• Alexandra (5/5): Good place to stay if they will change and fix all the above. - Quiet and clean place. Good neighborhood, central and good transportation means. The owner tried to fix the problems but only some were fixed. A lot of things were broken ( AC units, shower doors, fridge, curtains). Poor communication with the owner. Some misinformation regarding the check in time. Information regarding finding the exact place and details came at the last minute. Big difference between pictures and reality. They changed the confirmed room without any notice and explication.

• Jonathan (1/5): Bad - Very bad service and service staff will not reach out to you even until the day you are going to stay. Asked for refund and there was no response at all from them. Very irresponsible.
• Nastasija (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the location and the position of the metro station, calm neighborhood too. We didnt like that it doesnt have everything listed - such as fridge, cups for 4 people (in the room for 4), not changing the sheets or towels, the sheets were not that clean (cover blanket), and elevator was not working the night we arrived, but the host is there when you need him to fix everything up, so the host is available and reacting, but our global experience was 6/10.

• Seyed (4/5): Disappointing - Great location, very big room and clean. Cheap forniture from IKEA, and poorly assebled as well. But overall a nice room to stay. The only BIG issue was the jacuzzi: so dirty that couln't be used and the water didn't drain as well. That's unfortunate since I booked this specific room for the jacuzzi only. Upon letting the host know and sending videos and photos, I've only been told 'sorry' and their only concern was to know if the room was flooded or not :/
• Ronaldo (1/5): Bad - we booked 2 rooms. each room had its own problems. one of the rooms had no heating and there was a problem with the shower. and the internet waves were very weak in one of the rooms. and the worst thing is that the room with the bathtub that was shown in the picture was not there at all.
• Giulia (5/5): Passable - The position was ok, room was quiet The room wasn’t properly clean and we found someone’s underwear in the drawer, we informed the staff and they said they’d come the next day to take it away without even apologising.

• Silviu (5/5): Ok-ish for the money, but with caveats - The apartment was clean, and it had exterior electronic blinds, so sunlight was not an issue in the morning. Also, the place was spacious. The video guide on how to reach the apartment was useful. There was a hair drier at the property. Access to the property is done via a website that you use to open all doors. Getting the link to the website is conditioned by paying the city tourist tax beforehand - after which you are forwarded the link. As this is unusual, you can find yoursef in the situation where you arrive to the building tired after traveling all day, and you cannot enter as there's nobody there. The link is forwarded upon request as well, but you should have access to the apartment you paid for beforehad by default. The city tax can be only be paid via PayPal or bank transfer, and it's done in a personal account, not a business one. No receipt is provided - except if you specifically request it - an operation that can take a few days to be fulfilled. The noise coming from the boulevard is not unnoticeable, it can affect sleeping in the morning. The shower provides hot water for 1.5 people taking a normal shower. By the time the second person is half-way, the water is just mildly warm. The toilet brush was broken and the handle was very short. There's no fan in the toilet, and the window just opens about 7 centimeters. The provided shower gel and hand soap were in tiny quantities. The elevator in the building is very old and doesn't look safe - even if it may technically be.

• Pete (7/5): Spartan and efficient but does a job,just don't plan to eat or drink there. - V clean and complicated entry system worked v well. The room is fine but SO soulless . No glasses or cups or cutlery. The only things not nailed down were towels, furniture and a plastic plant. The plumbing is also very loud. Flushing the toilet sounds like the Apocalypse.
• Steven (2/5): Highly do not recommend this stay. - Not much other than a nice walk to the colosseum Customer service. Not wheelchair accessible even though I asked for one. They could have easily said no this isn't a good place for you.
• Penny (8/5): Perfect stay - Really big room, very clean, very comfortable bed. TV with netflix. Whirlpool bath. Could do with some glasses, the key system is temperamental.
• Evan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, right by the train station which we wanted. We were given video directions to the room which helped a lot and the room had everything we needed, great shower, air conditioned, and was perfect for our stay
• Tamara (6/5): Overall, while the stay had its conveniences, the check-in process, lack of kitchen essentials, and uncomfortable sofa m - It was quite a nice located, not far from metro station. Well, almost everything :) 1. Check-in and check-out can be a hassle. You need Wi-Fi and a working phone to open all the doors. So, if your battery dies, there’s no way to get in. On the day of check-out, the host disabled the option to lock and unlock the door from the phone, so if you plan to leave before check-out time, be cautious—you won’t be able to re-enter the apartment. 2. There’s a small “kitchen” in the room, but there are no kitchen utensils. 3. In our room, there was a sofa instead of a bed, so make sure to read the property details carefully. The title mentioned a double bed, but the description referred to a sofa, which I overlooked before booking. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and creaky.
