Important Information
- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.
- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.
- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€.
- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.
- A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.
- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.
- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.
- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Anna (9/5): - Easy to enter apartment, good location. The 2 bedrooms provided good comfort for a group of 4. The apartment is spacious, good size, great wifi as remote workers. It needs a deep, more detailed care for surfaces and linens, likely an easy fix for the next guest!

- Andrei (9/5): - Отдыхали семьей из 3 человек ( с ребенком). Все совпало как на фото, ожидание и реальность 100%. Очень чисто аккуратно, вся бытовая техника хорошая, посуда и все аксессуары столовые и ванной комнате все новое! От хозяина в холодильнике нашли комплимент для взрослых и для ребенка, было очень приятно. Место расположение 10 из 10. Все в шаговой доступности. Рядом хороший большой супермаркет. Мы уже отдыхали раньше в Аликанте, город знали и бронировали жилье в данном месторасположения целенаправленно. Отзыв больше для новичков , кто не знает инфраструктуру города. Цена качество и местоположения все соответствует. Все понравилось !

- Iv_C (10/5): - Communication with host was nice and easy and they support us with any question or request we had. Apartment was clean and well equipped in part of town where are a lot of restaurants and markets where local people eat.
- Diana (9/5): In general, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind walking a bit more - The apartment was nice and spacious. All the equipment worked well, and the bed sheets and towels were clean. The host answered quickly and was very helpful. The only problems were that it took a long time to walk to the city center and the beach. Also, it was hard to figure out how to use the stove and which pots or pans to use with it.

There are many places to eat and large supermarket nearby, 20 minutes to the sea, I recommend👍🏻

- Alice (8/5): Excellent value for money - Great value for money, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cafes close by. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach/main area of Alicante. The hot water didn’t last very long and there was little natural light but it was a very nice tidy apartment with everything you need for a short stay.

- Ian (9/5): Nice apartment with easy access to the city centre, beaches and metro system. - The apartment was an easy walk into central Alicante and was ideally located for us to see our daughter who is spending a year at Alicante University and shares an appartment just around the corner. The front door had a smart lock which didn't work very well (the batteries on the remote controls may have been getting old). We had no problem getting in and out using the old-fashioned physical key.

Great value for money too, what m - The apartment was so clean and fresh, really high ceilings which made it feel airy and spacious. The facilities were great, a wonderfully powerful shower and plenty of hot water and neat kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, with some gorgeous furniture I want for my own house 😅. The air conditioning was a most welcome benefit as we had wonderful, very hot weather during our stay, so an afternoon chill out was enjoyed most days. The apartment is in a great central location for all the wonderful sights and experiences Alicante has to offer - it was around 15-20 minute walk to Postiguet Beach, 5 minutes from the plaza de toros, 10 minutes to the central market and 10 minutes from Santa Barbara Castle. The hosts were really lovely, providing some basics to start you off such as coffee, wine and washing pods for the washing machine. Information was clear and easy to follow. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodation! Thank you so much!! 🩷

Hosts were very kind, there was information about anything we might need and they were responsive and timely. There were enough kitchen facilities if one needs and upon arrival there was wine in the fridge which was amazing surprise.
