  The accommodations is wonderfully positioned for enjoying both characteristic Amsterdam life and instant access to numerous famous attractions. Occupying the tranquil square of Amstelveld, the apartment can be found on the edge of the Canal Belt within minutes of the picturesque Amstel River. The living area receives plenty of natural light and is furnished with wooden floors, an 18th century mirror, Indian pieces of art, a coffee table, sofa, fireplace, lamps and cabinets. Only a few minutes' walk from the apartment there is a private place to park your car. Welcoming and peaceful, the two bedrooms encourage a good night’s sleep in the combination of two double beds. A stroller and a baby cot are available.

• Linda (10/5): A tranquil place to stay in Amsterdam - Livia’s place is in a fabulous, quiet, leafy location, set away from the typical tourist zones. The property is very comfortable, quiet, and tranquil after a long overseas flight. The property faces a leafy square which maybe transformed into a market, flower market, dog meet up or for school children sport. Nearby cafes, restaurants and shops offer all that you could need. The hosts are ever so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

• Jacqueline (9/5): We had a fabulous stay in Amsterdam. Would recommend it! - Stunning apartment in a beautiful district in Amsterdam. Easy walking distance of all the main sights. Host was excellent and very attentive. Only cooking facilities are a microwave but great places to eat nearby.
• Margaret (7/5): This was a great location, a good sized apartment for the 2 of us. - Location. 1 street removed from many restaurants, small shops, supermarket and tram stop. Tram 10 mins to Dam Square and Centralle Station and 15-20 to RAI Station. RAI is convenient for day trip to beach and Den Hague. The bathroom was updated and clean. The patio was a good size with furniture. The host left thoughtful gifts like a lush bath bomb, coffee pods, milk, chocolate and a bottle of wine. Some minor things and I’m being picky; The space would be nicer if it was generally decluttered and all the “dust catchers” like burned down candles, fake plants, and fluffy pillows removed. A bit more detail to finer cleaning like stains from the sofa, lamps that were dusty, (although again, the bathroom was very clean). The hairdryer needs replacing, its switch is broken so it’s on high as soon as you plug it in and cannot be adjusted. A full length mirror would be useful. A booklet on how things operate, tv, microwave, etc would be useful. Just a heads up: there are no cooking facilities other than the microwave which we knew going in so not a problem for us.

Friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful quiet location with easy tram access to Centraal Station and a short walk to some great restaurants Nothing to complain about it was just as good as it had been described

• Perlita (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect! It was located on a quiet street yet within walking distance of places of interests and good restaurants. And the place is wonderful - the big windows in the living room, I can stay there all day! The bed was very comfortable. David, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. If you are sensitive to noise, there could be a bit of noise from upstairs unit but very manageable.
• Erdem (9/5): Superb - It’s pretty much close to 4 and 12 numbered tram’s station. Apartment was very clean, fresh and full with our needs. Stairs are pretty much steep as usual in Netherlands :)

The area was near enough everything to walk, but on such a quiet, leafy square. To sit outside in the sun before the apartment was such a pleasant surprise. I loved the Amstelveld. Great place to stay!
