Niels (7/5): Owner should work on hygiene but overall we have enjoyed our stay here. - Nice location, a good 10 minutes walking from the boulevard. The appartment is old but most parts are succesfully renovated. The kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is good, great television with Netflix. The bed was not cleaned when we arrived, we found hairs of previous guests in the sheets and had no option than wash and dry all the sheet in the evening. We also had to clean the kitchen for the same reason.

Antony (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely everything, great location 4 mins walk from Mercado Centrale, 20 minutes walk to the top.of Santa Barbara, interior is amazing with a properly equipped kitchen with Bosch fridge, host left water and coffee and tea ready to go. The outside of the building and the shared stairwell looks basic but I like that, keeps things discreet. All good.

Heidi (8/5): Our home away from home! - We had everything we needed to make our holiday extra comfortable. The bed was big enough for 2. The tv had netflix. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The shower was also very clean. The location was perfect. Near everything you need * central located. The stairs could use lights during the nights.

Adam (9/5): Really good!very reccomended do stay Noany problems.Fantastic time in Alicante!Adam and Paula Poland - New apartment everything was new!Equiped wery well included washmashine and dryer mashine,we did not use but they are!Good localization 3 minutes walk to Central Market with fresh fishes ,meat,vegetables and fruits,Mecadona big supermarket 2 minutes walk!Very close few minutes to shops with fruits and vegetables,caffe bars with fresh bred 50 metres from apartment!!Apartment is not in noisy plaace,very comfortable double bed,fast internet and new big tv.Everything nice and cozy. Apartament is new so its few suggestions for owner to complete everything to be perfect: There is no kitchen rags, dish dryer without dripping spot so all water from dishes dripping to kithen table... There is no :cutting board,sharp knife,garbage bags,dishwashing sponge and it will be nice like in others apartments in Alicante to have some beach accesories like beach umbrella and blanket .
