• patrick (9/5): Si vous voulez comme nous pouvoir tout faire à pied et passer un bon moment ,ne cherchez plus. - l'emplacement est top pour les restos et boire des verres dans une ambiance super sympa au bord des quais. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux. Une mention spéciale pour Claudia et Angelo qui ont été super réactif lors d'une demande de dernière minute et super arrangeant .Merci encore si nous revenons à Milan ce logement sera choisi.
• Ametrano (8/5): - Buena Ubicación. Lo mejor es que tienes bares y restaurantes en la puerta pero una vez que entras al edificio no se escucha nada. Es super tranquilo. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Estuvo muy bien, nos hemos quedado sin jabon a mitad de la estancia y el colchon no era del todo bueno. Pero menor al lado de todo lo positivo.

• Amanda (9/5): Great location to explore the canals of Milan - Communications with the owner were very good and instructions on how to access the building very clear. The apartment was excellently placed with great restaurants and bars nearby. No parking on site but suggested parking garage was efficient and safe. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable, a great location for a visit to Milan and we plan to return to this property. Nothing to dislike in the apartment, all good, but there was some noise when the nearby restaurants were closing and moving outdoor furniture on Saturday evening, but nothing related to the apartment.

Materasso scomodo e letto cigolante, insonorizzazione insufficiente, soffione doccia parzialmente intasato di calcare. Peccato, perché il B&B è spazioso e con un po' più di accortezze sarebbe ottimo. Ma per me un buon riposo è un fattore limitante nel giudizio, quindi non vado oltre il cinque. • Elia (5/5): Carino, ma caro qualità prezzo. - Posizione, disponibilità dell’host, appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Qualità prezzo, zanzare (l appartamento dovrebbe avere una zanzariera), una sola finestra, mancanza di luci nella zona giorno, materasso scomodo, lenzuola troppo calde per il mese primaverile, scarico della doccia intasato.

• Dusan (6/5): Good value but.. - The location at Navigli is really good, you can walk everywhere and metro / tram is just around the corner. With the location itself, the apartment is located right above the kitchen's restaurant. The windows are weak and you can hear the noises till late night. Moreover some staff cleaned and threw the glass to trash cans at 4am every night.

• Jaime (1/5): - La amplitud del apartamento. No está adecuado para pernoctar. Las ventanas son antiguas y no aíslan del ruido. El apartamento está en un patio de vecinos con 4 cocinas de restaurantes, con ruidos hasta las dos de la mañana de portazos, cristales y chillidos. A las 7 de la mañana, vuelven a empezar por lo que es imposible dormir.

• Francesco (5/5): Don’t go! You won’t sleep - The apartment is very central, however it faces an internal courtyards where all the local restaurants shared kitchens and deposit… very noisy from 7 am till 2 am…very noisy! Horrible noises from all the restaurants around the apartment

• Marta (2/5): Two sleepless nights - This apartment doesn’t fulfill its role as the place to get rest/sleep after intensive days spent in Milano. Unfortunatelly I didn’t recognize this properly while reading others’ opinions. This is the place where you can’t sleep:( it is situated under restaurants, in the back of the building. You can hear everything: plates putted into dishwashing or dished manually, glass, bottles thrown away into the bin, personel laud discussions, rings belling to inform waiters that meal is ready … everything till around 2 a.m. Finally! Hope for some hours of silence. But not! Between 4 and 5 a.m. somebody is riding trash bins with glass through the whole area from kitchen to the entrance several times … than shouts the doors several times very laudy … OMG … I couldn’t believe that this was happening … What is even funny, the home rules we found on the table inform that you can’t party and should stay in silence from 10 p.m. with respect to others. Wonderful. We’ve adjusted to this rule, but what about us? Do not recommend. Maybe if you want to party all night and stay there to take rest during the day it’s fine, but not opposit. It was unfortunatelly my worst booking decision among lots I’ve already taken:( Milan is beautiful, worth of visiting. But we’ve been exhausted w/o possibility to take rest in this appt. Besides it was clean and offered what i properly while reading other opinions. This is the place where you can find staff available usually in places like that.

• Rachael (7/5): Good if using as a base to explore Navigli for a night. - Great location, value for money. There was a lot of noise from outside throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning. Bring earplugs! The bed was also really creaky which was annoying, but it was comfortable.

• Jonathan (9/5): Great location to be based for a long weekend in Milan but noise from inner courtyard was an issue to get an early night - Modern, clean, good facilities inc coffee machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, excellent shower, open plan large space and large bathroom and main bedroom, location to Navigli area and metro station. Great restaurants nearby and local food shop. Noise from inner courtyard where 2 restaurants emptied their recycling, slammed doors sometimes until 2am as some served food until 1am. They could have done it with more consideration to residences. Double glazing but noise still came through. Ear plugs helped but it woke up my partner nevertheless.
• Rebecca (9/5): Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Milan and not wanting to stay in the centre!! - Comfortable apartment that was very clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient location, only 3-4 minutes to walk to the metro that is on the same line as Milano Centrale. There were two supermarkets within a 3-4 minute walk too! Beautiful canals, definitely not as crowded during winter. The host was very responsive when we reached out about some queries. Instructions to enter to the apartment were straightforward. The only very minor downside is that it is behind a restaurant. So you do hear staff tipping glass into the bins at night. However, it does get very quiet throughout the night once the restaurant is closed. It didn’t really bother us and we slept very well as the apartment was really comfortable!

• Sebastiano (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in Navigli, close to tons of restaurants and bars but also less than 5 mins walking from the nearest underground station (Porta Genova). Though located in one of the main centres of nightlife, the flat is very quiet and peaceful. Staff were also really helpful - communication was easy and quick at all times!

• Eveline (10/5): Perfect city break - The location is excelent, easy acces to metro and trams. The apartment was very clean, the pictures are accurate. We found 2 bottles of water on the table, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee and sugar, salt, the kitchen is very well equiped, with microwave oven, coffee machine, and electric kettle, dishware, cutlery, dish detergent and sponge. In the bathroom there was soap, shampoo and shower gel. We had towels and bed sheets. In one word, the apartment is suited even for longer stays. The host was very nice, explained us how to use the codes to enter the building and the apartment. We could hear the bottles thrown by the restaurant staff downstairs. The mattress on the bed too soft for our taste, but the couch was ok to sleep on.

Door entry system to building was extremely flaky/broken? and we were stranded outside the building a number of times during our stay. Not good. Had to rely on mercy of others/restaurateurs to let us into the building at least four times. This situation definitely needs to be fixed.

The bed was extremely comfortable and room clean and tidy. Unexpectedly and happily our room was refreshed with new towels. Most definitely exceeded expectations, thank you!
