Je ne pas aimé Le messieur de la recepción, le climatiseur et frigo très très très vieux..................... j'étais arrivé et déjà il m'a dit que le prix que j'avais eu par Booking c'était pas le bon.. Car c'était pas cher ce que je devais payer.. C'est pour cela que me donner une chambre de même.. (vieille et ameublement terrible)c'était la troisième fois que j'allais dans dans cet hôtel là et jamais j'étais déçu pour son service...mais cette fois là j'étais déçu.. Is m'ont changé de chambre seulement parce que le rideau était tellement brisé et ils étaient pas capable de le réparer 🤷🤷🤷🤷
- Fernando (10/5): Aconchegante e um bom local para conhecer o centro de Santa Cruz - Funcionarios atenciosos e super educados. Local seguro e aconchegante com instalações completas. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades proteicas para ficar mais rico. Porém, ainda assim é bom.

Hubo un poco de lío con la habitación a nuestra llegada, diré que llegamos de madrugada muy tarde y el personal estaba durmiendo y se entiende que no estuviera claro cuál era nuestra reserva

- Clara (6/5): - funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos, boa localização. foi dia de eleição, tudo estava fechado e eles fizeram um almoço para nós. as fotos do aplicativo parecem estar desatualizadas. o quarto que ficamos é bem mais simples do que o mostrado pelas imagens. não tinha blindex no banheiro, era cortininha. o chuveiro não foi bom, saía agua e molhava todo o banheiro.
- Raquelen (9/5): Melhor banho da Bolívia - Localização, estrutura fisica do hotel, tamanho do quarto, chuveiro excelente, ares externa ótima Esse negócio de reservar em dolar e na hora converterem para boliviano e usarem a conversão paralela e nao a formal, bem comum na Bolivia. E tive o azar de pegar pratinhos bem engordurados no café da manba. Seria interessante algum tipo de uniforme, mesmo qje uma camiseta, para entendermos quem trabalha no hotel.

Nunca me dieron el acceso a Wifi

La ubicación es bastante buena, pero no hay muchas indicaciones para llegar al hotel Que no hubiera TV Cable. Lamparas sin funcionamiento, aire acondicionado muy antiguo. Ducha inadecuada con salida de agua muy en linea recta.

- JKune5 (4/5): Dissapointing experience - Not a lot/ I made a reservation like a month ago through booking but it seems like the reservation didn't went through the hotel at all. They had no idea I made the reservation. I showed them the email with the confirmation through booking but still they couldn't find our reservation. Just moments after booking, I tried to message their phone number via whatsapp but they didn't gave me an answer at all. It seems like the number they showed in the booking website is incorrect or invalid. We booked for a price of 66.10USD per night but they charged us 71USD when we got to the hotel room. That was outrageous. I told them again and again that we made the reservation for 66.10USD price but they were not willing to change the prices. We booked for a room with two bedrooms but in the end all that they could offer was either 2 rooms or 1 matrimonial room with. They didn't give us the room that we were looking for. It was a dissapointed experience The mini fridge that they had in the room didn't work either

El precio de la habitación está muy sobrevalorado (Al segundo día ya contaba con aire acondicionado). Sugiero que el costo de las habitaciones debe disminuir a 150 o 160 bolivianos.

- MARIA ESTHER (2/5): No satisfactoria. - La ubicación del hotel y su estructura. La habitación NO contaba con TV, reclamé y me pusieron una pero No tenia acceso a NADA literal por que no llegaba el internet y no pude ver nada. Llegue a las 10:00 y no había nadie para reclamar llame al teléfono que tiene publicado y nunca respondieron. El desayuno pésimo, no hubo leche no hubo huevos fritos y tenia un costo adicional de BS. 10 y ni pagando hubo huevos , el agua pusieron en un termo pequeño que no alcanzaba para todos los huéspedes que éramos pocos, atendió una niña que no daba ninguna explicación, no había vajilla necesaria , etc. El baño tenia una gotera que no dejo dormir tuve que poner un plástico para que no haga ruido.

Os funcionários não estavam disponíveis na recepção. Estava incluso café da manhã, mas não teve por "problemas na cozinha", mas não houve aviso por parte dos funcionários, nem sequer se propuseram a dar uma solução para nos atender. O banheiro não tinha toalhas de rosto ou de piso, sequer sabonetes. Muito falta de informação no geral e não me senti segura em deixar pertences de valor no quarto na minha ausência.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, possibilitando hospedes estrangeiros provarem um pouco das comidas típicas (saltenhas, empanadas, arepas). Quarto bonito, limpo e com camas super confortáveis. Estava a trabalho e solicitamos para fazer o checkout um pouco mais tarde, pedido que foi atendido.

Breakfast was very lovely: fruits, cereal, yoghurt, different types of tea, pies, bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, juices. Location of the hotel good also. We walked to some places instead of taking transport.
