One chair collapsed during normal use, and afterward there was an attempt to charge us via Booking for this damage. Some basic kitchen utensils were missing or worn out, and despite earlier communication, a proper frying pan and an oven tray were not provided. For a long stay, only one set of bed linen and towels was initially available, with more provided only after requests. Contact with the owner was possible, but not all promises were kept. Free parking is available in front of the building, though it is very difficult to find a spot. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this apartment for long-term stays. Robin (8/5): - Lage und Ausblick, Badewanne, Waschmaschine inkl.Trockner, Architektur des Gebäudes und der Umgebung, unkomplizierter Check-in, gute Kommunikation Viele Treppenstufen bis zum 3. OG, Parkplatzsituation, Backofen schmutzig (Vermieter hat das Problem aufgenommen und gibt es an das Reingungsteam weiter), nur IP-TV, keine Nachtschränke im Schlafzimmer. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt!
Brigitte (10/5): Perfekte und ideal gelegene Fewo für einen längeren oder kürzeren Aufenthalt - Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer nahezu perfekten Ferienwohnung verbringen können. Die Lage ist bestens, in einer ruhigen Straße im sehr beliebten Kaßberg-Viertel. Zwei Bushaltestellen und ein Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ins Zentrum (oder zum Bahnhof) gelangte ich mit dem Bus nach wenigen Fahrminuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gemütlich und modern ausgestattet und geräumig, was mir einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, neben dem Wasserkocher und dem modernen Herd hätte ich eventuell eine Mikrowelle gehabt, was aber der guten Ausstattung jetzt keinen Abbruch tat. Alle Räume und das Bad sind geräumig und einfach nur zum wohlfühlen. Die Fewo ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus und dennoch äußerst ruhig. TV und Wlan waren jederzeit verfügbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Fewo jederzeit wieder auswählen. An den Gastgeber möchte ich meinen Dank richten für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, die Kommunikation war jederzeit möglich, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich kann diese Fewo uneingeschränkt und vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Da habe ich nichts auszuführen.
