Perfect starting point for exploring the city. Host: 10/10 Exceptional hospitality. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay effortless. Amenities: 9/10 The washing machine was a lifesaver. However, a kettle would have been the cherry on top for tea lovers. The air conditioning was a godsend during the hot Florentine days. Overall: 8/10 Via Luna Firenze offers a fantastic location and a welcoming host. While there's room for improvement in terms of noise and bed comfort, it's a solid choice for exploring Florence. Noise: 3/10 Unfortunately, the bottom-floor location amplified noise from upstairs, making peaceful sleep a challenge. Earplugs or a white noise machine are essential. Bed: 6/10 The mattress itself seemed comfortable, but the base was a bit of a let-down.
• Mckinney (7/5): Good - The location is fabulous. The property has a delightful courtyard. Veronica may be the best host in Italy. She is truly fantastic. The old Florence sewer system can present issues.
