Olena (4/5): Disappointing - Reasonably priced room, not far from Vancouver, Anita is a nice person. general cleaning is needed, especially in the kitchen. There is no oven, stove for cooking, no grill, which makes cooking impossible. There is no washing and dryer machine

Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - My stay went well. though my booking got a glitch where my dates were changed and when i Called Anita , she just asked me to drop by on my original date and that she will do whatever to help accommodate. I was given a room and had to switch the room for the second night. But that was not an issue at all. The main point is that she really took great care that the guests are comfortable. Nice and clean place Coffee and breakfast are also good. I will visit again.
Caroline (5/5): Unsatisfied - The location, near the airport Filthy, the door panel walls are not being cleaned. The dirty residues are sticking on them. There were hairs on the floor and bathtub walls. The old bar soap has been sitting there for ages. The breakfast served is not balanced. Lots of bread selection but no eggs, only 1 kind of cold cuts. I stayed in the basement, and there isn't a full bathroom . You have to go up to the main floor to take a shower, which is very inconvenient. I think it was overpriced.
David (1/5): Once I realized it wasn’t a hotel in an area I needed it to be, which was 10 minutes after booking, I called the Airbnb - Nothing It presented as a hotel but was a crappy Airbnb in the middle of nowhere. Try to cancel 10 minutes after booking but owner wouldn’t give my money back because they’re too cheap

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort, I highly recommend this place. Traci (1/5): Don’t do it there is enough hotels in the area for less cost management rude and doesn’t care - I did not. I showed up for the property to be a shared home in a residential property. It was listed as a hotel and even in communication they used the words hotel. It’s a large group home style place. It is not a hotel as advertised it is a shared home setting. Although they falsely advertised they didn’t refund me and I had to pay for a hotel on top of the costs. Booking.com did not stand beside the false advertisement. Do not book. The couple was very unreasonable to deal with and has since changed the wording knowing they are wrong. This is not the setting advertised still and it as expensive as a hotel. Note- this is not the comfort inn hotel chain. This is not a hotel but a room in a group home setting with kids, youth outside the home. This is not a hotel even though in your communications they try and tell you this. They were unreasonable when I told them they didn’t advertise correctly (although they changed the wording) and refused to refund me. They stated they were a hotel. I don’t mind shared settings but if I’m paying as much and told it’s a hotel then o don’t feel it’s ok to have to pay for it being falsely advertised.

Stephen (10/5): Excellent location, value and outstanding breakfast. - I was taking a flight from Abbotsford and this B&B stood out for its closeness to the airport, value for money and the fabulous breakfast it was offering. I had a comfortable nights sleep, met a few interesting fellow travellers and ate a wonderful breakfast. It was truly spectacular and even some sandwiches for onward travel. I was even able to arrange my taxi through the owner. I highly recommended this property. There was nothing I disliked about this property.

She is a very nice host and takes care of guests very well. all appliances are set up to your needs, breakfast is all around the kitchen with a sandwich bar in the center with 4 different types of meat . amazing

In the morning there was ample choices for breakfast - most of which was homemade and delicious. The owner sat and chatted with us, which was really nice, because we were scoping out a possible community to relocate to. It's a regular home turned into a bed and breakfast, so it's not so much a quaint vacation stay as a clean, friendly, comfortable place to be in Abbottsford with a welcoming staff. N/A

Personally it was close to the border and i was starting a trip the next day to cycle to Mexico! Anita helped me with my bike and bags and even accommodated to my needs by changing my room to a more cycle accessible door out the back!

We used their firepit at the back yard and it was just wonderful. The bed is just perfect. Breakfast was a lot of different pastries , muffins , 6 types of bread and bagels, meat and sandwiches . We were allowed to pack as well. good taste coffee . thank you for accommodating us great stay
