• Marika (8/5): - Bell'appartamento, molto spazioso, pulito e in un'ottima posizione. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ben servito a livello di negozi di alimentari e ristoranti. La vicinanza alla metro Cipro rende molto semplici gli spostamenti. Comunicazione con i gestori semplice e immediata. Alcuni accorgimenti potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza - ILLUMINAZIONE: l'illuminazione è piuttosto scarsa, specialmente nelle camere da letto, in cui sono presenti solo due luci da notte. - CUCINA: la lavastoviglie è presente ma non funziona, impossibile da accendere. Peccato, perché viene fornita anche una pastiglia per lavastoviglie, che rimane inutilizzata. Inoltre, dal lavandino della cucina fatica a uscire acqua calda. - CHIAVI DI CASA: Sarebbe utile avere almeno due mazzi di chiavi: trattandosi di un alloggio per 6 persone, un solo mazzo limita molto i movimenti in autonomia. - BAGNO: la doccia del bagno principale trafila acqua, finendo per allagare parte del bagno. Sarebbe utile avere qualche asciugamano/tappetino extra per non rischiare di scivolare.

• Takehisa (9/5): - location, size, cleanliness, balcony, bed, and kitchen were all great. The bathroom was a bit inconvenient, and I ended up getting the bathroom floor quite wet every time I showered.

• Luigi (6/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura,la vista, la vicinanza mezzi di trasporto e supermarket. L'indifferenza da parte della gestione nella risoluzione delle carenze ( mancanza assoluta di acqua calda ) più volte segnalata senza soluzione alcuna. Ho scoperto in seguito alla lettura delle recensioni che il problema sussisteva da parecchio tempo nel disinteresse della proprietà e della gestione.
• Miroslava (10/5): - Krásny veľký slnečný apartmán, dostatok miesta a komfort pre 4-člennú rodinu. Komunikácia s prenajímateľom na dobrej úrovni. Blízkosť stanice metra line A - Cipro, možnosť nákupu potravín v blízkom obchode Carrefour.
• Simona Bellucco (6/5): Bene ma migliorabile - Buona posizione vicino a metro e fermata autobus. Zona tranquilla e pulita. L appartamento è molto grande e le pulizie ordinarie sono state svolte con accuratezza. Appartamento necessità di una maggiore cura nelle opere straordinarie soprattutto per quel che riguarda le luci, la cucina (non utilizzabile), i bagni. Servizio in generale sufficiente. Ok se si vuole risparmiare un pochino e se ci si accontenta. Letti e materassi buoni.

• Peter JD (8/5): - Duży, przestronny apartament. Brak ciepłej wody w kuchni. Niedziałającą zmywarka. Słabe ciśnienie wody. Kapiąca klimatyzacja w pokoju.
• HALA (3/5): The main amenities were a disappointment - The location was very good! Close to the metro, 24/7 superstore, and walking distance to the Vatican. 1. The power cuts off very frequently especially when the AC is on. We tried to avoid using ANY other electric appliances just to avoid the interruptions, yet it was still happening. 2. The internet was free but the signal was poor and does not cover the main bedroom. At best, it would only let you send text messages. 3. The shower was mostly cold water.
• Carla Bendezu (9/5): Muy buen lugar - La ubicación es inmejorable, está a 2 minutos caminando del metro. Es muy fácil acceso y sencillo de llegar. Cuando tuve un problema con la luz contestaron muy rápido y se resolvió fácilmente. No es nada preocupante, pero a veces era complicado regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha.

• Angel (9/5): Great experience - The apartment is super spacious and in a great location. It is close to metro and public transport. It has everything you need to have a great time in the eternal city. I have no comments
• Gabor (9/5): Enjoyed the central location and the authentic residental Rome experience. - Host is very responsive and professional. Some minor technical issues with the showerhead and one aircon, but probably been sorted by now.
