Guest Reviews
- Muris (10/5): - I don't understand the picky reviews; yes the place is small but no smaller than a hotel room and as a bonus you get a mini kitchen. It is also immaculately clean and fully stocked with essentials including food and snacks!!
- Driscoll (10/5): Amazing experience I would highly recommend - Very warm welcomes as we got to the place, everything was clean and smelt amazing, TV provided top streaming apps and music apps. This was a beautiful experience, I’ve never been to Eagle Bay and staying at this place definitely makes me want to come back
- Floyd (10/5): - Great location, even better people! Was super tidy and easy to find .. they go above and beyond. Would recommend 😁
- Chris 10000 (10/5): A Wonderful Stay Thoroughly Recommend - This B&B has to be seen to be believed. It has everything you require and more. Beautifully maintained and managed and well stocked with breakfast goodies.
It is compact, comprising of 2 rooms; A Bedroom and Kitchen with a separate bathroom, toilet and shower. On our visit everything seemed brand new, decor included. Adults couples only and has one very large super king bed.
Located on the top of a hill, the bird life and Kangaroo's abound and it's in a very quiet location. If your early risers like us an early morning walk with a reward of a magnificent Sunrise, it is a site to behold. Eagle Bay Beach at the end of the Drive is a lovely walk and quiet, but you better be fit for the climb back up the hill :-)
The unit is attached to the main house, however Teena and Lee your hosts are very respectful of your privacy; we only saw them twice over our 2 night stay, once on arrival and once on departure.
We would stay again without hesitation. It is not a dislike because we're Aussies but some may baulk at the drive to Dunsborough restaurants, and supermarket. Only 12kms (13 mins) however bare in mind the Kangaroo's at Dawn, Dusk and night time driving. We came back at night from Dunsborough and saw loads of Roos, keeping our speed down to 50km/h.
- Tracey-Lee (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Wow! What a beautiful idyllic little place.
The hosts (Treena and Lee) have thought of and provided everything you could possibly need.
Board games, beach towels, champagne, breakfast supplies etc.
It was so lovely to just sit and enjoy the tranquillity with a glass of wine.
Lots of beautiful wildlife visiting the gardens.
Sunrise and sunset provide stunning views.
We recommend Carnarvon Castle Eagle Bay 100%

- IMAGINARO Fotos & Reisen (10/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. - Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Alles war top vorbereitet und schön. Frühstück war ebenfalls vorbereitet. Sogar ein Schaumwein stand im Kühlschrank bereit. Die Lage war für uns super.
- Peter (9/5): -
- Carroll (8/5): Quiet short stay. - Quiet, clean, large TV, location and provisions. Bed was too soft, towels had a damp smell to them.

- Charles (9/5): Klein aber oho - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung, tolles Bett, Bad Ein wenig klein, fast kein Platz für Koffer

- Peter Ian (10/5): Very nice option if you like to stay away from the buzzing town life - The hosts were very helpful and nice and there to meet me on arrival. The room with its own kitchen and entrance was well stocked for snacking and making your own breakfast. Went for a couple of nice walks up the bush track and down to the beach
- Kaye (7/5): Noel got sick at Party...allergic to Pork...Left a day early. - Good Kaye .,.,..,Good. Noel ......too soft

- lara (9/5): Great spot. - Great spot - exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay for a wedding. Bonus little things left for us to enjoy, oats / milk/eggs / bubbles. Small little room but perfect for what we needed. Recommend.

- Jennifer (7/5): I love the area but unless I win Lotto I won't be staying again. The hosts were very lovely. - Had trouble finding the house but the owners were lovely and gave me their number to call for directions. Which turned out to be easy. I found the games in the room a fantastic idea, but a note pad and pen would be a good addition. The price was compatible with the area but a little high for my taste. The room was well appointed but small compared to the local area.
- Thomas (10/5): Beautiful place, beautiful area and amazing host! - This is such a nice place in such a beautiful area. The host are amazing and offer so much. The bed is dangerously comfy so I suggest more than 1 night as you will have trouble leaving! I didn’t like that I only booked 1 night!
- Denae (9/5): -
- Lisa (7/5): - It was beautiful and clean with everything we needed I didn’t realise we were attached to the main residence so it felt like a lot of money to stay in the spare room essentially
- Susan (8/5): Small, compact studio, suitable for short stays. - Our host was very friendly and welcoming. She couldn’t do enough for us which was so lovely. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The space was smaller than expected and a little cramped. There is very little room for your own stuff as a result of so much being offered. I would have liked more storage space and we had to bring the table and chairs inside when we were eating.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- David (7/5): Lovely hosts, very helpful, but the room was too small for us (couple). - The room was very nicely appointed, bed was comfy, bathroom/shower was great. Room was tooo small, not big enough for a table and chairs. Parking on verge on the other side of road.
- Anita (9/5): Superb - Very clean, quiet & a very comfortable bed.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent self contained unit. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 100% recommend
- Sara (8/5): Location got room clean but small had to sit on bed to watch tv connecting door into owners house made it feel less priv - Location It’s a room attached to the owners house would have preferred stand alone
- Cotter (8/5): Perfect -
- Daniel (10/5): Super relaxing experience in stunning Eagle Bay. - Super relaxing experience in stunning Eagle Bay. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, beautifully presented room, everything new and clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The excellent “pantry” included made the stay extra special too - lots of goodies for snacking and breakfast, topped off with a lovely bottle of bubbly. Lots of wildlife cruising around too.
- Burke (8/5): Very pleasant - Comfortable bed, host was very welcoming and friendly, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed
- Bojan (10/5): Very comfortable and cozy stay. Would definitely recommend. - The coziness, wildlife, location and property owners were lovely to deal with. Everything was as expected. Nothing negative to say.
- Sammy-joe (10/5): We had an absolutely relaxing & re-energising stay highly recommended for a lovely peaceful get away - Snacks, breakfast, beverages & toiletries provided were absolutely beautifully thought of N/A
- Denis (9/5): Superb - Very very comfortable bed
- Nigel (9/5): A lovely location, very pretty setting and a very warm and welcoming hostess. - Tina was a very welcoming hostess and couldn’t be more helpful. It was a tad small.
- Steverson (10/5): A beautiful, well-equipped holiday house with a cozy ambiance, good outdoor space, and a welcoming host - We had an incredible stay at this holiday house! The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The spacious layout and cozy ambiance made it perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor area was a true highlight—ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. We only stayed for a day but left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!
- Samantha (8/5): Lovely spot for a quiet night away. Joined to main residence - friendly helpful hosts. - Beautiful spot close to the beach, lovely little seating area out the front. Immaculately clean with comfy bed and good shower. Tricky to access front door as air con has been mounted blocking the path. Wouldn't be suitable for a larger person unless they were able to climb little wall.
Kitchen was very well equipped but bed took up whole space so if you prepared food, limited options for where to eat if weather not so good.
- Vine (8/5): My first stay in an airbnb, a pleasant surprise. - The location was beautiful and the personal touch made it special. Fresh baked bread on arrival 👍😊 The bed was way too soft for my partner and I, we both ended up with sore backs the next day 😒
- Leanne (10/5): Gorgeous room and great location! - The room was perfect for what we needed over a 3 day weekend. Teena’s additional personal touches and attention to detail were beautiful and made the stay even better. The location is amazing. There were no spoons for cereal
