• Andrew (1/5): Very Diabolical - This property is really bad, I mistaken booked for a six day stay, and ended up not staying for even 30 mins. I was due to be checked in and room was not available for hours after the property received a deposit. I was lied to by the front desk lady, that i was going to be checked out same day after I requested an immediate cancellation, which they declined. however, got checked-out from the property till now, the money I paid for the room was taken with the additional deposit even without offering the services. I contacted the front desk for the deposit received and the refused to respond till now. Please guys, avoid of this property for your safety and sanity. Also there was a lady crying so badly, as her luggage was stollen from this property and the property did nothing or even to pretend to help . I would advise anyone looking forward for where to stay to avoid this property.

• Travis (5/5): It was fine. I wasn’t checking into the Ritz. - Safe location right near a police station. Room was fine. Initial cost was acceptable. Check in took a couple hours for them to “find my reservation” …on booking.com. So yeah, not great. To extend stay they wanted to double the initial cost per night. Or $1600/month. I could rent an apartment for that! They also have like at least 4 different names for the place. Unusual or not, It was to me.

• L Khafizov (1/5): this is a shelter for the homeless - It's very very bad 1. I waited for the manager for more than 30 minutes. The manager was a woman who lives here with her children. 2. The room had 20 beds and one toilet. Things were scattered everywhere. 3. The fan was constantly running in the rooms, and it was stuffy. There was no air conditioning. 4. the kitchen is dirty, rubbish.

• Leti (1/5): Da evitare - Unico punto positivo : flessibilità, ci hanno tenuto le valigie per qualche giorno gratuitamente in uno sgabuzzino. Ostello sporchissimo, bagni e cucina praticamente inutilizzabili. Una volta arrivati, ci hanno chiesto più soldi rispetto al prezzo della prenotazione. Non mi hanno mai rimborsato la caparra. Non parlano inglese, solo spagnolo.

• Mulagundla (1/5): very bad hostel to stay...until and unless you're on the same pages of alcohol or drug infused. - well, i thought of staying in that hostel as im on my vacation and has to plan my budget! you guys should have mentioned that there wont be any toilet paper in the restrooms. and apart from that the people i got to share with are super weird1 as of a reason i got to sleep in my car. not even i used a rest room at all. i'll contact the support shortly to se what they can do to help me out in this. i know its non-refundable but for what cost i paid the amount for??? no toilet papers in rest room. towels on the floor. unflushed shit in all the top 2 & bottom 2 rest rooms. couldnt share a room with some influenced people. as a reason i got to stay in my car itself.....that too on the street side.

• Michael (2/5): The place should be demolished. - Nothing WHERE DO I START? This was by far the most terrible place I've ever stayed in. Mind you I'm not very critical and have been satisfied with every place I've stayed but this one. I've never seen anything like this shit hole. As soon as we get there it's of course the typical people outside yelling, walking in and out with booze etc. No problem. I see about 10+ (not even kidding) yelling screaming kids running around up and down the stairs. Ok cool. But THEN.....I notice that it's after 9 that it's SO FREAKING LOUD. I mean horrendously loud. People screaming up and down the hallways,kids beating on the walls ALL FREAKING NIGHT. Ok "quiet time"is at 10:00 but this went on EXCESSIVELY all throughout the night till I finally fell asleep around 1:30 a.m. I couldn't even hear the YouTube videos on my laptop it was so loud. And I had the door closed. LITERALLY that loud. I had asked for another room but they said in broken English of course "they're all full. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I get woken up around 9 with some thug banging on a door next door saying something about "open the door you do this every morning" I come outside and see the guy that was yelling HOLDING A BUTCHER KNIFE threatening people in the common area. My wife had to use the bathroom which is located outside and I'm standing guard with my pepper spray to make sure she didn't get hurt. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Dirty water everywhere and I shit you not dead roaches in the shower. Wtf? This place is an absolute circus and shit show and should be shut down but at the very least come under new management. The woman and girl manager were polite which is sadly the only thing I can positively say. This place should be demolished. The most disgusting,violent, and absolute sorry excuse for a hotel/motel/hotel I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.

I paid with my debit card and you promise to refund my $40 deposit. I have not received. The property was dirty. The door has no lock. I did not like anything about the property. I need my $40 deposit to be refunded. I was checked out by the lady down stairs.

One of the tenants called the police because a physical altercation took place. Somebody stole my tooth paste, towel, & toilet paper when I had to step out of one of the bathrooms to get pads. The employees were arguing in front of tenants instead of talking to each other is private. • You (1/5): Avoid this place unless you want to be around noisy people that vape/smoke. - I felt the linens, and bed comfort were quite decent for a hostel. And though I didn't get to stay in the all male dorm room, I have heard from other guests that the all male, and all female dorm rooms away from the front door were a lot better. An African American guest was vaping in my room, and the manager refused to remove him. The Jamaican manager Anton said that he had more seniority than I had. On the night after, the guest who was vaping and another guest in that room both displayed violet behavior. As a result, both myself, and an older gentlemen requested to be relocated, but the only available bed was an upper bunk which was challenging for me because I breathe with a cpap machine, and humidifier when I sleep. After moving to the dorm room, a bunch of people were talking outside until approximately 2 am in the morning, and were waking me up. Finally I called the police to file a complaint for disturbing the peace. At 2 am, the Jamaican manager Anton came charging into the dorm room, turned on all the lights, and then demanded to know if I called the police. He evicted me right then and there, and said I will need to leave in the morning even though I had 3 more days paid up.

• Janee (2/5): Before paying, make sure everything at the property is clean and up to date - The staff weren’t very welcoming, I rented the room for the weekend for my sister who is going through something personal.. the women that I contacted which is the number on booking stopped responding once the money was sent. While staying at the property all the linen were dirty and she waited and 2 plus hours to receive clean linen. A man on the property stuck his feet in her doorway of the room she was in and staff weren’t very friendly as far as what I understood they were problematic.
