- Timur (10/5): - Все отлично нам понравилось рядом супермаркет и по прямой не далеко станции метро! Персонал вежливый! Рекомендую цена и качество!
- caroline (8/5): - Équipement complet et moderne
- Árpád (9/5): -
- Harumiz (7/5): -

- Marlina (8/5): Very good -
- Leigh (4/5): Not happy - Bed way to hard lots of building work on floor we were staying
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Mrs (9/5): Great stay, good for families. Great location. Close to everything. Would stay again. - Fantastic location for all the sights. Close to all train stations. Enough kitchen facilities to eat and drink at the property. 7/11 just outside. Felt safe and comfortable. Would stay again. We were a family of 4. Kids 7 and 9. Pillows. But that is part of travelling without the comforts. Everything else was great.
- Michelle (8/5): Great location, budget price - Location was great, close to subway. 10 min walk from dotonbori. Next door to 7/11. Laundromat is 5 min walk away. Nice sized bedrooms. 2 bedrooms and 2 showers The toilet door, and shower door both open right into kitchen dining area
- Huong (8/5): Good stay in Osaka - The room is quite basic and functions well. We have enjoyed the room. I like the bathroom also. We also have kitchen so we cook dinner at home to save cost.
The room is new. Some comments:
The description should notify us that the building is in renovation.
the kitchen should add more bowls and basket.
Currently the room is new, however I think the kitchen has no cover to prevent dirty while cooking then the kitchen wall will be dirty soon. We try to clean everything before checking out. A rice cooker might be nice as other rented apartment has it.
Location is also good.
- Abimael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexander (9/5): Good place to stay - Simple, clean, near to the train statio The bed sheet and cover can be cleaner
- Balan (10/5): Very commendable - The room is very spacious, kudos to the owner. Nothing
- Iain (8/5): Very good - Great location and very comfortable. Amazing shower.
- Kely (7/5): Good -
- Goodwin (5/5): Passable - Only the absolute basics supplied. Check in was 4pm which is not value for money. Building under construction and was not disclosed at time of booking.
- Hanah (7/5): Good - Inside property was clean. All necessities to kitchen and laundry is there. The downside is there is no room for you to hang clothes as washing machine only has spinner. But it as mot a problem at all. There is a laundrymat few blocks away to have them dried. Bed is comfortable and close to train station Entrance and elevator is a mess. Found garbages and cigarette butts in main entrance. They were doing some renovations at that time thus elevator was covered in plastic and hallway goung to room was kinda dirty. But it was understandable as they were foing some works and the building is old too. They dont have reception as wel so delivering your luggage straight to the accomodation might be an issue. However, Yamato closest to the area is just few blocks away so we delivered ours to that branch and picked them up when we arrived.
- Bernard (6/5): Very Basic accommodation in a good location - Location was great and convenient. Unit is very basic, literally beds to sleep so we can spend the day out. Not a place we can just relax and not head out. The building common areas was also under renovations.
- Kimmy (7/5): Good - I like the place. It is cozy and clean. The Convenience storr is close by. There is a nearby metro station about 2-3 streets away. I love how responsive the host is. I would still recommend this place. :) I feel it is too far from the shopping street, if you have a lot of stuff, it is a bit of a walk. The lobby is a bit untidy but overall our stay was pleasant and and the room was nice.
- Mia (7/5): Good - The room it self was really nice with everything you need in your room! And the distance to the main strip was not too far The rest of the hotel however was fairly dusty and unclean. We also didn’t know it was self check in till a few days earlier
- Camilo (7/5): Ok for a short stay - The room was clean, renovated and well equipped. We were not expecting to see the building and common areas being under renovation works which meant there were construction materials around, the lift was not clean. The building gave the impression of not being a well looked after. Perhaps if we had known in advance that there works being carried out our expectations would have been lowered.
Also we could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the common corridor as the door of the room didn’t seal properly.
- Pamela (8/5): If you prefer a quiet area to stay, this would be a great hotel. - The place was clean and bathroom was good.
Bed was comfy The front building looked run down (although it looks like they are doing some renovations). No front receptionist and abit of a walk to the main attraction.
- Mm (8/5): At first I thought the room was too small for us but turned out okay and value for money was good. - The value for money. The construction in the building. No full body mirror
- Shane (7/5): Comparing to what we payed at the fancy hotels I feel this should have been a little cheaper - It was tidy The presentation of the hall ways & lift .
Mattresses felt cheap
- Steve (8/5): Great stay in Shinsaibashi - Great recently refurbished room. Awesome shower. Well equipped kitchen. Appartment stairwell not very clean. Bins full of cigarette ash and it smelt.
- Sharon (7/5): Good -
- Mammad (9/5): Superb -
- Renee (8/5): Aside from having a hard time locating the place, overall it was a nice place to stay in Osaka. Most of the shopping and - Room is cozy and clean. Utilities are new and easy to use. Me and my family liked that there is a washing machine in each unit. There’s no dryer but it is very efficient and easy to use. The name of the property was known as Amont Shinsaibashi. We had a hard time looking for the place because Lite House Shinsaibashi was hard to locate in the gps (Apple maps/Google maps). Even the taxi drivers could not locate the exact entrance to the building.
- Norlander (10/5): Exceptional - It's close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It's convenient to go shopping, and it's bigger than the average Japanese hotel. The things in the room are also relatively new.I think it is cost-effective.
- 理 (10/5): Exceptional - It's OK. The price is cheap.
- Joy (8/5): Very good - Convenient, complete and near most areas needed on the trip Towels and beddings are not being replaced or changed. We ran out of bath soap during our stay.
- Desirre (5/5): Bad experience but nice place very clean and comfortable - All Bad experience getting the key we stock on the lobby for almost 1hour its very hot not complete explanation lack of instruction human error
- Yizhang (10/5): Exceptional - I am very happy with the room facilities. Elevator could be larger.
- Bradley (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (10/5): Best place I have stayed in Osaka. No need for luxury hotels. - The place is very near Shinsaibashi, dotonbori and Namba. Place is spacious! Amenities were complete. Though I wished there were storage for clothes.
A block away from Lawson for all your needs. Lots of eating places but most were packed all the time. Wished there were storage place for clothes. But it was ok.
- Cassandra (8/5): Overall a good stay - The room was clean and we were given an upgrade which was very kind, and I am very thankful for. The actual room was great. We had 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, 2 showers, the toilet room, a kitchenette and dining room area.
Anytime I had questions and messaged, I received answered very quickly, even though it is a self-service hotel. The building is under construction. The hallway and elevator are very dusty and seemed a little scary to ride on. When we first got there we were not sure we were in the correct place. There was a room with mailboxes over flowing with mail, the floor looked like it was under construction and there was rubbish on the ground. To be honest, I was nervous to walk in with my family and children. I was even more nervous to get on the elevator. The ground was just as bad when we got off the elevator. I think if we would have been warned I would not have been so taken back or scared to enter with my children!
From the other comments I went to read, it seems the building has been under construction for well over a year!
- Bradley (9/5): Superb - Great location. With a complementary washing machine..
- Nia (8/5): Very good -
- Nicholas (4/5): Acceptable for the price, but stinky drains make it not the best. - Budget / Good location. Bed is big and comfy. Facilities are adequate / as described. Quadruple room is too crowded, it really is a space for 2 (and we happened to book a triple, for just 2 of us staying). The drains/sinks/shower do smell bad & there is construction underway at the property — naturally, they don’t mention this. Lift and hallways are covered in protective materials which looks quite eerie.
- Evangeline (10/5): It was a comfortable stay. - The big room We weren’t able to enter the room right away and have to wait approximately 2 hours for response.
- Yee (9/5): Superb -
- Yee (8/5): Very good -
- Kanes (9/5): Superb - Can drop luggage after 1pm
Good location
- Tjung (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (9/5): Overall a good place to stay for the money we paid - Very clean and quite close to centre Wasn’t sure if it was because it was just done out but there was only spoons, forks and chopsticks no knives so couldn’t cut meat or butter my toast. As we stayed for 9 days there was nothing to sweep the floor and there was no instructions for anything eg. Washing machine or where to throw rubbish when bin is full . Only saw rubbish from other ppl left near lift so did the same. No soft pillows all hard so was not comfy. Bed was quite hard which give me back pains when waking up. But it was ok for the rest of the family .
- Falgun (7/5): Good - Rooms were newly renovated. Great facilities. Showers and toilets are in excellent condition. Lake of instruction as it is self check in. Little difficult to find the place. Outside corridor is still under construction.
- Oscar (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Clean None
- Mikaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angel (7/5): Comfy stay - The room itself is nice and comfortable. Appliances are brand new. The building is under construction. the hallway and elevator are very dusty and smelly. It was noisy durint day time. No dish detergent in the kitchen. Sure will be a nice residential hotel after the construction is completed.
- Ron (8/5): We only stayed overnight and we got even more than what we were expecting from the property based on the reviews and pri - The location and the amenities in the room (The room looks newly renovated with new amenities inside). Nothing
- Eleonora (8/5): Very good -
- Ei (1/5): Good - Clear Don’t have staff
- Wayne (6/5): Pleasant - The beds were nice. We had a hard time finding the location, and at one point, looking for the entrance, I thought we had been scammed, and the property didn't exist. But we eventually found it and were rather disappointed that the property was under renovation and it looked rather desolate. The room itself was not suitable for a family, as there was no enclosed bathroom, only a shower, and toilet opposite the kitchen. This made it very hard for any modesty when getting ready.
- Kim (7/5): Hidden gem, looks can be deceiving from the outside. - Room is very cosy and we really like the Japanese style set up. Not much apart from minor cleanliness of the shower.
- Crystal (8/5): Very good - The inside is nice n clean.
Close to metro. The outside is under renov.
- Yunita (7/5): Good -
- Teodoro (9/5): Superb -
- Puggy_pun (10/5): Nice and cozy - Really nice and cozy place. I was staying with 2 other friends and we loved it. Just 5-min walk from the subway and also close to the convenience store. Not far from Dotonbori, just around 15-20-min walk. The mattresses are comfortable. The room is spacious enough to open 3 suitcases at the same time. There was a restaurant on the way to the subway station so we ate there every morning. The building is under renovation. We only stayed at night so not sure if it's noisy in the daytime but it's pretty quiet here at night just some car noise passing by not too often. The A/C remote control is in Japanese, should put on an instruction for it.
- Mui (9/5): Overall good place to stay - Like a home to us. Once I check out I cannot deposit my luggage with anyone. So I paid for one more night to avoid bring my luggage every where.
- Uvanes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Nuttapong (10/5): Exceptional - room space enough for 3 people.
- Watcharade (6/5): Pleasant - Big room for the price a bit far from train station without luggage storation when it's not time to check-in
After a long walk about 1 km with heavy luggage, I have to walk serach for coin locker about 500 m away to keep my luggage until the time to check-in
- Woon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joni (10/5): Awesome - It’s Clean and very convincing to Dotombori Maybe if the space a bit bigger would be better
- Genta (7/5): First time sleepin in Futon and it was nice! - - The interrior is nice
- The Futon was comfortable
- The Staff helped us to check in early! - they are in renovation during our stay, so the corridor and lift was kinda creepy and was not proper to be seen by the guest tbh
-they changed their name, so a bit hard to find the location
- The shower was too narrow hehehe
- Hoe (5/5): All is good, just only my body gonna bite with mite🥲 a side of my body very itch now, we have 2 room 5 person but just o -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The location of Joo-Inn is perfect for tourist cause there is a Lawson and subway station nearby. The space of room also good enough for three person.
- Jacky (5/5): Passable -
- Snezana (8/5): Very good -
- Tin (10/5): Phenomenal value for money and really comfortable stay even with the location. - Big room with a rather cheap price. Got a small cooking area and clean toilet. Aircon worked really well with comfortable beds. The location is slight far from the metro station, so it takes some effort and sweat to get there if you have some luggages in summer.
- Luke (10/5): Perfect! - Very clean and in a great location Nothing
- Leon (7/5): If the room was a little bit bigger, it woulf be perfect. - The location is perfect and very close to Dotonbori or multiple metro stations. The room is incredibly small. Very hard to store luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t working perfectly, which isn’t much fun during the Japanese heat.
- Cyrus (4/5): Disappointing -
- Dina (6/5): Pleasant - They were doing renovations right next to our room so it was super loud. We were not informed beforehand, and kept waking up early due to noise.
- Ceci (4/5): Not a very good experience. - During my three-day stay, I only met one other tenant besides those occupying the two rooms I booked. In retrospect, the experience was quite unnerving, mainly because the apartment is relatively remote. It is pretty far away from the attraction, as mentioned.
- Alexandra (4/5): Disappointing - Clear instructions for check in Air conditioner very dusty, takes a long time for room to get cold.
- Romeo (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty spacious. Dining area is nice The building was under renovation and we could hear people working on it in the morning. Also for a group of friends, having no door where the shower is wasn't the best.
- Danica (7/5): Good - They have two beautiful Japanese-style rooms and gratefully there are 2 shower rooms. We stayed with 10 people and it was just the right size. The apartment was under construction/renovation outside so it was a bit spooky at night and a little bit smelly.
- Pik (8/5): Very good - The location is very nice. We go to Shinsaibashi just 10 mins. Convenience store and supermarket is very close. The lighting in the sitting room is not enough. The shower room is lack of space for placing clothes and no lock.
- Aroon (5/5): Passable -
- Nkhaya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esperanza (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jade (5/5): Next time I will pass - Location was good. The way the room was supposed to look like was nice. Dust everywhere, shower drain was full of hair before us and the room was dark because one lamp was broken. Room was a LOT smaller than the pictures showed. Also it really needs a full length mirror, it would have made everything even a little bit better.
Also a HUGE HUGE HUGE minus was the renovation that was mentioned no-where! It woke us up early in the mornings and kept us up late and also ruined the experience as whole.
- Pui (5/5): quite nice except the renovation - got kitchen!! we can cook ourselves food (bought from supermarkets nearby) Renovating without informing in advance. The air condition at the entrance and in the corridor is so bad… :(
- Limin (5/5): Passable -
