• King (10/5): So good we'd come back again! - Modern unit in a safe modern residential tower and walkable area to hair, nail services, restaurants, cafes, etc. Bathrooms have bidets, a great upgrade. We wish our two apartments could have been on the same floor, but we appreciated they were in the same tower.
• Anonymous (5/5): Won’t stay there again, better off in District 1 - Pool was nice, gym was okay, it was convenient for food and groceries Situated right on major highway so you cannot have the sliding doors or windows open because of the noise. You have to get a taxi or Grab to cross the highway to the shopping mall on the other side of the road. Concierge doesn’t speak English and not friendly or helpful. We were there 12 days and the sheets were never changed and when the cleaners came they were there for about 10 minutes. It’s actually an Air B and B but I didn’t realise this as I booked it on Booking .com For an Air B and B it was very ill equipped. Also tiny uncomfortable couch with one tv. No TVs in bedrooms. Also it’s a 45 minute taxi or Grab ride to District 1 because of traffic. Beds are like concrete.

• Philip (1/5): Scam - fishing exercise to catch customers for their other hotel. - It was a scam as far as I’m concerned- there was no accomodation available - the person who came to meet us said the place was full but they had a luxury hotel they could take us to that was about 10mins away - the place was ok but nothing like the The Lumiere - how I know it’s a scam is there was a sign in reception saying that this was not a hotel and didn’t accept bookings from Booking.com, Expedia, Last Minute, Trivago, Trip Advisor etc - the lady who met me wanted to see my booking so she could see what price I was quoted and what type of room I had booked - the lady at the reception said to me “This is not a hotel” - it’s used as a fishing exercise to catch people and then we are taken elsewhere and pay them directly- we obviously don’t pay anything to Booking.com - let me know if you need more information. • Randall (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - It was a beautiful well serviced apartment with great facilities. The bed was too hard and I love a hard bed! Also I recommend a tv in the bedroom.

• Gavin (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean with all essentials one may need for a week long stay, towels are changed every two days, access to the swimming pool and gym was great, beds were comfortable. We were allocated east facing apartment facing the highways - living room balcony doors were not closing tightly and hence the noise was pretty unpleasant (it felt like standing in the middle of the highway). All pictures on the website are from west facing apartments overlooking the calming river and hence our disappointment
• Austin-jeffrey (9/5): Superb - excellent apartment ,just lacked some kitchen equipment and a deep clean. It was 37th floor brilliant pool, cheap sofa but comfy clean beds and baths.

• Thomas (9/5): A very nice apartment with convenient sourounding - We liked our stay as a family of four a lot. The apartment offers everything needed. Many expats stay in that area, so there is a lot of convenient infrastructure around for kids, to eat, to shop, etc. We found it a very good hub for our city visit.
