i get to refund the parking tickets. still this is very inconvenient. 6) Lousy management ( worst that i have met ) No indication on how to check-out. Had been contacting the PIC thru whatsapp and call for several times during check-out period. But no response at the time , sloppy directions. *Highly advice people to avoid Luzzeri suites management Legasi guesthouse*
