• Klára (10/5): - Kedves a szállásadó. Szerencsére a szobánkat rögtön érkezéskor elfoglalhattuk. Hazafelé segített taxit hívni. Az ágy kényelmes, a szoba és a fürdő tiszta, felújitott, minden jól működött. Nem volt.

• Jerónimo (7/5): - Está bien ubicado, aunque al estar cerca de una estación de trenes, se percibía un poco de inseguridad al volver de noche. Aunque nunca tuvimos problema. Nos permitieron amablemente que dejásemos el equipaje hasta por la tarde. Aunque eran instalaciones nuevas y dicen que la limpieza es diaria, en los tres días que nos hospedamos el suelo ni lo barrieron y el lavabo y la ducha, ni le pasaban un paño. Aunque en Roma es todo caro, lo veo un poco excesivo para lo que ofrecen. No disfruté, por un accidente doméstico que sufrí, las dos primeras noches de 5 que reservé y no hubo manera de que me reembolsaran algo por fuerza mayor. Eso sí, nos cobraron el impuesto municipal de sólo 3 noches, que por cierto es en efectivo y sin recibo ni nada.
• Juan Antonio (10/5): Muy recomendable - Buena ubicación, muy atentos y dando facilidades para el check in. Limpieza diaria y enseres más que suficientes. Diariamente dejaban cápsulas de café y galletas para el desayuno. Todo correcto.

• Margarita (9/5): - If you're looking for a peaceful night away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. It's clean, quiet, and pleasant. The metro is a four-minute walk away, and it's easy to get to all the major attractions.

• Bianca (7/5): Cazare buna, însă zona nu este prea buna pentru turiști - Camere foarte curate si bine aranjate. Un pic cam mici spațiul, însă raportat la clădirile existente in zona, a fost in regula. Nu mi-a placut zona in care este poziționată clădirea. Nu este o zona foarte sigura si nu este o zona curata.

• Dragica (9/5): - Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen (1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett). Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und neu / modern / hell eingerichtet; mit Klimaanalge. Die Betten und Kissen sind bequem. Man erhält täglich vom Zimmerservice Wasserflaschen, Kaffee, Kekse, neue Müllbeutel und bei Bedarf neue Handtücher. Die Lage ist super, innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten ist man bei Termini und die nächstgelegene Metro Station (Linie A) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Cafes, Restaurants. Durch den Self Check-in wird Felxibilität gewährleistet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr schnell, freundlich, willkommend.  Großes Problem ist meines Erachtens die schlechte Schalldämmung. Das bezieht sich sowohl auf benachbarte Zimmer bzw. Nachbarn als auch das Fenster, das zur Straße orientiert ist. Die Straße ist nicht wenig befahren, auch nachts; selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man den Verkehr (zur Info wenn jemand diesbezüglich beim Schlaf empfindlich ist). Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft für Rom empfehlen! 
• Vasilica (9/5): - Very close to the Metro station, 3 min by walk, close to bus stations as well. 15 min by foot from colloseum and other attractions. Safe neighborhood, or at least thats how we felt. The host was nice, gave us good advice on where we can park. The place was cleaned every day and it had a shared kitchen. Room felt a bit too small and the noise from the kitchen was very present when someone was in there.. otherwise all good !

• Miriam (9/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Estaba súper limpio y cada día te ponen agua embotellada, galletitas, café y té de cortesía que viene genial. La calle es tranquila y con buenas conexiones de transporte. Algunas calles para llegar desde la estación Termini no parecen muy seguras, pero luego desde el alojamiento hasta el Coliseo o el centro ya está todo bien.

• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The bus, tram and metro stations are 5 minutes away. Everything is new, clean, tidy. The stay was extremely pleasant. /

• Delusive (8/5): A good option in Rome - The room was spacious enough and clean. It is located really close to metro stations, and you can easily walk to the Colosseum. The common area has a kitchenette where you can cook a quick meal and eat. Cleaning was done every day, room restocked with water, capsule coffee, and cookies. The Wi-Fi worked unreliably. We didn't find the common area until our last day there, so didn't know there was a kitchen. The room has no mini-fridge, it would have come in handy in the extreme heat while we were there. The lock looked somewhat unreliable. The room itself felt a bit empty overall, not too cozy. The area itself is not super-nice and well cared for. But generally everything was fine.

• Catherine (9/5): A nice escape from hectic days wandering Rome - Perfect location walking distance to colosseum, lots of restaurants around and even a lovely park to wander about in. The room was spacious, clean, supercomfy bed. Excellent shower. Everyday we came “home” to a tidied up room. Fresh cups and coffee pods +biscoff on the side. The bottles of water were replenished every day, which was much appreciated.My questions were responded to via whatsapp in a mostly timely manner, also very much appreciated.there is a common room as well on the property qhich is a great idea. Nothing comes to me right now

Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Host was responsive. The water in the shower didn’t drain and flooded out. I guess it’s an old building problem that persists because we stayed on another floor/room a few days later and it happened again, just not as bad.

• Kun (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for three nights as a family of three, and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is new, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, unlike other hotels where the bathrooms are often too small to turn around in. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few steps downstairs and you’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food. There’s even a laundromat just a right turn away, which is a huge plus for families staying a bit longer or those traveling with kids, as it saves you from hauling dirty clothes around. Public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, are just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back, take a shower, and relax for a bit before heading out again. The customer service was exceptional; they provided thoughtful guidance and suggestions. On our first day, our flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM. On our departure day, they kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made for a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended!

• Claudia (7/5): Nice place, meet the expectations, clean and modern furniture, good for a short trip. - The room and furniture were fairly new and modern. The room was equipped with coffee machine, boiler and water. The blankets were very confy and warm. There is also a common space, with a kitchen, micro and other tools and tables. Too many codes to get in: 3 different codes for 3 different entrances. It can be a bit complicated. And also, my room was quite small and the bathroom was also very small, and did not have a big window as it appears in the majority of photos.

Bed is a little on the firm side but comfortable. GREAT air-conditioning! For dinner I would recommend Osteria Romana, we had the best pasta there! The hostes recommended us Forno Conti & Co for breakfast, which is a really nice bakery. They don't offer breakfast. It's like a hotelroom with a tiny bathroom. Very noisy rooms, we could hear other people sneeze...
• Tom (10/5): Value for your money! - Incredible stay! The staff helped me get a bouquet from a nearby florist for my GF, and we’re super friendly and helpful. The room was superb and bigger than the pictures. Everything is new and clean and feels high quality! The location is 9/10 - not the best. but considering everything else was 11/10 it’s worth it.
• Predrag (9/5): Quite place close to Termini and Colosseum - Cleanliness, access to metro and major landmarks, daily maintenance & towels replacement, and communication with staff. According to the info on Bookings.com, we had impression that the room has its own balcony, kitchen with refridgerator and microwave, while they are shared. Not that it was a significant problem though.

The room was clean and neat with all the necessary things. The cleaning could have been better, the staff were tidying and refilling everything but they could have at least swept or mopped once during our stay.
