- ewa (3/5): Niemiły właściciel - Lokalizacja ok Bardzo nieuprzejmy właściciel! Problemy z kontaktem i wystawieniem FAKTURY. zdjęcia nie oddają wielkości pokoju. Pokój absurd nie mały i klaustrofobiczby. Brudne naczynia w kuchni. Mieszkanie zrobione na pokoje pod wynajem. Wszystko słychać za ścianą. Problemy z windą, a pokój jest 5 piętrze zdecydowanie odradzam i nie polecam!

- Livia (5/5): - La posizione della guest house è indubbiamente comoda per visitare Roma, vicina ai principali mezzi di trasporto e punti di interesse. Tuttavia, la qualità della struttura lascia molto a desiderare. Si tratta di un appartamento degli anni ’70 ristrutturato in modo piuttosto superficiale e adattato a guest house senza la cura necessaria. Le pareti sono estremamente sottili: si sente praticamente ogni rumore dalle altre stanze e dal corridoio, rendendo difficile riposare. Anche i pavimenti risultano mal ristrutturati e finiture approssimative. Le porte sono scadenti e le serrature non sicure. Il bagno è un altro punto critico: l’acqua calda andava e veniva di continuo, costringendoci a docce rapide e decisamente poco confortevoli. Nel complesso, gli ambienti danno un’impressione economica e poco curata, non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto. Peccato, perché con una ristrutturazione fatta meglio e maggiore attenzione al comfort degli ospiti potrebbe essere una buona soluzione, ma al momento non la consiglierei a chi cerca qualità e tranquillità. Il supporto fornito telefonicamente al momento dell’arrivo è stato poco cortese e secco indicando frettolosamente che le istruzioni per l’accesso erano già state fornite via mail. Sotto c’è un ristorante indiano dal quale derivano odori costanti di cibo fin dalla mattina presto Il rapporto qualità prezzo è basso ma riguarda tutta Roma in relazione all’anno Giubilare
- Leda (1/5): HORRÌVEL. Caro, sujo e sem água quente. - Nada, a localização talvez seja o que salvou a estadia, o restante foi péssimo. Instruções super longas e complicadas para realizar check-in e retirar as chaves, além de 100% dependente de internet. O apartamento é completamente diferente das fotos, o anúncio não da clareza sobre áreas compartilhadas, parece um apartamento inteiro enquanto é só um quarto junto com outros 5 quartos, o que além de tudo tornou a experiência barulhenta. O banheiro tinha um cheiro MUITO FORTE de mofo e o chuveiro não esquentava, era necessário realizar um monte de procedimentos para a água esquentar por 30 segundos enquanto saía super pouca água do chuveiro (impossível lavar o cabelo). Tinha cabelo de hóspedes anteriores no box do chuveiro.

- Cecile (6/5): Good location but very noisy - The place was clean, spacious, and well located. it's essentially an apartment that's been divided into six "hotel-style" rooms, which it's not really suited for. The walls are extremely thin, and there's no sound insulation – we could hear everything from the other rooms. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning. The corridor often smelled strongly of smoke, which was unpleasant, though luckily it didn’t get into our room. The room was also quite cold during our stay. Overall, it felt overpriced for what it was – we wouldn’t return
- Cumhur (6/5): Smelling Indian food all night was terrible:(. Location and cleaning was good. - Good location At the bottom of the building there’s an Indian Restaurant. The odor (smell) of the cooking food covers all the building plus our room. We couldn’t even opened the window for fresh air :( Air cleaner ventilation is a must be for the flat. In addition 16:00 is too late for check-in. Should be at least 13:00.

- Oliwia (10/5): - Hotel ma świetną lokalizację – blisko do najważniejszych miejsc. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona: naczynia, garnki, sztućce – wszystko, czego potrzeba, było dostępne, a nawet korkociąg i apteczka, więc naprawdę wszystko zostało dobrze przemyślane. W pokoju znajdowała się klimatyzacja, lodówka oraz płaski telewizor z dostępem do WiFi co zapewniało wygodę i komfort pobytu. Dodatkowym atutem był świetny kontakt z obsługą – szybki, miły i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Jedynym minusem były dość cienkie ściany – z pobliskich apartamentów donosił się hałas...

- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect location - Location is perfect. You can walk to the every popular and historical places in 15 minutes. Room was clear, staff was helpful and kind. In front of the building there are restaurant and coffee&bakery shop for food. It is a good alternative for a quick meal. We could not open the window because of the smell of food coming from the Indian restaurant below the building.
- Axel (2/5): Very poor - Located near sites. Not a safe place. The place only consits of several inner- apartment rooms, which once were one apartment. The guest rooms themselves do not have safety locks. We did not feel safe in there and you won't like to leave anything inside while going out. The kitchen can be used by all other guests, so you have to be dressed properly leaving for cooking coffee. Furthermore no service (towels, garbage) during your stay.
- Ivelina (6/5): Very small room - the location In my opinion the price is quite high for what you get. Small room, very small, no space for suitcases and also no wardrobe, only 5-6 hangers. Shared kitchen with other guests. It's like being in a hotel, considering the size of the room and the price, but without breakfast :) I have rented apartments in the center of Rome, at a lower price and with larger rooms. The room was clean, which is a must and not a luxury.
- Olga (10/5): Totally worth it - Excellent option for a short staying in Rome - great location (within 20-25 min relaxed walking from the center/Colosseum, also nice breakfast options nearby - for example, HEspresso), the place is clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out super smooth, great communication from the host. Transfer from the airport was an awesome bonus. Not a big deal, but only overhead shower available (no handheld shower), so make sure to have a shower cap, if that matters for you :)

- Papageorgiou (6/5): Pleasant - The place was newly renovated, with a beautiful design, in a perfect location near almost everything. The room was very well equipped, big and warm. The place is advertised in Booking as "an entire place is yours, all the privacy of home". Yet, this was not the case. We had to share a home with several other strangers, even though we paid to have the privacy of an entire place. The kitchen was a common room, and the coffee maker was there and not inside our room. The worst part was that our room door was made of glass! And outside of our room was a movement detector intense light lamb that went on every single time a person passed by. We couldn't sleep at all. Communication with the owners was very bad. We let them know about our problems, including asking them kindly if they could at least deactivate the lamp but they never even responded to our message. Ever! The housekeeper never visited to clean (we stayed there five days!) at least to ask if we needed something or to collect and refresh the bin.
- Gina (9/5): Clean, comfortable room in a great location - We liked our stay. It's a clean, modern room in an apartment (5th floor with a small elevator) with ~6 rooms in total. Self-checkin, great location (10 min walking from Termini / Colosseo / Trevi), common kitchen with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a comfortable but short (1,90m) bed, a desk with a chair and a clothes rack. Heating was good (there is an AC as well) and can be adjusted, shampoo & body wash are provided, shower temperature can be adjusted as you like (can be turned very warm / hot if you like, which is not always the case in Roman hotels in our experiencie). Tea and coffee sachets are provided as well but you need to prepare it in the common kitchen. There is a small fridge in the room. It would be nice to have a kettle and a second chair in the room. The walls and doors are not very sound proof. Starting in the early morning, we were "entertained" by other guests, it was quite loud.
