• Cornelia (8/5): In love with Brera - Die Lage ist sehr gut! Mitten im schönen Stadtteil Brera, alles war schnell erreichbar. Die Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe waren einmalig. Die Unterkunft war ruhig und hat für einen Wochenendtripp gut ausgereicht. Der Besitzer hat schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und war sehr bemüht und nett.

• christine (10/5): Exciting city - older lady on 3rd floor so helpful and interesting. An inspiration🥰 - perfect location - walking distance to the Duomo, il Castello, Pinacoteca, and even Navigli. Although the bizz of the city was on our doorstep, the apartment was secluded with entrance through a charming courtyard. We are 86 and 80 years respectively and would have preferred bar stools with back support, but we managed perfectly fine.
• Vytautas (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Good location, close to the main streets, bars and shops around. Inside was tidy and clean, safe surroundings. It is a bit dark inside, and would be good to install few ambient lights.
• Nadia (5/5): Great location, but accommodation did not provide value for money. - Great location. Brera is a wonderful part of Milan, great choice of restaurants, shops etc and walking distance to many attractions. Property was very new. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, slat base was broken so ended up dragging the mattress onto the floor. Insufficient hanging rails for towels, overall very basic provisions, lighting was too bright and not dimmable. Bedside lighting not provided.

• Stefashin (5/5): Very disappointing stay. - Nothing Very disappointing stay. First of all, we were not informed that the building had no elevator — we had to carry heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor ourselves. Second, there was loud construction going on in the neighboring apartment starting at 7 AM every day. The noise was constant, dust was getting into our space, and it was dirty and hard to breathe. The strong smell of paint and construction dust filled the apartment. There was also a dangerous step between the kitchen and the bedroom — high and awkward. Our child almost tripped and got seriously hurt. None of this was mentioned before payment. Only after we paid in full did we receive a message stating that the booking was non-refundable, so we couldn’t even cancel. A very unpleasant experience. We do not recommend it.

Sem nenhum cheiro, sem mofo, bem limpo e iluminado. Vim com a minha irmã e me senti segura - o prédio é bem familiar. O fato de não ter elevador é um pouco chato, mas isso já vem escrito na descrição do apartamento então não é uma surpresa, apenas uma constatação.

• Dominique (9/5): - Appartement bien situé, à proximité du centre historique accessible à pied et au calme. La climatisation est appréciable et permet de bien se reposer la nuit. La décoration est soignée. L'absence de grille pain, d'une table basse et de lampes de chevet.
• Cageorsage (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing just off of a main road through Milan. We are very familiar with Brera, but this was a new area of Brera for us. The city park is a 2 min walk away and takes you to the center of town through a green, leafy park. There is central air, which was also a first for me in Milan. The host is very reachable and responsive through WhatsApp. The construction next door was very loud and dusty. I had a hard time sleeping with the very flat pillows. We also had extra pillows, but 1 was dirty, and the other did not have a pillow case. Clean pillow cases were promptly brought to the apartment while we were out for the afternoon, so it wasn't really a problem.
• Jelena (10/5): Modern apartment at excellent location in Brera - The location is perfect, in a lovely old building. The host was very responsive and helpful, and there were nice amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom. It's an excellent place for a short stay. For a longer stay or if you're traveling with larger luggage, it could be a bit challenging due to the lack of a lift and the relatively small bedroom/living area. But for the two of us, for three nights, it was more than great! For short stay, everything was great.

A modern but classic flat, clean and very well equipt kitchen with all what is needed for a week of stay including coffee, bottles of water also shower, jell and shampoo. Nothing to report

• Rebecka (10/5): Clean, nice apartment - It feels newly renovated, the kitchen is small but fully functional. We used it everyday. Well cleaned. It's on the second floor, no elevator but no issue for us. It's very close to the big park. AC works very well, it can either cool down the room or heat it up. I really liked the self check-in process. Made it a lot less stressful, instructions clear and host answers on whatsapp quickly.
