• Yuliia (6/5): Раджу уточнювати яку саме квартиру ви бронюєте, адже на фото їх кілька різних. - Гарне місце розташування та вид з балкону. Поруч море та багато магазинів, ресторанів. Ліжка зручні, є кондиціонер. Власник привітний, запропонував нам трансфер з Тірани - було дуже зручно Ми жили не в тій квартирі, на яку розраховували. По чистоті не дуже, посуд треба було весь перемивати, накладку для унітазу давали окремо, вона була брудна. Душ погано стікав. Фена та праски ми не знайшли.

• Erki (5/5): - The beds were ok and kitchen facilities were great. The apartment was so big that one air conditioning was not enough and even on the evening it was too warm. Like sauna, also the neighbour was disturbing us early in the morning while we were sleeping.

• Guest (9/5): Personnel accueillant qui m’a envoyer de bonnes adresses, belle vue mer et proche du centre - belle vue mer même si les autres hôtel cache un peu celle ci, assez grand pour 4 personnes et très proche du centre de Vlore Chaleur insupportable malgré une clim, c’est au 11 eme étage et la chaleur monte
• Fournier (8/5): - Bon accueil, bel appartement bien situé L'appartement n'est pas complètement climatisé, seul le living room est climatisé, les chambres ne le sont pas, donc très chaudes.

• James (7/5): Nice location, but the view is gone - This apartment was in a truly fantastic location. Lots of free parking around, tons of shops and restaurants, as well as markets within a stones throw of the front door. The value for the money was quite good as the apartment is decently spacious and has room for at least four people to sleep comfortably. The host was communicative and very kind. Although I never met them face to face they checked in on me a couple of times to make sure I didn’t have any issues in the apartment. The main selling point for me to book this apartment was the balcony with a nice view of the water. However, that barely exists anymore. A giant building has been built almost entirely blocking the view, and none of the photos in the listing indicate this. I was severely disappointed when I walked out onto the balcony and only saw a construction site and a small sliver of the water. The apartment was very unequipped for any type of longer stay. I was there for a night so it wasn’t too bad, but the kitchen had very few things in it. There was no trash can in the bathroom (nor toilet paper, but maybe that was just a one-time mistake by the cleaner).
• Faith (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - Location, size and facilities (laundry, kitchenette). Excellent view and very cheap. Would be unbelievably good for a summer holiday rental. Had a number of maintenance issues (particularly electrical switches) and was obviously geared toward summer stays, for example an undersized hot water system even for one person, air conditioner with heat function that did not heat and only a coverlet on the bed.

• Igor (10/5): Excellent location, new renovation, welcoming host, free parking - Excellent location with lots of cafes and grocery shops nearby. The friendly host, who met me in person and showed the apartment. The apartment had fresh interior, new furniture and also a terrace. There were also a lot of space nearby to leave my car with no charge. The neighbours were a bit noisy
• Evelyn (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is newly renovated so very clean and has a great ocean view. Great location and has a few marts nearby to get groceries easily. The building is aged so had water shutdown and wifi issue while i was staying. I guess no-one has control over these kind of incidents but it wont harm to check with the host and get his emergency contact. He responds quickly and follows up responsibly.
