- MARGARITA (4/5): - La ubicación y que estuviera reformado, había jabón y gel. Había algunas cosas rotas que deberían haber arreglado antes de nuestra llegada: el cajón del baño estaba roto y casi se me cae en el pie, la luz del baño estaba fundida y la cerradura de la puerta principal estaba rota, con el código iba bien pero con la llave no. La limpieza no estaba bien, pelos y borra así como manchas en las sábanas ( de las que no se van pero da mala impresión). Faltaba alfombrilla de baño.

- Jim (4/5): I personally would not recommend this property until issues are resolved. - The neighborhood seemed nice and there were good restaurants on the other side of the Gran Vía. Contact was by phone only and mostly through What’s app. Someone else in the complex let us into the building. The door to the apartment was left open with the keys on the table. The door was extremely hard to lock and unlock and I was afraid that I would break the key trying to unlock the door. The thermostat was off and locked. I requested the person contacted initially, if the thermostat could be unlocked or turned on as the first night was uncomfortable not having any airflow. He stated he would ask the owner if that could happen. Also, it was a bit on the noisy side inside the building. The thermostat was never unlocked or turned on so the second night was a repeat of the first. We chose to not stay the third night and we left early.
- Migkena (7/5): Good - The apartment is really nice and the location very good. It was clean and comfortable. It was a bit loud. You could hear very clearly people from outside. And it was a bit cold in the night.
