• Miguel Andres (8/5): Un muy buen lugar para visitar Valencia - Muy bien ubicado. El apartamento muy lindo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con presencia de bichos. No crítico.
• Marta Monica (6/5): Experiencia regular - El apartamento esta situado cerca del centro en un barrio con mucho ambiente de bares para salir. Estaba bien decorado. Cuando llegamos a la hora convenida a la q dijimos que iríamos (de 15.30 a 16h) todavia no habian limpiado. Una persona estaba empezando a limpiar y todo estaba sucio con cosas de los anteriores huespedes. No pudimos hacer uso del apartamento. Les pedi que nos compensaran y nadie me contestó ni se disculparon. Encontramos las toallas arrugadas dentro de la secadora. El apartamento esta en un bajo, huele a humedad y desde una habitación se oye toda la gente que pasa por la calle durante la noche.

• J (9/5): JD - Ireland 🇮🇪 - The location was great, and because the property was on the ground floor, it was easily accessible and had a fantastic outdoor area to the rear that could be used as a smoking area and/or to dry clothes - bed rooms were very clean with plenty of wardrobe space....overall the apartment was great ....and we would certainly go back There is nothing to dislike about the apartment....
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great apartment to experience Rufassa neighborhood of Valencia with a huge selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. - Nice two bedroom with washer and dryer. Great location for dining out. Easy access to train station. Property is ground floor and noisy for front bedroom at night, but we were told this in advance, so knew what to expect. We couldn’t figure out tv, but was fine without it!

• J (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect, big, clean, everything look new, very confortable and beautiful decorated. No human personal attention at all ...but it was not necessary.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Amazing! - The apartment was greatly decorated, clean and in a perfect location. The contact with the host was also great and really helpful. There was a whiff of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, sometimes it was so strong the entire house smelled like it. But that was really the only downside for us and not a big one. We opened the l back door to clear the air.

• Martin (10/5): An excellent short stay apartment. - Highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious, the two bedrooms are a good size with great storage. Comfortably accommodate 4 people. Good size bathroom and shower. The lounge area is spacious and comfy. The whole apartment is well presented and clean. The location is great and close to many restaurants and the city centre and easy to walk to various places. The area is vibrant in the evening and lots of entertainment to choose.
