We enjoyed opening the windows and sitting on the patio with a coffee. Walking distance to all important sights. Good restaurant just outside the gates. Nothing
• Rob (8/5): Verblijf in een echt paleis! - Je slaapt in een echt paleis. Zeker voor een nacht leuk om mee te maken, prachtige decoraties, muur- en plafondschilderingen, schilderijen en een luxe ontbijtzaal. Leuk om te doen/boeken. Kamer is zeer zeker groot genoeg! Omdat het een paleis van vroeger is, is niet alles even modern. Enkel glas, dus je hoort alles goed van buiten, het bed van de slaapbank zakte in het midden nogal door. Ondanks dat een prima verblijf, zeker voor een nacht. Zou er geen week boeken.

• blanca (3/5): Not happy with this place - The location was perfect , in the heart of the city . Walking distance everywhere in Florence . The room did not have heat in October , the beds were hard and the pillow were very hard . The were no blankets and the bathroom floor was wet . No paper towels in te kitchens . I was very disappointed with the hospitality group . For the price , I will stay someplace else next time . There are dozens of hotel near by to chose from . I’m surprised with the low quilting service .

• Rohaizah (10/5): Convenient, charming and cosy - It was super comfortable. The host Isabella , was kind and attentive. My husband was not feeling too well and they let us check in much earlier . Thank you. Love the location and the beautiful garden just in front of our apartment. When we stayed, there was a defect with the towel rack system or something. The toilet floor was constantly wet . Got to be careful as it was dangerous. We could slip and fall badly as the tiles did not show the wet area. Hope it has been rectified for future guests . Other than that, no negative situation.
• Kwon (10/5): 정말 집 같은 집 - 번잡한 역 주변을 떠나 피렌체 SMN 역에서 걸어올만한 거리에 아주 평화롭고 조용한 콘도미니엄. 라벤더와 로즈마리 장미 등의 예쁜 정원이 있고 큰 창문과 요리 할 수 있는 모든 집기들이 있습니다. 식기세척기와 캡슐커피, 오븐과 인덕션 등 부엌의 시설들이 피렌체에서 장기간 머무르고 싶게 만들어서 4박을 보냈지만 더 연장하려 했어요. 안타깝게도 바로 예약이 있는거 같더라고요. 아직도 모기가 있었는지 밤에 좀 많이 물렸어요.

• Jasmina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great location, all attractions can be visited on foot. It will be a small oasis of peace in the middle of the city bustle. It's great that it has a garage. It is pleasant and the staff is extremely friendly. Nothing.

• Paris (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing special about this apt Noisy ventilator in the bathroom, there was not hot water for 2 days, when we informed the personal they never informed us if it was fixed or not. We were accidentally locked outside and we called the office, no one came to open us but instead they asked me to go to the companies office (30 minutes walk). Finally the cleaning service came and opened us
• Angel (10/5): Exceptional - The property offers everything you need; it is modern and comfortable. The exceptional location allows for easy walking to many attractions in the city. The facilities and community complex are well-maintained and excellent. The property includes assigned parking in a covered garage. The only downside is the absence of a washer and dryer, but the complex does provide a pay laundry service.

• Nadezhda (8/5): Very good - Very big and clean apartment, near to the historical center of the city. There was not a washing machine in the apartment as it was mentioned, there was a laundry room for the whole building with additional fee for it.
• Michael (10/5): So good that we already want to come back! - Great bed, best sleep in weeks! Even the sofa was very good to sleep on. Great location, close near the center and the train station. Very clean and communication was superb. Nothing really, we really enjoyed it.
• Jing-chien (8/5): Very good - The bathroom is big, and the shower is good with a stable temperature. Microwave was placed on a very high shelf, and it was not very convenient to use. It was raining in Florence when we checked in, and there was leaking of water that came from the rain, and we could feel the floor was damp. The leakage might come from the wall just adjacent to the sofa. Since one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

• Tatjana (10/5): Great stay in Florence - The appartment is in a perfect location for visiting Florence, everything is really near and easy to reach including the train station (5mins). The appartment is clean and the bed really comfortable. You have everything you need for a perfect stay. Maybe you should think to invest in some mosquito nets since there were mosquitos and it's a shame not to be able to open the windows and look at the beautifull garden.

Restaurants, shops just in a corner. The Catedral is around 10 min walk. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Contact with the host was also perfect. All was good, nothing to complained

• Lisa (9/5): Fabulous quiet location in central Florence - Great location and area. Lovely to have the garden surrounding the apartments. Easy 5 mins walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and even close to the fresh food markets. Only challenge is that the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so those sleeping in the sofa bed (in living area) have to go through the bedroom and disturb others to get to the bathroom.
• Alina (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in Florence - A lady was waiting for us with the keys when we arrived. The apartment was in a very secure complex with gardens all around. Very pretty from the outside. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as described. Very close to station. Plenty of restaurants and shops all around. Felt very safe in the apartment and surrounding area. All good
• Kamshat (10/5): I would definitely stay here again - During the trip around europe we stayed at 7 different locations and this was the best. The apartment looked nice in pictures, but it exceeded our expectations in real life. This happens so rarely. The locationn is great, 5 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the city centre. The apartment is in the block of apartments which are securely closed and this gives you the sense of security and comfort. The garden is beautiful. The birds are singing in the morning. The apt has everything u can ever need. I can't list everything, but there are 3 different machines to make coffee and that must be enough))) We didn't want to leave it and regret that we stayed only 2 days))) It was not critical,but the info can be useful for managers. The laundry was too sophisticated to use. It requires coins. It was a real challenge for me to change paper money for coins (i found a money transfer point and they helped), but when i came back to laundry I met a Canadian couple who couldn't realize a difference between different washing modes. It said A, B, C, but the difference was not clear. I coldn't understand as well. The instructions also didn't say anything about the modes. So the couple left deciding to wait for their manager's response. When i decided to try any mode, i saw that the machine accepts only 1 euro coins and what i had was only 2 euro coins. So I was unsuccessful also and took my dirty clothes to Rome.
• Rosario (8/5): Very good but could be better. - Excellent response from Stefano and Isabelle. Beautifully landscaped outdoors with orange trees, rosemary and Jasmine. This made the apartment smell really nice. Bed was a uncomfortable. Felt mattress springs. Also mold in the shower area.

• Gabriel (8/5): Very good choice for visiting Florence - - the apartment is positioned very close to the city centre, so that you can reach everything in minutes by walking the beautiful streets - the apartment is spacious enough to accommodate without problems a family with one or two childrens, and it is equipped with everything you may need - the garage was a big plus, as the parking in Florence it‘s very problematic - one air conditioning for each room - the drain from the bathtub was almost completely blocked, so it always took a long time for the water to drain, and there was the risk of water spilling out, so you had to wash quickly and use as little water as possible. I could not do anything by myself to unclog it, else i would have done it. Maybe this point can be fixed, so the next guests can enjoy their shower after a long walk through the city, especially in a very warm day. - as the Florence has a large ZTL area, for the guests which are coming for their first time to visit it by car, a shortlink on google maps or a short route description which is sent in advance (before they enter the city) to the guests would be very helpful for them in order to know how to reach the location without crossing ZTL areas, and do not have to deal with this stress
