Są nawet ręczniki plażowe i kapelusze :) Schody w każdym kierunku, ale taki urok tej części Dubrownika. Nie było żadnych problemów

Clean, fully furnished and equipped with everything one would need during the stay. Very nice hosts and great location. We really enjoyed the view and we enjoyed a good workout walking up the stairs on the way back from the old town Dubrovnik.

• Bindy (9/5): Lovely - lovely views. Very comfortable apartment. Well equipped. Basic necessities already there, so no need to rush out and buy salt and pepper etc. Fantastic shower. Great TV with super comfortable sofa. Lovely to be able to escape from the masses at the end of a day. Nothing really, just quite a climb up to the apartment after a long day on the feet.

All facilities were perfect - comfy sofa and bed plus a lovely rainfall shower. Even better than on the pictures. Great communication from hosts - made to feel very welcome. There are lots of stairs to get to the old town but you will find this wherever you stay!

Kort vei til gamlebyen ( for langt hvis du ikke liker trapper, 165 trinn, med mindre det fins en snarvei vi ikke fant) Supermarked, baker og en restaurant (med veldig gode hamburgere og drinker) to minutter unna om du ikke orker ned til byen hver kveld. Romslig leilighet for bare to personer. Lyst, moderne og pent møblert, med alt du trenger av utstyr. Liten bakhage om man trenger et sted å røyke. Parkering er generelt vanskelig i hele byen. Anbefaler ikke bil. Rask og god kommunikasjon med eier. Alltid hjelpsom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Bakhagen sto ikke helt i stil med den moderne, pene innredningen inne. Gjør nytten sin, men kunne ha vært litt oppgradert.

• Riccardo (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment on a quite street. A short way down the main road (steps) and close to entrance into the old city. Terrace is on the side with no view. Parking not obvious (and expensive) but that is common in Dubrovnik. There is a 40 euro per day parking just before on the main road. Seems nearest place to park your car. Good to do it and then walk to the property (if one drops passengers and baggage by the property then quite a long road to make it back to the parking because of one way streets.

Fantastic attention to detail, very well equipped with everything one may need. Perfectly quiet in a small street, yet close to the old town and airport bus stop. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect.

• Safe (10/5): Amazing place, location and owner - The place is super clean and cozy. It looks like the owner cleans it as it is their own home with much care in details like all needed equipments to stay are here. I did not meet the owner in person but she seems super kind during our communication on WhatsApp she was always helpful and fast in response whenever I asked on something and even questions about the city and places she was glad to help. I asked to extend the check out time to get use of more hours in the city and she accepted immediately. Beside that, it's 5 minutes walking from the central park if you are coming by car, and 5 minutes walk from the old town. The view from the living room window was amazing BTW I would stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik. And I would recommend this 10/10 place for all visitors

• Carlson (10/5): We would stay here again! - Although we never met our hosts, they were very good about communicating to help us find the apartment, which was a little tricky. They also helped me figure out how to run the washing machine :) Speaking of which, LOVED the ability to do laundry during our stay. We used the clothes lines out in the garden. The apartment was large, and so sunny and comfortable with a giant couch to relax on. The window views are amazing! Hosts left us wine, beer and water, which was much appreciated after a long drive from Split. There are a lot of stairs involved when going out to explore, but that's just Dubrovnik. Stairs everywhere. Loved this property! I think it would help future lodgers if you created a diagram that better shows how to reach the apartment coming from the 2 different arrival points. We took an Uber from Grand Parking, and the host's directions were pretty clear, but photos/3D diagrams would help, along with a directional sign at the top staircase if that is allowed.
• Lynne (9/5): Fabulous apartment, lovely views, easy access to old town. - The apartment was absolutely fabulous. It had everything that you could possibly need, plus more. Matija was amazing with his communication before our arrival and during our stay. He referred us to people that offered boat trips, to taxis and even offered to get medicine as I arrived with a cold. The fridge was stocked with eggs, milk, juice, beers, 2 packs of cold meats ….etc, etc. This helped us as the surrounding supermarkets are closed on a Sunday. Everything was perfect. NB. Dubrovnik is built on a steep mountain… there are many, many stairs, this needs to be taken into consideration if you have mobility restrictions.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Superbly appointed and sparklingly clean apartment a short 5/10 minute walk down/up the hill from the old city walls, with all the mod-cons one could wish for. Great view out over Fort Lovrijenac and the bay. Nice little garden area for enjoying a sundowner drink too. Host very thoughtful as well and provided clear welcome guidance etc. Recommended.

• Anna (10/5): Beautiful cozy apartment near to the city center - Such a cozy, beautiful and clean apartment! It has cute interior, amazing view on the fort. At the same time it has conditioners, kitchen appliances are of a good standard. Also, the host was great. Matija was welcoming, helpful and friendly! It’s about 12 minutes to the center but the fastest way goes through a long staircase, so keep that in mind. Overall, great experience, we loved staying here.
• Sue (8/5): A delightfully modern apartment but lots of steps - This is a fabulous apartment with all of the necessities and extras that you would want for a stay It has a nice outlook over the Adriatic and a partial view of the old walled city. There is a great bakery, a pizza shop & a small 7/11 located about 8mins walk away (taking 50 stairs up to the road above) I arrived by bus from Kotor and had asked for best & easiest directions to the property from the bus station. Unfortunately, I was only sent a link to google maps instead of advised that the preferred way would be to take Bus #10 and walk down 50 steps to the property. Instead, I took a bus to Pile Gate and was faced with walking up 202 steps with my suitcase! It is NOT possible to drive to or very near the property. So, for anyone with mobility issues, this may not be an ideal location. I had broken my foot just 4 months earlier so I found it hard work walking up and down both the 50 & 200 steps.

The view is spectacular I couldn't recommend this place more. Will absolutely stay here again. There is nothing to dislike here.

Close to the public garage and easy to find. The hosts are super nice too, they welcomed us in airconditioned appartment with cold orange juice and milk in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location is superb. The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was breakfast. Actually we only had bread for the first morning.

The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine and our fridge was full of breakfast goods - fresh fruits, juice, milk, water and coffee. She left us bread and jams too. They were very accomadating and communication was quick and easy. I would recommend staying at this Seaview apartment.
