La fuite de gaz du compteur , interventions des pompier , situation dangereuse dont le propriétaire était avisé préalablement vu qu'il a envoyé une personne pour vérifier la fuite au bout du 4 ème jour, la propreté , le canapé lit sal et cassé et petit, fuite d'eau dans la ballon d'eau chaude, pas de chaudière, douche extrêmement petite.
• Vasyl (2/5): Фото житла не відповідають дійсності - помешкання потребує ремонту. - Локація. На протязі години прибув співробітник щоб полагодити частину того що не працювало. Було брудно, всюди був пил і волосся попередніх мешканців, дуже тісна душова кабіна - навіть для худих людей, по приїзду не працювали: вайфай, гаряча вода. Бойлер сильно тече, довелося ставити тазик на кухонну поверхню, в пральній машинці була застояна вода. Фото житла не відповідають дійсності - помешкання потребує ремонту. Квартира знаходиться в середині будинку і вікна виходять в двір, сонячного світла майже немає. Дуже незадоволений
• Butkiewicz (6/5): Pobyt w czasie Milan Design Week był pełen atrakcji - Bardzo wygodne łóżko :) Brak internetu, brak ciepłej wody (bojler się nie włączał), kabina brodzika 60x60cm - trudno się wcisnąć, nie można się schylić, ciemno w ciągu dnia
• Szilvia (6/5): Nagyon nehézkes volt a bejutás. - Az ágy takaro 2mx2m es volt Az hogy ki tudjuk nyitni a szállást 1 órát vett igénybe. Nem volt wifi. Első este melegvíz sem, nagy nehezen megtaláltuk mit kell bekapcsolni, hogy beinduljon a cirkó.

• MASSIMO (1/5): Non capisco come si può dare in affitto un appartamento del genere - Posizione Struttura vecchia, tenuta male sporca, bagno obsoleto, doccia impossibile entrarci, bidet che si staccava dal muro, frigo spento, acqua calda, spenta, veramente una gestione ridicola
• Sarah (5/5): Bien pour dormir mais pas pour profiter - La Clim du salon, les draps et serviettes, fer à repasser, Le canapé était dépouillé et sale, la Clim dans la chambre à coucher ne fonctionnait pas, la salle de bain était très bancale (porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, moisissures, miroir cassé), luminaire à deux doigts de tomber, chauffe eau qui fuit.
• sarah (2/5): - The sofa bed had a blanket over it as it was ripped no cover on just foam, not hygienic when sleeping on it. The pillows and duvet had stains all over. Air conditioning in bedroom worked slightly so room quite hot.

• mireya (10/5): Opción acogedora , amplia e independiente - Excelente orden y limpieza del lugar, con muchos servicios incluidos, acogedor el patio de acceso, cama cómoda. En cuanto a la ubicación existe un supermercado cerca por la misma calle abierto las 24 horas. La orientación para llegar al lugar, dada por el anfitrión, también es muy funcional y correcta. Todo nos gustó

• Alun (4/5): Wish I hadn’t booked this accommodation - Location, close to train station Stale smell, air con also gave off a bad smell, one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on, pillows cheap and misshaped, shower pulsed hot to cold, small and mildew on doors, if we hadn’t arrived late I would have left and asked for money back

• Harsh (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean flat with the basics right! The shower cubicle is very small with no space to keep the toiletries. Water was leaking a little bit too.
• Gëzim (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. Also, it was very calm neighbourhood. We enjoyed those days staying there. Also, there were everything a family needs: towels, pillows, blankets, Owen, washing and dish machines, iron, hairdryer... The sofa in the living room was broken. It was difficult to sleep there. Please, change it!

• Jeremy (9/5): Good communication, great location, great value for the price. I would stay again. - The location was perfect, all thing needed are walking distance away, including major trains. Comfortable apartment, lots of space. Both beds need to be refreshed. Clearly very used and in need of replacement.

• Mónika (6/5): It was comfy for the price, but I wouldn't choose it for a long stay. - The house was chily and clean, it was okay for two people for two nights, nice kitchen (ecxept the sharpless knife) We got good sheets, towels and shampoo. Ther was iron, hair drydrier and everything. There was a stale smell, the couch didn't looked so good, it was super old I think, the shower was so small, we could only use it with an open window. The bad was way too soft, it was hard to sleep on it. The door lock was with a long code, unneceseraly difficult to use

• Simone (6/5): Convenient - Good location, lots of restaurants and places to see nearby and the train station. Great connection with tram. Good appliances. The flat smelled of smoke like an ashtray.. in fact there were ashes in the toilet. The shower is Barby size uncomfortable for short persons too!
• Marcin (9/5): Superb - Apartment is well communicated. Close to bakeries, coffee bars, grocery store and supermarket. Neighborhood seems to be safe. Easy access to apartment and good contact with host. Also well equipped: washing mashine, dishwasher, iron, toaster, hairdryer and a lot of kitchen stuff. Shower is too small. Hard to move without hitting a faucet.

• Chaudhary (4/5): Not a satisfying stay. - The shower door was literally broken. The T.V switch was stick to the tape on the wall, cause it was falling.

• Peter (7/5): Pleasant stay in a typical Italian apartment with a courtyard - Location, kitchen facilities, air con, friendly neighborhood, handy for public transport, excellent restaurants close by. Wi-fi was excellent. Overall it was a good experience in a typical Italian block with a courtyard. Some furnishings need replacing, i.e. fold down bed seat is worn out, needed better pillows. A couple of wine glasses would have helped.
• Kaczorowska (5/5): differences between object photos and object in real life are huge. This flat needs to be cleaned and refreshed. - it was close to the metro station it was not very clean, this flat needs to be refreshed and cleaned. Walls were no longer white so to re-paint them I think is necessary.
• Paulina (1/5): Worst experience - Nothing it has nothing similar from the photos they show The apartment smells very bad, it was very dirty, I had to pay a fine of €50 for arriving after 9pm when I tell the host before, to be able to check in the host gives you a link to register and you have to pay €18 extras The bathroom is very small you can't even move, the glasses and dishes were very dirty, I tried to wash clothes and my clothes ended up smelling like garbage Even though I has already bought soap I tried to talk to the host and the only thing he told me was that I had to pay the fine so he didn't help at all. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS!! DO NOT RECOMMENDED
• Soumaia (7/5): almost perfect - it’s comfortable not enough utensils and no microwave. there’s some mild in the bedroom
• Emerberga (9/5): Superb - Everything in the booked room was working. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfy, great view through the window, wifi working, and the kitchen were well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Milan. At the start, it was hard to find the hotel's exact location. The host was helpful and in the end, everything was fine.
• Julie (7/5): Ok, but not as expected - The location was quite good and it doesn't take long to be in the city centre. The flat is spacious and there is an aircon. Also, it is really quite. The flat doesn't really look the same on the photos. In reality, it looks much less fancy and quite old. Some spots were dirty (wall, bathroom, floor).

• Kraelskas (8/5): Great place for the money - property had great location with lots of takeaway options nearby. Apartment also had great indoor garden. There was not enough toilet paper for our all stay and only one washing machine pod was provided
