• Noe (8/5): - Ahmed was always attentive to our questions and requests, and he was very willing to help solve any issues or doubts we had. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location is great, very close to the Navigli area and just a short walk from a metro station. The kitchen was not well equipped, there were no pots, pans, or plates, and no soap for washing the dishes. It would be great if this could be improved for future guests.

• Rienne (8/5): Well-connected - Ahmed was helpful with the check in and any very responsive to any questions, which made it so easy. The location was convenient to the tram and metro and easy to get around the city. The room and bathroom were all comfortable. Thanks for a great stay! The bed was comfortable, but it would be better if it had a base for a double bed.

All instructions were received before arrival with all details. Nice neighborhood. I recommend this place for a city tour in Milan.

• Tanja (3/5): Poor - The location is well connected with transport. When we arrived, we couldn't open the shutter of the window in the room. They couldn't change our room, and the day after, the technician came and opened the shutter partly but didn't fix it, so we couldn't close it anymore during the night nor open it completely during the day to ventilate the room, so we slept badly every night. The kitchen is shared, and someone stole our water from the fridge. Overall we didn't enjoy the stay.

• Mark (5/5): Overall it was fair. Wouldn't stay again. - The host was friendly and accommodating, and very willing to offer help and assistance. Let me check in early which was great. I just didn't like the place much. Had to pass through four locks to get into my room from the street. In the kitchen, no seating or natural light, and no dish soap or sponges to clean with. Couldn't keep the shutters open in my room as people walking by on the sidewalk were only a few feet away and could see in. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillow was lumpy. Didn't sleep well most nights.
• Alessia (6/5): Not worth the money - The host sent a video prior to arrival with very clear instructions about key collection. He was polite and friendly over Whatsapp. - Black mold on the window frame in the bathroom. Clearly it hasn't been cleaned in a while. - Poor noise insulation. I slept with ear plugs and I could hear noise from both the street (my room had windows on the main road) and the other rooms in the apartment. Other guests were not being particularly noisy, they were simply talking with each other. - No in-person contact whatsoever. This is problematic because it goes against Italy's anti-terrorism laws which make obligatory for hosts to check the identity of their guests upon arrival. I expected someone to show up at some point to verify my documents in person and this has not happened. Moreover, it is mandatory for hosts since last year to make short-stay rental places clearly identifiable as such (by exposing the so-called CIN code). There was no sign that identified the accommodation outside the gate and not even on the door or wall outside the entrance of the apartment. I wonder why is this. Overall, even excluding the last point, I don't think the place is worth the money.

• Kelvin (9/5): Great team, everything clean, new, and organized - The room was super clean, everything was new and organized. The person who was communicating with me was super attentive, very helpful with everything. The location is ok, the area is very quiet. The most important thing, what I liked the most was the cleanliness and everything was new, and especially the attention from the staff, which was one of the main reasons for maintaining my good rating. I was a little frustrated that I wasn't allowed to cook. I didn't see if there was anything in the description that wasn't allowed. But since the pictures show an equipped kitchen, with a stove and everything, it automatically leads me to believe that I can cook. So since I stayed for a long time, it frustrated me a lot. But they helped me with a lot of things I asked for. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Nice to have a coffee machine and washing machine The lift noise periodically was pretty loud, woke us up a few times

• Barbi84 (10/5): Good location, nice appartment and great host - First of all I would like to say that we were really happy with the room. It was a triple room with a double bed and a single bed; the bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure; Wi-Fi was provided at the flat and there was a communal kitchen which was really convenient (with tea and coffee making facilities). The accommodation is located nearby Navigli neighbourhood (around 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes if you use the bus 74 which bus stop is just outside the flat. Bus 47 will take you in no time to Romolo station). Communication with the host was great; he will give you all the clear instructions in order for you to get the keys on arrival and will answer all your queries quick. There is a great coffee shop (L'Antico Forno Caffe) nearby the appartment. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Milan! :-)

• Odded (6/5): Pleasant - Fresh renovated Ground floor to a busy street, can't open the window, can't open the shade - people can look into the room. Under the room is the elevator machine room. Very and I mean very very laud night and day. Couldn't sleep!!!!

• Stanislav (9/5): Superb - The location is wonderful, 15 minutes to the metro, if you are not feeling like going to Centrále, you can stay at a place which is also interesting. The administration guy, Ahmed, was very helpful and reactive. If you hope to cook there, leave it, there are not all the kitchen appliances nor even the oven.
• Kiš (9/5): Superb - The most important thing for me was good communication with the owner, our host was great. He was available for us 24/7, answered our text within 5 minutes, he even helped us with a personal problem we had, which he didn’t have to but he did and we appreciate it very much. Another big thing for us was how everything was renovated and clean. Everything is thought through. The distance from the city center might look big but the bus station was right in front of the apartment. We even took a walk from the apartment to the city centre few times just to take everything in , so that a recommendation for walkers.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. A special thanks to Host Ahmed, who was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions with great patience and clarity. Additionally, the guide for accessing the keys was incredibly well-made, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent design, convenient location, cleanliness, and outstanding service. -

• Rachel (10/5): Excellent stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan who enjoys staying slightly further from city - Property is in an excellent location close to a metro station and an area that isn’t too busy. The property is very Modern and has great facilities. We felt comfortable and safe staying there and had no issues at all with noise or getting to the accommodation. We were able to get lime bikes from outside the accommodation and cycle to Navigli area in under 10minutes and 5 minutes to metro! Communication from our host Ahmed couldn’t have been better. Nothing! Property is excellent and will definitely be staying again
