• Courtney (7/5): Close to the Beach - Nice rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. Very persistent on cleaning our rooms every day which made us obligated to leave so they can do their job. Bathroom has a strong mildew smell and cracks on the walls. (Renovations needed)

• Renate (8/5): We truly enjoyed our stay. - It’s very close to the beach and Skaha Lake Park. We had a nice suite, recently renovated and very clean. Housekeeping was on a daily basis. On some days the swimming pool was not uncovered, even though the weather was warm. This was obviously to save costs.

• Gail (7/5): Our stay at this hotel was good. I have stayed here before and I am planning on returning soon. - I travelled with my daughter and baby granddaughter for a visit to some relatives. The location of this hotel was ideal, close to the beach, close to my relatives home. We arrived early and they accommodated our request to check in early. The staff were very friendly, made you feel comfortable. We really liked the fact that we could put the little one down for a nap and we could sit outside under some beautiful trees and visit. Hotel is currently being updated, I would only say that it needs the updating.
• Martin (7/5): Good - Nothing fancy. Very basic accommodation. Clean well maintained older motel with a nice little outdoor pool and lakefront beach and park within easy walking distance. Staff with friendly demeanour. For the price it easily met my expectations, so nothing negative to say.
• Daniel (3/5): Poor - Location Room not clean, front desk staff were jot helpful. Check out was was 11 pm and they called me at 10:40 to wake me up. Front desk guy at bight couldn’t speak proper english was hard to comunicate with him. Very poor costumer service. The walls were very thin and i could listen the other rooms tv during whole night.

That time we scared and uncomfortable feel and full night we was feel not safe. This mistake by staff because when we complained to staff then we was find , my room second key staff provided to other customer

• Cameron (9/5): I enjoyed it and would stay again. - What breakfast? Did not know one was offered? ...lol. It was a comfortable room & very quiet. Close to the beach, pool was clean. Parking was ok. 2 things need attention 1- Bathroom floor needs better cleaning 2- WiFi needs to be updated as the security encryption is old and needs to be fixed. (replace the old modem with a new one)

I liked everything about it except this one odd maid from Europe that was so insistent on giving me new hand towels after I said no and she got angry when I kept politely declining. Odd.

• Alice (5/5): Passable - Location to Skaha beach was excellent. My goodness! I spent two nights at this motel and it is difficult to recommend it, particularly the housekeeping aspect. Late in the afternoon on my first day I popped up to my room to find the room was cleaned but the carpets had not been vacuumed. I had to attend to the office to ask they be vacuumed. Also, housekeeping knocked at my door ten minutes before checkout and basically told me I need to get out of the room. I told her I still had ten minutes and was dealing with a matter on my phone. My room was above the office, but I kept being kicked out of WiFi. I booked the Basic Room but found out from other patrons they paid the same amount and got a room with a kitchenette (stove, sink, etc.) I was not offered such a room at that price.
