• Daniela (4/5): Pessima pulizia e deludente rapporto qualità prezzo - Posizione abbastanza buona Pulizia pessima, soprattutto delle lenzuola che ho dovuto fare cambiare per ben 3 volte, in quanto macchiate e maleodoranti! Anche il divano e la poltrona presentavano macchie varie datate.

• Silvia (1/5): No nos dieron la habitación contratada - Llegamos y no teníamos disponible el apartamento, por lo que nos asignaron una habituación mucho más pequeña que no cumplia los requisitos de lo contratado. El sofá cama estaba roto y a tres niveles diferentes imposible para dormir dos personas. Nuestro apartamento constaba de salón y habitación aislada y una cocina amplia, la habitación que nos dieron era pequeña sin espacio con una cocina en una especie de armario. Además, estaba muy sucio. Hemos tratado de reclamar al dueño algún tipo de compensación, y después de tres semanas no hemos tenido respuesta. También hemos tratado de solucionar el tema hablando con booking pero no hemos conseguido respuesta.

• Catherine (9/5): Great family stay, fantastic hotel!!! - The property has excellent views and a spacious balcony and apartment. It is also situated on an ideal location in the hotel next to the pool area and easy access to the exit of the hotel. The beds could have been a little more comfortable because they were a little hard so maybe some toppers to make them a little more comfortable.

• Michael (1/5): The apartment was substandard and we cannot recommend it. - Very Little The photos did not match the reality. It was shabby and in poor condition with flaking paintwork, damaged tiles and general decoration that was substandard. The crockery contained cracked and chipped plates and the cutlery was minimal. The patio waning was held together with a black plastic bag and was not safe to use.The Wi-Fi was intermittent and poor and did not work for two days. The kitchen toaster did not work and a few power sockets were not working. The owner was contacted 3 times and no replies were received.

The staff just handing me a can of industrial strength creature killer and having to become rentokil whilst on holiday! The cockroach shit all over the apartment. The smell of Cockroaches. The smell of the Cockroach spray. Having to sleep on a balcony because of fear of disease from vermin. The hotel not giving a shit about us having to leave a day early because we couldn't do another night of filth Having to spend more money to have a good night's sleep in a different hotel, which was expensive ! Malibu park completely distancing themselves from any responsibility as our room was owned privately even though we booked through Booking.com to stay at the Malibu Park Complex. Not being treated with any respect or empathy upon reporting the situation at the time of the stay or upon raising issues when we returned home ! Booking.com should have stepped in to help and should have sorted out some kind of compensation but they failed us miserably! After being a loyal customer to Booking.com for over 10 years I wouldn't recommend anybody book through this profit 1st, customer last company. Absolute joke . Not the 1st time it's happened either! I will use another company for future holidays and will be putting anybody who's thinking of booking through this greedy company to book through a company with some decorum!

• Vainorius (9/5): Great holidays. - Balcony view was very scenic. Sea view to the left, tropical forest in the centre (Aqualand), mountain view to the right. Heated pool was great bonus. Kids loved it. They could stay in it as long as they wanted without getting cold. Location perfect if you want escape from the crowded and noisy areas. Small shops and cafes at your doorstep, supermarket and Siam Park walking distance, Aqualand accros the street. If you don't want to walk taxis are cheap. Premises were clean. Apartment could do with an update.

They gave me a different room than the one I booked, I chose one with air conditioning and I didn't have it, that was the only reason I chose this property, I didn't have a washing machine, they told me that if I wanted to I pay for it, the entrance door had to be pushed hard (my girlfriend couldn't close it) the house had a big problem with cockroaches, they didn't even bother to give me another room with air and the ones mentioned at the time in which I reserved it, if we don't pay before we leave from the first! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

• Raju (8/5): Good for a short vac - Location was perfect, restaurants, supermarkets, all within the apartment. Siam park was just over 10 mins walk front the property. View from the balcony especially during the sunset was awesome. Owner was quick to respond any query. Sofa bed was not comfortable, no microwave and sewage smell on the balcony was really strong.

• John (10/5): Amazing - Very modern 3 balconys , fan jn bedroom ceiling for some aircon , balcony with loungers is a sun trap , had netflix which kept the kids happy , and plenty off space to all get away from each other Just an oven isnt in the apartment but all the apartments are nearly like this in malibu so just know not to buy freezer food that needs an oven

• Lynn (8/5): Enjoyed my stay here and would return again. - It was in a good location within the complex and had a lovely spacious balcony although it wasn’t ever in the sun always shaded. The size of the apartment was adequate for a couple. Clean and well equipped. Good amount of storage for clothes etc. The bed wasn’t very comfortable could do with a mattress topper, there was two nights where we had high winds and the bedroom patio doors facing into the complex were loose and rattled quite a bit. The door to the apartment looks in need of some attention and also rattled with the wind.
• Pille (8/5): A nice apartment with great amenities - The location was great, clean, quiet, safe, and a nice hotel/apartment complex. Our room (apartment) was really spacious, loved that we had 3 balconies! A great plus was to have a washing machine and Netflix. There was a lovely touch of having even some Christmas decorations and a real Christmas flower in the living room. In general, the apartment was very well-furnished. The pool was just a few steps away from the apartment, it was also well-maintained. There's an elevator in the hotel complex that made it so much easier to move between our floor and the street below. Car parking was easy and within a small walking distance in the Jungle Park's parking lot, there was always enough space. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and beaches just at walking distance (about 20-25 mins or so). Siam Park is also within walking distance (20 mins). I'd recommend this apartment we had (room 3014). We had a great stay! Thank you! The check-in was time-consuming and apparently, our room was not ready for us. It was not cleaned and we could not sleep the first night there, instead, we got another room (and that had a way lower quality but at least we had a room where to stay :D). All the back and forth to our room, the new room, reception, and keys, was quite frustrating. We got our booked room only in the afternoon of the next day. The receptionist lady was indeed very nice and apologized for all the inconvenience. However, we decided that it would not take away our holiday happiness. All good after all. The Wi-Fi in our room was close to non-existent, so we had to use our phones' roaming.

• Fung (10/5): Perfect for a few nights stay - Didn't stay in the apartment much, only here for a few nights and plus its in such a good location to venture about in and around the area to Adeje, Costa Adeje, Siam Park & Mall, and Cristianos. The view from the apartment balcony was amazing and just so quiet at night as you are away from the strip, so you can just enjoy the views and chill out at night away from the noise.
