Guest Reviews
- Sean (8/5): A lovely central apartment to stay in. - Very central and has all the things you needed in it as they supplied all kitchen items, towels and bedding. Everything was great no issues.

- Julie (7/5): - The location was great. Close to the venue I was attending for a festival. The spiral staircase outside leading up to the apartment was a bit hard to carry a suitcase up. There weren't any towels.
- Adriana (9/5): - Good location for what we needed. Clean and tidy, great communication from host No toaster. Used the grill but kept making the smoke alarm go off. Need to have the doors wide open when using the grill.
- Melissa (10/5): Cozy and comfortable, awsome location. - It's in a great location. Very comfortable and will happily stay there again. Taking a large suitcase was not my brightest of ideas as it was very difficult with the spiral stairs.
- Kirstin (9/5): - Was nice and spacious, perfect for our 1 night stay Was a little confusing trying to figure out how to find and unlock the key box but the owner was super helpful
- HanifeV (7/5): - Great host. There was no coffee/tea/milk in the room.
- Mohammad Bin (8/5): - Nice.cozy studio apartment..lovely balcony..perfect for small family Stairs need to be fixed
- Anabel (6/5): Still happy and satisfied - Location . Apartment was good and affordable It was hard to go up the stairs carrying the luggage. Water was leaking out of the shower, no bin in the bathroom, no spatula for frying.
- Angus (2/5): -
- Rob (7/5): - Good location. Having tea and/or coffee and an ironing board would have been nice.
- Nesci (7/5): -
- Magdalena (9/5): - Very kind host, quickly respond for any questions or requests. Nice place in good location, there was a spot were we can park our car. -
- Maneesh (8/5): -
- Stephanie (6/5): - Great host and good communication. Nice residential area. The location is not very convenient unless you have a car. The kitchen was stocked but most of the pots are not in a condition I would want to cook something in. Could be a bit cleaner.

- Donna (1/5): - Nothing We got a call mid afternoon saying they double booked us and we no longer had a room.
Very poor customer service
- David (8/5): -
- Iman (10/5): Perfect for what I needed - The whole place was really nice The hairdryer needs to be replaced, kind of sounds like it’s going to explode 🤣
- Dimitar (1/5): Avoid This Property at All Costs - The owner of this property should be genuinely ashamed of the condition it’s in. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were offered for free.
After travelling for nine hours, we arrived exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay in Melbourne. Instead, we walked into a place that was completely unacceptable: the room was infested with ants, carried a strong mouldy smell, had dirty sheets, and the bed was unusable.
To put it plainly, we only stayed the night because our alternative was sleeping in the car.
When we raised these issues, the owner offered to “pay for the bug spray” we had to buy ourselves and to “fix the bed” after discovering it was broken. The so-called “sofa bed” was so stained and so poorly maintained that it genuinely looked like hard rubbish collected off the street — much like the heavily dented and dirty fridge provided in the unit.
We barely slept. In the morning, we didn’t even consider making a cup of coffee; we left immediately as soon as another hotel confirmed they could take us.
Let me be very clear: we had to change accommodation immediately for the sake of our comfort and basic hygiene. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
- John (1/5): - When we arrived the apartment was dirty
We didn’t stay and were charged the full amount around $2300.
Very dishonest host.
Not happy
- Eloisa (6/5): Spacious and bed was soft. Pillows can do better. Towels and free toiletries were from a hotel in Vietnam. Hos was respo - Location. 6minute drive to Highpoint shopping centre. The sheets in my opinion was not fresh. We saw plenty of hair on the sheet and it did nit snell fresh like someone had already used it.
- Brook (8/5): - Easy access to the city in a safe/nice location The stairs are quite a challenge as they are so narrow.
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Troy (10/5): - Local getaway Leaving
- Colin (9/5): - There was no toaster
- Cathy (6/5): - Very clean accomodation would be much better if staying for a longer period. After flying in late at night we found it a bit confusing, we went to 6 ibis but couldn't find a lock box. Almost left and as we drove around found the photo I saw of the spiral staircase. Once we parked and went up the stairs and unlocked really hanging out for a coffee but there was none. I would have thought there would be coffee and sugar and milk supplied. Had a 6 hour dive ahead of us so left by about 9 o'clock. Also a lot of light coming into the room even with all the blinds closed. Very comfortable bed though.

- Kowhai (10/5): Much appreciated - Everything. Communication was prompt and Jen was an accommodating hostess. It helps to communicate early in the booking process with queries and/or requests. Nothing to dislike
- Anish (10/5): - Good Good
- Iven (9/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): - Propre et bien agencé
- Tamas (8/5): -
- Repeka (10/5): Cute and comfortable - I loved how the balcony was all for ourselves and even better the owner was just next door so when we needed something she was there to assist. Lovely women!
- Tariq (6/5): Great value and cosy room, but issues with cleanliness - - Room was cosy, kitchen was fully equipped
- Great location (near Highpoint Mall)
- Host was helpful and accommodating - Cleanliness was sub-par, e.g. fridge and microwave had not been cleaned
- Ants everywhere - place was infested
- Aine (3/5): Poor - The location was very nice There was animal hair everywhere. There was dishes still drying on the rack even though it says in the leaving message to put stuff away. There was a bra and other stuff under the fold out sofa. And they're wasn't even a bath, so after showers the floor was very wet a slippy
- Dianne (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tobiasz (10/5): Great price, location and stay - It was super cosy and was even better in person than the photos. The owner communicated well and was so friendly. Great location too and felt very secure. The stairs were tricky to get up and down with a large suitcase. Could be a hazard. There was a lack of power points in the accomodation. But these are just very minimal feedback.
- Makeita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Nalika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Turgut (9/5): Superb - I like the distance to the city and free parking, it is perfect place for 2 people. The room is not designed for 4 people.

- Nicky (3/5): What an amazing stay this could be with a little extra preparation - The location was fantastic And the bed was super comfortable. Advertised as Melbourne views with private balcony. No view. Balcony had lots of shoes at the adjacent door. No table or chair to sit at. Shower had cheap used toiletries. Kitchen had dirty used dish cleaning utensils. Tv had no aerial connection and wifi connection named was not available.
- Tauariki (5/5): Passable -
- Yenny (7/5): Good - The room was pretty spacious The wifi kinda slow
