• B. B.M. (10/5): Ubicación perfecta, limpio y cómodo - La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era tal cual aparece en las fotos. La comunicación ha sido fácil y las instrucciones para el check in eran claras. En general nos ha gustado. Algún utensilio adicional de cocina estaría bien, pero hemos estado muy bien y muy probablemente repitamos.

• Teodora (9/5): Good central apartment - Good central location, close to everything, very clean, efficient check in process. Though central it was very quiet. There are some details that need to be addressed: towels need immediate replacement-old and full of stains, some items in the kitchen- no single cutting knife (only 4 “butter” knives), no single cooking utensil like wooden spoon

• Sylwia (8/5): - The location is perfect. Apartment is cozy and comfortable for 2-3 people. Utilities are fine. Hot water and heating was perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows. In fact all was fine..we are not demending :)

• Eliezer (9/5): Es una muy buena elección. - La ubicación en pleno centro es excelente muy limpio, bien equipada la cocina, lavarropa muy práctico, cama cómoda y sillón amplio. Check-in muy práctico. Anfitrión muy amable al responder y brindar información. Aire acondicionado no da frío solo aire. La ducha se llena el desagüe muy rápidamente, hay que tener cuidado de que no se desborde.

• Carolina (10/5): - El apartamento está fenomenal, nos lo encontramos muy limpio y estaba muy cerca de Gran Vía, pero no sé oía nada de ruido. Éramos 3 y solo había dejado sábanas para 2 pero al comunicarme con el anfitrión respondió rápidamente solucionando la incidencia. El sofa cama es muy cómodo y se ouede dormir sin problema.Sin duda si vuelvo a Madrid repetiré en este alojamiento.

• Jindrich (9/5): Fully recommend the appt for its location, area, friendly porter and overall pleasant atmosphere. - Excellent location, safe area, low noise from neighbours, relatively efficient air conditioning of both living room and bedroom, renovation, porter. Windows only with view to building skylight, shower sewer, soft mattresses in the bedroom, only one pair of keys.
