- Sophia (6/5): Good location but inconvenient car park facility - Great location, tram stop nearby and a Woolworths downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Despite being listed as included in the apartment, there was no child highchair which meant that we had to bring our own which was not convenient. The instructions on where to enter the carpark and how to get to the room from level 5 were confusing and misleading. You cannot go straight from level 5 to level 43 so we would have to go to ground floor each time and then back to level 43.

2) Apartment is very comfortable and quiet with great city views throughout
3) Building felt very secure
4) In building parking was so convenient
5) Very convenient to be right atop a Metro supermarket with late opening hours, plus great coffee places right across the street (A Trest of France) and further down the street (Tribu Coffee)
6) Host was very considerate checking in almost daily to make sure we didn’t need anything Everything was perfect
Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try the pool and gym facilities due to missing the single weekly induction time but we were aware of this and there’s so much else to do in Melbourne anyway

Gym and pool access - inductions on Tuesday PM is very poor from the venue. It’s a short induction and really could be completed online prior with a quick introduction from a staff member on how to access the facilities.

- Mallia4 (10/5): Great week in Melbourne! - We were up on the 43rd Floor and had a wonderful view! The location was excellent and the apartment was modern, clean, and close to trams and Melbourne CBD. Toiletries and the essentials were supplied and they also had a laundry, in case you needed to do any washing which is a bonus. Woolworths Metro was downstairs and was very handy, especially when you need to buy something. Dynamic Short Stays (The host) was excellent to deal with. They provided clear detailed instructions and videos on how to obtain keys and access the apartment. Would highly recommend! Even though there is air conditioning ie. heating, we found the back room with the view of the city, got cold at times and it would have been nice if they supplied some blankets. Other than that, the apartment is excellent!

The Woolworths underneath made catering so easy, really beneficial.
The view was spectacular. The kitchen space was small, but usable. A little dated, kitchen cupboard door needing repair.
The curtain tracks in front bedroom got stuck, needing repair.

- Kaitlyn (10/5): Really good place, comfortable and friendly - The location is basically perfect. Especially for the price you pay. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. They had so many things you need in case you forgot to bring it - body wash, shampoo, even down to laundry power if you wanted to wash your clothes. This isn’t to be taken as a negative, just as a warning for others who have kids. We had to move all the decor up and out of arms reach of our little one. But the decor was really well done so we got to enjoy it before having to move it up.
- Patricia (8/5): Good apartment close to casino and city - Location was fantastic for an event at the convention centre. Trams very close by which was good. Woolies underneath was very convenient. Apartment had everything we needed. Bedrooms are very small so no room for suitcases. Curtain in main room was falling off track so needs to be fixed. Collection of keys at local IGA was a bit tricky at first trying to find it at back of store and then opening the lock box. It would be a lot easier if an arrangement was made with the front desk. The compulsory swimming pool induction at 7pm on Tuesday was an unnecessary thing to do. And if you arrive after Tuesday it’s just too bad! Access should be automatic on the key fob.
- Mikaela (9/5): A great location, wonderful apartment and handy facilities. - The location was great, two bedrooms and two bathrooms was also very handy. We also appreciated being able to have a parking space. I found some of the instructions hard to follow as there were quite a few and we weren’t familiar with Melbourne and how busy it is etc. When it came to the collection of the keys from a different location, navigating the carpark, lifts etc however it wouldn’t deter us from booking again.

Location is excellent, very walkable . Curtains off track meant we couldn't close them. Odour from balcony resulted in us keeping door closed
