- Andjela (10/5): - the host is my favorite host in Vietnam even though I stayed in many cities and changed a lot of accommodation while I was here, the accommodation is ok, perfect for the price you pay, it was clean and the location is very good because everything is close to it
- Peter (8/5): -
- Madaleine (8/5): Basic and cheap - Hotel is in a really good location. The owner was really nice and accommodating. We got late check out and were able to store our luggage with him, as well as having use of a shower before we had an evening flight. Room was basic but clean. There is also no lift.
- Bruno (3/5): - La propreté laissait à désirer
Clim poussive

- aoife (5/5): - Staff were very kind. Allowed for late check out and arranged an airport transfer for us Bathroom was very very small. Very loud noise from the street especially early morning. Work us up every morning.

- Nguyen (10/5): - I highly rècommend this place for the owner’s excellent attitude and service.
The owner is very friendly, enthusiastic, and provides exceptionally attentive service.
I will come back if I have the chance to visit Hanoi again. Note:
The walls and windows, the main door ( the owner did immediately maintained it as i asked him) in the room might be a bit older than expected, but the facilities are fully equipped and quite reasonable for the price.
- Gideon (7/5): Cozy & comfortable... - Close to Old Quarter and the popular attractions like Beer Street and Train Street, Hoa Kiem Lake etc. Comfortable bed, aircon, mini- fridge, warm water, very basic, but good value for money. Outside is a bit crowded with scooters parked on the pavements.. and really all over the show.... but, this is Hanoi...
- Aviv (10/5): Would definitely come again - Very central with great AC and shower! The guy who works there made our trip so smooth with bookings of buses and attractions! Sometimes WiFi works bad
- Anthony (1/5): Dont waste your money here. - Leaving the hotel Small stffy room on the 3rd floor,no roof above so if it rains heavy your room will floid from above and from the balcony in the room.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Great location.
- Laxmi (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Great location and management very kind and helpful.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Clodagh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nikki (7/5): Good - Great location. Cute balcony. Clean room. The door to the balcony doesn’t close properly or lock so I didn’t feel very safe at night. The shutters also didn’t open so room is very dark unless the door is open.
- Sunday (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (8/5): Very good - Location No security at all, no lock on entrance door or day night staff
- Gioia (8/5): Great position and friendly staff - Great position, the room was spacious and clean. The balcony gave a great sense of freedom and a lot of light in the room.
Toilet clean
Staff very nice they were able to organise a taxi to the airport for us and late check out very nice There are many stairs to do to get to the rooms , we were on the third floor and the stairs are very narrow just to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage
- Yaakobovitz (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (7/5): Yes the hotel is right in the old quarter of hanoi - The hotel room was good value in my opinion the staff were very helpful
- David (5/5): Just OK - Good location. Large well equipped room with modern quiet A/C unit. Bed large and comfortable.
Very good value. Booked Halong Bay Tour for me. The hotel itself was very run down looking. The reception (if you could call it that) was an untidy ramshackle area. Very rarely anyone on duty if you needed advice or help. Had to communicate with staff via Booking.com app!
It’s just about OK as long as you don’t have high expectations.
- Warren (2/5): Very poor -
- Abi (6/5): Pleasant - Central location, staff were helpful with our late check in Noisiest room ever, can hear everything in the hotel and outside. Road is very noisy constant horns, shouting, music ect. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly and there was a glass panel missing from one of the vents which lead directly outside. Luckily we had no issues with insects but there was no buffer to the noise.
- Emirul (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms were spacious and comfy, location is perfect as you’re within walking distance of lots of great places, but the hotel is still very quiet and peaceful at night. Stone was so helpful throughout our trip. Thank you Stone!
- Dion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Goleco (8/5): Very good 👍 - Location is quite good. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and to most landmarks, and many shops and stores nearby.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Nice staff, Stone is good to deal with
- Agam (9/5): Superb -
- Ufuk (6/5): Pleasant - nice location. There is no external insulation. There is a lot of noise from outside. The beds are not comfortable.
- Nathalie (6/5): Pleasant - good location, friendly host. the place was quite run down and not very clean.
- Matyas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (8/5): Great location and value! - Great location. Excellent owner/manager. Very helpful with any hotel or room questions and any advice needed such as location of pharmacy, ATM. Arranged a lower price car to go to the airport at midnight. I wish the doors and windows to the balcony had a better seal. The polluted air from the Hanoi air came into to the room too much/
- Matyas (10/5): Exceptional - great place, great price, great guy running the place , very central and convenient, I will definitely come back
- Matyas (10/5): great place - vuanthuan is number 1, very helpful, the room had everything you need right in the middle of the Old Quarter, nice little balcony for street people watching, little convenience store across the street. very relaxed atmosphere, i will come back shower could use a little extra power
- Sushma (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (5/5): It was okay, the room was clean but the lobby looks abandoned. But for the price, it was fine. - I like that it's safe even though there's always no one in the hotel. Literally no one. Bathroom was a bit smelly, the lobby was not clean and doesn't look welcoming.
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Room was good size with balcony. The neighborhood is nice residential area, with nice coffee shops around. 5-10 min walk to beer street and lake. Good value for size of room. Nothing all good.
- Brigitte (8/5): Good stay with good location - Good location, room was comfortable with nice balcony
- Astrid (6/5): Pleasant - the location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the windows were darkened so one had to open to let light in (very warm) or use artificial light. also the windows were not properly closable (the mechanism was half missing), hence on a strong wind blow they would fly open.
- Leisa (6/5): Pleasant - We stayed here for one night after leaving Cat Ba island. It was good for a night, bed and a shower. We didn’t have hot water but didn’t matter.
- Antony (7/5): Good -
- Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Just an apartment in a convenient location, and that it was possible to agree on extra time because our flight was late. The photos did not match what we saw in reality, the room really needs renovation.
- Antony (8/5): Very good -
- Santana (7/5): Good - Good location, shower was nice, cute little balcony Said in the description there was gonna be a fridge but wasn't there. When it was raining loads it was dripping down the stairs from the top floor outside our bedroom
- Christopher (8/5): Convenient spot near everything you need - Great location near food and minimart and short walk from airport shuttle bus stop.
Good balcony.
Tours and transport offered immediately on check-in if you want them although I'd already booked them.
Spacious bathroom with shampoo, soap and shower gel.
Easy check-in with good communication. No fridge. Prices for transport seemed high but I'd already booked so I didn't look into it. Not owners fault but construction noise across the road.
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good -
- Ritzhel (9/5): Superb - I like the room with balcony the room are clean, Mr Ton is very helpful from the car to pick us up from the airport to the tour trip in Ning Bing and Halong bay, very accommodating, i highly recommend this hotel.. Nothing at all
- Lisette (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, nice and helpful people and a good room! No hot water, but that's not bad in the warm weather. And they said they were gonna get it fixed. Our stay was short so that would be after our stay.
- Louis (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay here, the gentleman at reception was really helpful too. - The room was really nice, clean and well maintained The hotel had a television however no streaming sites unfortunately
- Evangeline (10/5): Exceptional - It was my fiance's first time in Vietnam and we felt at home away from home. Promise to come back soon
