• Evan (10/5): Highly recommend!!! - The owner Mostafa and his staff were incredibly helpful and kind! The view is amazing and the accommodation is very comfortable. Breakfast is served every morning and it’s a large variety of cheeses, eggs, bread and a few other things. Hot shower, very comfortable bed, and the AC worked well. There’s a couple really nice restaurants nearby and a gas station around the corner for snacks, coffee, and drinks. I can definitely recommend this place!!

The room was comfortable but basic. The entrance is not grand, more like arriving to a residential block of flats. Expected a little better for the price.

Vicinanza al Gem ,che si può raggiungere a proprio rischio e pericolo visto come guidano gli egiziani , anche a piedi. Molto gentile e disponibile tutto lo staff. La struttura non ha niente di negativo. È Giza che non è un quartiere proprio al top.

The location of the hotel is amazing and my room was super clean . The water pressure in the shower was strong and hot. Breakfast was provided on the terrace and was a great start to the day. Ma soprattutto il titolare è davvero una persona molto gentile, ci ha dato buoni consigli e ci ha organizzato anche il trasporto per l'aeroporto a un buon prezzo. Consigliato! Si trova molto vicino alle piramidi e al nuovo museo egizio. Solo la pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata per essere perfetto.

Pas la peine de prendre une chambre avec vue, car on ne voit qu'un petit bout de la pyramide par la fenêtre en se penchant, donc sans intérêt. Par contre la terrasse sur le toit où vous pouvez prendre votre petit-déjeuner a une vue magnifique sur les pyramides. A 25mn a pied de l'entrée pour visiter les pyramides (coté sphinx) Et a 20mn à pied du GEM Si vous êtes bon marcheur vous pouvez y aller à pied sans soucis, sinon il y a des taxis bien sûr.. Les apparts se situe au deuxième étage d'un immeuble , sans indications au niveau de la rue, en cherchant dans les commentaires on trouve une photo du portail noir de l'entrée de l'immeuble laissée par un client (ça aide) Le proprio est plûtot sympa. Le quartier est sur, pas trop bruyant non plus car dans une rue avec pas beaucoup de circulation Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité, du type banquet pour la plupart, un peu chers (pour l'Égypte).. En marchant 1km il y a un supermarché carrefour, on trouve quelques épiceries aussi pas trop loin.. Voilà, une bonne base pour visiter le plateau de Gizeh et le GEM. Rien

Le personnel est très gentil, ils sont toujours disponible pour rendre un service, exemple de vous organiser un taxi ou vous trouver quelques chose à visiter. Il n'y a pas d'inscription devant l'immeuble pour vous indiquer que vous êtes à la bonne place, spécialement la nuit, quand vous arrivé en taxi. La meilleur solution est d'utiliser le transport que Mustapha vous propose. Le prix est compétitif avec UYBER.

• delphine (9/5): - L'emplacement est parfait pour la visite des pyramides, de GEM et du Caire tout en étant un peu excentré de la foule de cette ville. La chambre est simple et confortable. Mostafa est très accueillant, demande à chaque fois si l' on a besoin de quoique ce soit. Les jeunes qui travaillent sont tous aussi sympathiques. Le plus de cet endroit, le petit havre de paix en hauteur, terrasse sans prétention mais tellement bien placée, en face de 2 pyramides. Le soir, en rentrant de la ville, quel bonheur! Et le petit déjeuner du matin sur celle-ci est juste parfait! Une très bonne adresse niveau qualité/prix.

• Michael (7/5): Unterkunft und Essen entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen, die Lage war jedoch ideal - Die Lage war zum Besuch des neuen Großen Ägyptischen Museums und der Pyramiden ideal (Laufentfernung). Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Pyramiden. Mostafa, der Besitzer war sehr fürsorglich, hat auf alle unserer Fragen schnell geantwortet und hat uns bestmöglich unterstützt. Beim Ankommen waren wir negativ überrascht, da das Gebäude überhaupt nicht nach Hotel aussah. Es gab ein paar Zimmer in der zweiten Etage, in den übrigen 5 Etagen gab es bewohnte Wohnungen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und wird auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen. Das Abendessen war okay und wurde in einem anderen Hotel um die Ecke eingenommen.

The others were also helpful and there was always someone onsite ready to assist which was really handy as a first time visitor of Cairo. I felt safe the whole time and bargained for the airport transfer who picked me up at 2am and gave me a little tour along the way to Giza as we drove past. That was a really nice bonus despite my exhaustion. I felt safe and comfortable with the hotel and with the driver they arranged. The room with the balcony is nice. I loved the balcony view and he upgraded me as I had issues with the room with the mountain view. He helped me get the uber to the airport as I was getting scammed every time and the fee he quoted was only slightly more than my app and he let me use his card terminal to pay for it. This was a much more affordable option than booking a transfer. You can use uber and you should. The owner’s prices are 2-3x more if he books for you but it eliminates potential scams. However, I used uber to get from GEM back to the hotel and the next day to the pyramids and both drivers were lovely and didn’t scam and I got them immediately. The only issue was getting to the airport where they started scamming. I used the “pay by card” feature which worked well. When you finish the pyramids you must ask for the Mena exit. It is nice to stop by the Mena Hotel and you can walk safely and easily from the Mena pyramid exit and get to the hotel within 10 minutes! Don’t take a taxi or car. It is longer. Also don’t enter by Mena as the entrance is for guests only. Only enter at the “visitor center” AVOID THE SPHYNX ENTRANCE. For Gem you must book online- allow at least 4-6 hours as it’s huge. For pyramids is is perfectly comfortable and safe to get the tickets from the counter at the visitor centre. Students who are 25 or young bring their ID’s for a discount to both. I’ve told the owner about these issues and he said he will work on them/fix them. I got a surprise of 5 USD per night extra which didn’t display on booking unless I went to the “add to wallet”. This was upsetting at 3am and I felt scammed but it was listed when I put “add the wallet”. He wanted me to call booking at that time to fix it myself instead of offering to call them or tell help which was not acceptable because the burden shouldn’t fall on the guest and especially at that time. He could have offered to assist me in the morning but instead called me angry just for inquiring about this surcharge and not being happy to pay extra. The single room with mountain view I booked is the same one that another guest has complained about and for me it was true that is smelled horrible in the drain and there was also a black hair inside the bedding. The smell and hair on the bed and extra fees made this first night unpleasant. There was no hot tub as described. The fix: he said he called the plumber in the morning and I asked to change rooms and he gave me the larger room with the balcony. This was much better which is why I increased the score overall. The floor does get soaking wet in the bathroom and requires an extra towel to clean it but this was a minor inconvenience rather than a major issue. The rooms are located by reception and the doors are thin so earplugs or a white noise app will be required for light sleepers. It wasn’t loud all the time or anything. Usually it was quiet but when he checks guests in you can hear everything. This area is not designed to linger though so there aren’t people hanging out there daily.

Il vero punto di forza è Mostafa, il proprietario: mi ha seguito con grande cura sin da prima del mio arrivo in Egitto e fino al momento in cui ho lasciato la struttura. È sempre stato disponibile, presente e attento a ogni esigenza, facendo di tutto per rendere l’esperienza il più piacevole possibile. Il mio volo era notturno e sono atterrato molto tardi la sera, ma Mostafa è stato disponibile fino a notte fonda, aspettandomi senza alcun problema e facendomi sentire subito accolto, nonostante l’orario. Ho soggiornato da solo e non mi sono mai sentito a disagio, anzi: mi sono sentito seguito con grande rispetto e gentilezza, cosa non scontata quando si viaggia da soli. La struttura è pulita ed essenziale, ma assolutamente funzionale. Ottima anche la colazione egiziana, varia e abbondante, con diverse opzioni tipiche. Mostafa mi ha inoltre aiutato a organizzare i taxi, ha risposto a tutte le mie richieste e mi ha accompagnato e consigliato un ristorante eccellente situato in un’altra sua proprietà. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, sicura e umana, soprattutto se è la prima volta al Cairo o se si viaggia da soli. Tutto perfetto.

He was also very helpful with answering our questions around tours and things to do. As well as helping us with international phone call and when I had a misunderstanding with a local taxi driver. The room is a good size and the beds are large, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with bath tub and shower. Bottled water in the room and always provided whenever we asked. Strong heater/AC was really appreciated during the nights. The hotel is in an local apartment that he's renovating floor by floor. It can be a little noisy at night Tours can be expensive if you don't have the time to go directly to tour operators for the Nile Cruise for example and are afraid to negotiate. The shower doesn't have a curtain or glass door so we needed to ask for a squeegee to clean the floors afterwards. Breakfast could be better with more fresh fruit and vegetables.

We need to go to mall of egypt to buy one. The wifi sometimes poor connection, and when we are about to check out on evening of December 30 since our flight schedule was early morning of December 31, the owner cut off the connections when we told them to leave around 8pm of december 30, even we asked them to reconnect the wifi as we need it to book an UBER, instead the owner said server problem. The breakfast food. The bottle water gave us once only.

The administrator, Mustafa, contacted me immediately and never stopped communicating, always trying to help in every possible way. From organizing the taxi, to explaining the exact location step by step, to checking if everything was fine before and during my arrival — his attention was simply outstanding. I have honestly never experienced this level of care before. When I arrived, the room was spotlessly clean, incredibly well maintained, and exactly the same as shown in the photos. No tricks, no surprises. The location was also exactly as described, which is something that, unfortunately, is not always easy to find in Egypt. Here, however, nothing was exaggerated or misleading — everything was 100% real. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and more than enough to start the day properly. But one of the absolute highlights was the rooftop terrace — the views are beautiful, breathtaking, and unforgettable. Sitting there felt magical. Overall, the experience was beyond amazing. Incredible service, perfect communication, total honesty, and a feeling of being genuinely taken care of. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again. • Anton (8/5): Отель с отличным видом на пирамиды, очень хороший за свои деньги - Отель с хорошим видом на пирамиды, особенно с крыши, где оборудован ресторанчик. А так это просто один из этажей в жилом доме переделан под гостиницу. Дом не новый и выглядит не очень презентабельно, но в самой гостинице вполне приличный ремонт и мебель, так что внутри этого не чувствуешь. Очень контактный хозяин, помогает решать проблемы и за пределами гостиницы - заказать такси, купить билет в музей, обменять деньги, даёт полезные советы, куда идти и как вести себя на улице. Организовал мне трансфер из аэропорта поздно ночью и оставил ужин, так что спать я лёг не голодным. В один из вечеров предложил мне вариант вместо заказанного ужина в гостинице поужинать бесплатно в ресторане, которым, как я понял, владеет его брат, и там ужин был ещё лучше (хотя и в самой гостинице он весьма неплох). Если хозяин предлагает какую-то дополнительную услугу, то все условия называет сразу - для Египта это вовсе не является обычным, тут многие пытаются сначала оказать услугу и только потом сказать, что ты им за это должен. Дают ключ только от комнаты, но не от этажа с гостиницей, там надо звонить в звонок. Если сотрудник куда-то отлучился, придётся подождать перед дверью. В душе был забит слив, вода накапливалась, переливалась через бортик и заливала пол во всей ванной. Я сказал хозяину об этом в первый же день, он обещал разобраться, но ничего не сделал. Незадолго до выезда хозяин спросил меня, всё ли было в порядке, я ответил, что всё, кроме слива. Он хитро улыбнулся и сказал: "Только не пиши об этом в отзыве!", и перед самым выездом опять напомнил, что отзыв обязательно должен быть хорошим. Это, к сожалению, типично для египетского бизнеса: установить как бы приятельские отношения с клиентом и потом просить о хорошем отзыве так, чтобы человеку было сложно отказать в такой мелочи. Но я в такие игры не играю, поэтому пишу всё честно.

This is not a "hotel" it's like a floor of a building so it might seem unusual but it's really quite nice and for that reason some might be having a different expectation. I say, relax and enjoy the location, quiet rooms and sensational view.

Il nous a mis à disposition un chauffeur pour nos transferts à l’aéroport, même très tard dans la nuit. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hôtel. • Joan (9/5): Unforgettable stay with pyramid views and warm hospitality - My experience at Cheristo Pyramids View Inn was excellent. The accommodation is very cozy, with spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The terrace offers direct views of the pyramids that truly leave you speechless. The staff is lovely: very attentive, always ready to help and make you feel at home. Mostafa, the owner, was especially kind and helpful — he advised us on how to get around the area and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had no problems. Breakfast, served with a view of the pyramids, is one of the highlights of the day. Without a doubt, this is the perfect place to enjoy an authentic and peaceful stay in Giza. I didn’t give a full 10 for the facilities — not because of the hotel itself, which is great — but because the surrounding area is a bit rough, as is common in many parts of Egypt. Still, it didn’t affect our stay or the overall experience.

They are very helpful with any and all requests and went the extra mile. The views from my room and the rooftop were quite spectacular. I was very pleased with everything especially considering the price. No complaints here!
• Katherine (10/5): Amazing customer service, fantastic room and brilliant location! - Amazing Manager Mostafa, extremely attentive and made a big effort for my daughter's birthday. Excellent customer service all round. Communication was top notch throughout and we felt very looked after. The rooms are very spacious, clean, great AC, comfortably bed and pillows and wonderful view of the pyramids. Location is fantastic, really close to the pyramids yet very quiet at night. Really great value for money, I would highly recommend! Nothing. All I would say is don't be put off by the outside when you first arrive, the exterior entrance doesn't represent the interior! Don't worry, the place is great!
