Amel (7/5): Good - Roomy and clean Staff collected deposit at the property when we checked in. On the day of departure 4 or 5 guys came and they looked at the white bed sheets which we used for 4 days and said it needed washing , they were trying to find an excuse to keep the deposit . Shameful behavior. I felt intimidated

Soophia (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and responsive staff. I had to check in early they were happy to accommodate me. Asked me regarding my stay a few times. Apartment is furnished so I could fix myself a little snack if needed. I did face some WiFi issues but didn’t bother me much.

Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - Mr. Islam Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed Ragab were really friendly and responsive. The property is clean and comfortable. The compound is quiet. I'd definitely come back. If you don't have a car, consider installing Uber. Otherwise, reaching in and out would be hard.
Nasser (10/5): if you are or rent a vehicle, it would be much easier for you to get back-and-forth because catching a taxi at night is - The place is very nice and clean. It was as seen in the pictures and it was a great value for the money. Our contact guy Ahmed was very responsive. Transportation was a little bit hard, but as soon as we downloaded the Uber app, it got much easier
