- Kevin (10/5): The best hotel in Giza - I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, Ali, and the entire staff. Even before I arrived, Ali was incredibly helpful with setting up tours during my stay in Giza and gave me great recommendations for food and things to do. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary water bottles and overall service were truly appreciated. Samy and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I never had to worry about a thing. Not only is the location fantastic, but the view is absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, and I hope to be back again!

If you plan to visit the Pyramids and the attractions in Cairo, make sure to arrange it directly with the hotel. The people outside the hotel who offer to take you to the Pyramids and other places charge a lot of money and are not safe. The room was very clean, and the hotel’s food was delicious.

- Sam (3/5): Disappointing, frustrating and unprofessional - Nothing We arrived at the hotel and were told that there were no rooms available (week booked a week in advance). Then, the host moved us to a new hotel, which was located in a very sketchy neighbourhood near the pyramids. The room we initially booked had a view of the pyramids, the room that they gave us instead didn’t even have a window. The hotel was super noisy (there were children screaming at 02:00 at night). We woke up super tired, which influenced our guided tour at the pyramids. The host told we could go back to the room we initially booked, but we were so fed up by the lack of compensation and the headache that we received that we decided to stay somewhere else. Maybe this is normal in Egypt, but completely unacceptable.

- SIAOMEI (1/5): A terrible accommodation experience - A terrible accommodation experience I had an absolutely horrible experience staying here. 1. I booked an airport transfer, yet they showed up more than 30 minutes late — completely unreliable. 2. I reserved a twin room, but upon arrival was told only a triple room was available and was pressured into paying for an upgrade. Completely unacceptable. 3. The room was filthy. The pillows were covered in pilling, and the bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained. It felt extremely unhygienic. 4. Most concerning of all, I strongly suspect fraudulent behavior. Two days after my stay, a perfect 10/10 review was posted from my account without my knowledge or consent. This is shocking and a serious breach of trust. This is by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
