El personal de servicio excelente atención, la chica (gabriela) del front desk de recepción nos atendió de magnifica forma y muy amable, el tema de pet friendly ayuda mucho a personas que viajamos con nuestros perritos y aquí han sido acogidos con los brazos abiertos todo perfecto

• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - Kleber and his team really know how to look after their guest and made us feel very welcome. The service was outstanding.The hotel was clean, beautiful & and a perfect location - a 10 walk to the main street at the same time closer to the forrest and rivers giving g a feeling of sanctuary with its surrounding garden, lake & swimming pool. The suit has a feeling of luxury with a jacuzzi. Highly recommend this hotel. No complaints - it was a perfect stay!
• Sasha (5/5): You can find better for the same price - Staff was very attentive and professional. The lake in the property is lovely. I've been to much better lodges in the area for comparable price. I requested a quiet and removed cabin and was given the one closest to main lodge, thereby the noisiest even though there were other empty cabins in the property. The food at the restaurant is fine but overpriced for the area. Better to eat in town. The property itself is a bit dated.
