• Ingrid Adriana (9/5): Bonito departamento con una ubicación estratégica en la ciudad. - La ubicaión fue excelente, muy central. Es un alojamiento amplio y cómodo, buenas camas y con menaje de cocina completo lo que nos permitió preparar desayuno. Fuimos 11 adultos y nos acomodamos bien. El anfitrión es muy amable. En la esquina hay un restaurante fabuloso. Cerca se encuentran restaurantes, iglesias, sitios de recuerdos, supermercados, lavanderia, lineas de metro, etc. Solo hay una ducha y nos tocó hacer turnos ya que eramos un grupo numeroso.Todas las camas son dobles, asi que se debe contemplar el compartir la cama. El baño principal no tenia seguro y nos tocó implentar una señal para saber cuando estaba ocupado.
• Ana (7/5): Foi espetacular apesar do contratempo inicial - A localização era fantástica, o apartamento super limpo e com todos os equipamentos necessários muito próximo da igreja santa maria maior e da estação termini com ligação direta ao aeroportoo A entrega das chaves foi péssima. Tivemos um problema no voo, chegámos de madrugada e tivemos que passar a noite na rua porque ninguém nos atendeu, apesar de ter tentado contactar por email o alojamento perto das 21H. Não há forma de entrar se o check-in for tarde. Tínhamos connosco uma sra com 80 anos e uma criança com 10anos, passamos a noite no Mac Donalds pq ninguém se preocupou com a nossa chegada. Na sequência deste acontecimento quando pedimos para deixar as malas, pediram-nos 50€~~contaram o facto termos dormido uma noite na rua...foi lamentável

• Florian (7/5): Great for big families - Great location and comfortable beds. The water pressure in the shower was very low and you needed the sink faucet to be open at the same time as the shower to get hot water (even after then guys came and fixed the problem). The floors were not clean (especially in the bathroom) and looked like the housekeeper didn’t have time to get the apartment ready because when we got there she was still cleaning the bathroom but the floors hadn’t been done yet. Other than that we had a good experience and the housekeeper was helpful and friendly.

• Karine (7/5): Bien - La ubicación excelente y amplias habitaciones. El baño pequeño no funcionaba y al llegar el apartamento estaba muy muy frio.
• Alessandra Francesca (4/5): Non è andata malissimo ma sicuramente non lo consiglio. - La posizione strategica Scarsa pulizia, le lenzuola erano completamente sporche tant’è che in uno dei vari letti che compongono l’appartamento abbiamo dovute cambiarle. Il secondo bagno è un po’ una presa in giro in quanto è presente un singolo water e un mini lavandino, praticamente inutilizzabile se si è in tanti.

• Lilian (10/5): Perfect location perfect stuff. I definitely recommend it 100%. - The property was very clean. The location is perfect. It was big enough for my family. It was very beautiful. Communication was so smooth. It’s in the middle of everything. The restaurants, the tourist attractions; It’s just perfect. I loved it and everyone in my family loved it too In all honesty, I liked everything about the property and the stuff was lovely. Communication was smooth if I ever go back to Rome, I’m definitely staying here.

• Judit (8/5): Great location and great apartment. - We loved the location: it is right next to the Sta Maria Maggiore.The apartment is well decorated. It has a well equipped kitchen. And beds were really comfortable. We had a great night sleep. The area is not noisy so it is great! We found it tidy and clean. but the carpets are not really a nice thing to have if you want a clean apartment.

• Helena (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - The location of the apartment is spectacular. Close to the Termini station and walking distance from some of the most wonderful sights such as Colosseum and Roman Forum. The apartment itself was perfect for a bigger group of people, it was well equipped and overal we had a very comfortable stay. The employee G., who checked us in, was super nice, very friendly and accommodating, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fix any issues we might have (one day, there was no hot water and he had the problem resolved immediately). The communication with the (presumably) owners before the stay was a bit challenging, in a broken English and I didn't get response to some of my questions. The day before my arrival, they asked me for EUR 50 for late check-in (after 9 p.m.), while the fine print on Booking said the fee for later check-in is EUR 25. Luckily, this was all resolved on the spot with G., who checked us in. The street was also a bit noisy at night, since the apartment is so centrally located. Overal, we had a nice stay.

• Jo (5/5): Good location, comfy beds, no working boiler - The apartment has three large comfortable rooms and is in a great location with very welcome air conditioning. The boiler was not working throughout our stay, which meant no showers. The communication with the property was a bit patchy and attempts to fix the boiler failed with no option provided until the final evening. Waiting around for multiple visits from the various trades impacted our holiday. There was also a leaky tap - so possibly issues with maintenance.

Overall, the apartment was clean. The communication with the host was poor. I wrote in English and received a reply in Polish. We asked for an additional set of bed sheets, which was approved, but there weren't any sheets in the apartment. The shower was clogged. The official check-in time was at 15:00, but it was postponed to 16:00.

• Nicole (10/5): Excellent location and presentation, would stay again! - The location was fantastic, very near the main train terminal and colosseum. The rooms were quite large by Rome standards and whilst the apartment is compact, very high ceilings and fully air-conditioned which made it comfortable for our group as Rome was sweltering. Access to many local restaurants and walking distance to most tourist sites. The apartments presents exactly as advertised and we considered good value given the alternative of 4 hotel rooms. We were a large group and only one full bathroom but the apartment does have another toilet and laundry. We knew this in advance and as only a short stay in Rome it wasn't a problem but something to bear in mind if planning a longer stay.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exactly as described on website! Beautiful apartment. - Location The front door was difficult to open. It took us 5 minutes to open the door every time we went out. It would have been nice to have some water, coffee, and directions on how to open the door.
