• Sarolta (3/5): Spacious apartment with almost no decoration, temporary renovation of the building, issue with key - Spacious apartment. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment building. The information provided to pick up the keys was not correct. The keybox was not found at the location shared by the owner. We had to contact the owner, convince them that there are no keys at the location, and then wait for someone to bring a new set of keys. The outside of the apartment building is under renovation. Lots of dirt and noise during the whole day. Construction workers were working right in front of the kitchen and in front of one of the bedrooms. This is temporary, but it would have been nice to be notified by the owner beforehand -- would have cancelled this booking and found other place, where we could relax during the day in a clean envirnment. As mentioned in other comments already, toilet and shower are together, in a really small space. Shower area is just separated by a short curtain - impossible to avoid to have water on the floor in most of the bathroom after taking a shower. With long legs, it is even difficult to use the toilet, as the sink is too close in front of it. And the toilet seat needs replacement.

• Magnus (9/5): Hieno ja tilava asunto loistavalla hinta-laatusuhteella - Todella siisti ja tilava asunto meidän 4-henkiselle perheelle. Hyvä keittiövarustus ja moderni keittiö ja erittäin siistit kalusteet ja kaapistot. Ilmainen pysäköinti suoraan asunnon edustalla. Mukavat sängyt ja hiljainen alue jossa saimme hyvät yöunet. Kylpyhuone oli pienehkö ja heikko tuuletus. Keittiöstä puuttui mikroalto-uuni ja makuuhuoneessa olisi saanut olla ainakin yksi lukuvalo. Jostain syystä palovaroitin ei ollut paikoillaan?
• Gaitis Gertners (10/5): - Dzīvoklis ir ļoti plašs, gaišas telpas. Virtuve ir aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo, trauki, katliņi un visi piederumi. Ja gribat apmesties netālu no pilsētas centra, tad ļoti labs variants. Apkārtnē ir ļoti laba infrastruktūra, veikali, kafejnīcas. Viss vajadzīgais ir blakus. Aura dzīvoklim ir ļoti laba, tik labi gulējis es sen nebiju.

• Līga (8/5): Nicely arranged apartment. Convenient unless you have kids that are taking a shower. Good parking. - It was a very convenient location for us. Apartment was modern and convenient. Parking was right outside the building. Shower. That was the most ridiculous shower I have seen. Basically curtains in the toilet. If my kids would have taken the shower, they would’ve flooded the apartment, I’m afraid.

• George (9/5): Superb - Recently renovated apartment very modern. Parking just outside the building was a huge bonus. Features a double bed and two single beds which is a huge plus, instead of the usual double bed plus sofa bed combination. A bit far away from the center of Tartu, you need to walk a lot in order to reach it. The bathroom needs some finishing touches and beware of the step. I almost tripped going in for a bath.
• Dāvis (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. I will recommend this accommodation to all my friends and I will definitely use it myself the next time I am in Estonia Big apartment with 3 rooms , kitchen and wc was ideal for 4 people family!

• Anu (10/5): We could go there again :) - It was very clean, kitchen was new and looked really nice. Everything worked well and the host aswered really fast. Getting the keys was very simple. There is a shopping mall across the street where are few places to eat and a big market to buy food.
