Guest Reviews
- Andrew (10/5): Modern feeling hotel which provides great facilities - Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel felt modern and fresh A little too far from the city centre to walk in especially if the weather is bad. The area is undergoing renovations and there is building work going on around the hotel
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Ber (7/5): - Breakfast was poor and some items were cold.
- brennan (10/5): -
- Brayden (8/5): Comfortable but expensive for what you get - Easy to get to via bus from Dublin Airport
Good blockout window shades
Beds were comfortable It is isolated from the main attractions in Dublin
Check in was more difficult than anticipated as it uses a self serve kiosk

- Carmen (7/5): - Que el check in sea a las 15h y check out sea a las 11 am, me parece que como mínimo debería ser las 12.
- Anthony (8/5): We came to visit hospital patient. Parking at your hotel was exhorbitant and spoilt the whole stay. - chicken and bacon stack sandwith with fries. Absolutely gorgeous Being woken at 7anm by workmen on the building opposite. Beyond your control I know but generally the Premier Inns offer peace and quiet. This was not available in your hotel
- Victoria (10/5): Amazing - Staff was lovely and the hotel was clean I didn’t dislike anything

- Michael (6/5): Good location, reasonable value for Dublin. - Breakfast was good though one member of staff was very rude. Sausages were superb and the breakfast potatoes excellent!!! The gym has a great range of equipment. Location for access to both the city and the Aviva Stadium was spot on. We booked a family room for 4 and on arrival (very late) there was only room to sleep 3. We asked for another bed, and one eventually arrived, but with no bedding or pillows. Only supplied with 2 towels. We could have done without the hassle.
- Dominic (6/5): - location no ventilation in the room, and cheap pillows
- muhammad (7/5): - Everything The bathroom must have cleaning brush
- Monteiro (2/5): Noisy rooms - Close to 3 Arena if you are going for a concert. Noisy rooms and very bad acoustic.
- John (8/5): - Great breakfast, lovely Room, it would be great if you could get a sandwich in the bar later in the evening. We were rushing to a concert and wanted a quick sandwich in the bar Couldn't get it and later after the concert could not get anything either.

- Glenn (9/5): Great location! - Hotel is in a great location for going to concerts in the 3 arena, staff were all lovely, place was clean and the rooms were nice .
- Michael (10/5): -
- Eleanor (7/5): -
- Liam (10/5): -
- Alex (6/5): Could have been better - The bed was comfortable, the hotel seemed nice, elegant in the lobby. The staff was very kind (especially Julia and our night waitress in the restaurant). The restaurant was very nice and the food and cocktails were amazing. The sauna was ok. Heating was working only if you put it on the highest available number, and we did not get information about this on our arrival. The room was ventilated but left the door open so it was stone cold. It took us 2-3 hours to feel comfortable and get a heated room. The carpet has seen better days, it was sadly dirty. Same with the duvet (linen was clean but the duvet has coffee spillages, needs to be cleaned). For this price and a wellness/spa service palette we have expected the same level of quality as in other hotels with similar profile (there were no slipper, no robes for the spa in the room prepared, the only swimming pool is opend for everytime for everyon, not only for guests, jakuzzi is 4people maximum size, same as the swimming pool-opend for everyone, just like the sauna and the swimming room). As a leisure center its ok, but not for as a guest of a 4stars hotel. The receptionist was cleaning with a hose while we tried to enjoy the jacuzzi, being afraid to get splashed by cold water just left the place. The ventilation was blowing in cold air from outside around foot high so the whole area felt cold. It is very unfortunate that it felt cold in the spa if it is 9 Celsius outside as well..
Again, it was expected a little bit higher quality of the facility, just as we had in other hotels in Dublin with similar price category and profile.
There is a balcony, opening from the rooms and in between the rooms there are no gates or anything that can prevent us from going to another room if we leave the balcony door open. Safety would be required to check on in this case. Also, you cannot smoke on the balcony, you have to go down to the first floor, out through the entrance and the lift is working only with the room key.

- Faiz (6/5): - Clean hotel. Fast check-in. Clean rooms. Fitness area and pool. Staff were friendly. Quality is low for a four star. The shower pressure was low. The room felt stuffy. Reception isn't really able to do much for you if you need more than checkin.
Decent hotel. Value wise, better stuff is around.
- William (8/5): -
- Susanne (10/5): -
- conor (7/5): - great location cost of parking was €58 for one night
- Kayleigh (10/5): Fantastic! - Comfortable bed, breakfast good value and nice food. Staff member Sandra Leonard was a gem of a lady! She made our trip and made sure to take care of whatever we needed and was just overall a lovely lady At the bar the Guinness wasn't poured correctly (one straight pour is a no for Guinness especially at the price you pay and in Dublin of all places where you expect it to be good and done correctly). Glass could have also been cleaner. However, I would still stay at this hotel. This poor pour was just from one staff member who might have been having an off day or may have been new, who knows?.
- hannah (10/5): -
- Maxime (8/5): -
- Nathan (7/5): - Easy check in The shower was bad, it was like using a garden hose to shower with. It did provide hot water but I was unable to adjust the stream from 'hose' to normal shower mode.
- Patricia (7/5): -
- natalie (8/5): - I likee rhe hotel and the staff very welcoming and a great location not enough hot vegetarian options at breakfast
- Charlie (7/5): -
- Sara (9/5): - The whole package from service to room upgrade to staff friendliness and willingness to help with any request couldn't fault our stay at all. Very nice hotel with superb location will def stay again
- Gumble90 (9/5): -
- Renjitha (8/5): - The facilities and the room. The location was great too. While some staff were very polite, some were standoffish
- Julie (7/5): Great location, staying for women’s six nation match at aviva stadium. Definitely be back! - Spacious rooms staff friendly Shower was poor water Pressure not great
- Reid (10/5): Short but sweet stay will have to return to enjoy more - Clean stylish little details like ice available for drinks great idea Nothing I would stay again
- Dorine (7/5): - Grande chambre
Déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Vue sur immeuble et rue bruyante
- Gem (10/5): -
- Nikola (10/5): - Easy to get to the hotel from airport. Super close to the 3arena. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff. Highly recommended

- Julie (8/5): Nice modern hotel in Centre of Dublin - Big hotel with all facilities you need. Smelt lovely on entry and great bar and restaurant. Location along the river for a nice walk and not too far from city centre. Rooms not that sound proof, could hear chairs moving above
- Maria (10/5): -
- denise (10/5): - Rooms very clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly A little expensive
- Kon (10/5): - Very nice
- Wouter (9/5): Good hotel, good quality. - Nice hotel, fast checkin.
Spacious and clean room.
Good coffee facilities in room. Free drinking water in room.
- Edwin (8/5): - Zentrale Lage
Große Zimmer Frühstück war nicht besonders
Alles aus der Packung
Rührei sehr schlecht
Jeden Tag dasselbe
Pool Katastrophe gehörte nicht zum Hotel
Ständig Kurse kein Platz
- Lauraine (10/5): -
- Tilottama (8/5): A good option for a just-out-of-city stay, with good options to get everywhere. - Location is convenient for not being directly in city centre. Easy to access. Checking in and out was very easy and staff were pleasant. Nothing particularly. A minibar/fridge in the room would have been nice, given it is ‘4 star’
- Daniel (8/5): Good pricey but nice - The cleanliness was exceptional bar is a bit small not much greeting staff not a fan of the automatic check in Bar too small bar a bit pricey drank elsewhere
- Laszczak (5/5): - Location Overpriced, rooms old and run down same the swiming pool area. No path robes. Way too overpriced
- Tetiana (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): -
- Ronnie Dempster (10/5): -
- Paige (10/5): -
- Debra (8/5): -
- Kirstie (8/5): Enjoyable - Comfortable bed, nice facilities in the room, breakfast was good Check in was a little hap hazard. Bar/restaurant staff pleasant but did not know times of food being served
- Adam (2/5): - Great location. Good facilities, fair price Constant noise from cleaners in the room next door. Constant slamming of doors. Avoid room 702 if you like sleep!
- Elisabetta (7/5): The location and breakfast were excellent, but the overall comfort did not meet 4-star expectations. - The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you need to attend a conference at the Dublin Convention Centre. There are also many useful amenities nearby, such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and pubs, which made the stay very convenient.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was excellent with a wide variety of choices available every morning. Having an internal restaurant was also a big plus and made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Considering this is a 4-star hotel and the price, there were some important things missing. The room did not have a fridge, slippers were not provided, and there was no way to regulate the room temperature, which made the stay less comfortable.
I was also traveling with my 4-month-old baby, and one night she was crying a lot. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next to ours were very rude and yelled at me to calm my baby because they wanted to sleep. It was a stressful and upsetting experience during our stay.
- kraag22 (8/5): -
- Suzanne (9/5): -
- Elisa (8/5): - Hotel elegante, la camera era confortevole, colazione varia. Buona posizione. Ha anche un ristorante interno.
- Rutger (9/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- Natacha (8/5): - Globalement bien. Lit double beaucoup trop petit. Chambre froide.
- Jayne (7/5): - Hotel was friendly.
Comfy beds. Beds weren't fixed, they moved, and pillows fell down the back,
Windows were dirty,
- nina (10/5): - Fast check in and out, lovely restaurant
- Liz (7/5): -
- Maxime (8/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Perfect hotel and location - Every aspect was perfect
- Cillin (2/5): Expensive disappointment - The hotel is in a very good location near the companies I was there to meet. The parking far away from the hotel and you need to pre-book with the parking to get a discount rate from the hotel. This isn't clear on the booking. It is sent in an email followup at the last paragraph.
I didn't get the room I booked. I was given a family room instead. It was very warm (no A/c) and I had to open a window to cool down and couldn't sleep with the noise from the street.
While taking a shower (its a bath with shower head) the bath started to fill. I checked if the plug was closed but it was open and partially or fully blocked. Not acceptable.
I paid 451 euros plus 40euros for parking (200-300m from the hotel), a terrible nights sleep in a room that I didn't book and had a bath while showering.
I wrote to the hotel and a lady asked me to contact her to answer my concerns. I didn't do contact her. I am simply not going to book with that hotel chain again and cannot recommend it to anybody.
- Denise (8/5): Great location for attending 3arena - Great location near the 3arena where I was attending a concert. The restaurant at the hotel was fabulous with many options.
- jen (8/5): - Pool, restaurant ,breakfast and bed was so comfortable Rooms are too hot no aircon
- Murph2 (8/5): Solid 4 star choice to avoid the high prices nearby for a little extra walk - A great value stay on the edge of all the Dublin sights. Small(er) sized but functional rooms, very good staff and customer service above and beyond. A solid and inexpensive option not in but near the heart of the city. There was free bottled water in the room. Nothing major to be honest but a few items I'd prefer.
Water seems all hot or warm, I was unable to get cold water out of the faucet.
Lacks a refrigerator and the closet is a bit small and open, no coffee station, desk shared as a TV stand.
There were no washcloths and no luggage rack in the room.
- Kevin (8/5): - I want two sheets on my bed. I wanted two sheets on my bed
- Lauren (10/5): A relaxing stay, with a very comfortable bed, great facilities, tasty breakfast with a great spread each morning, tasty - A fabulous hotel in an ideal location, really lovely modern hotel. Extremely clean and nice friendly staff Nothing - very satisfied with everything
- jacqueline (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Location is great. Facilities are top quality. The cost is high but then again there is no value to be had in Dublin at the moment
- fflur (8/5): enjoyable - plenty if space good breakfast nothing
- Patrice (8/5): -
