Pets HAVE a supplement of €40 EUR per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge. • There are no cots or extra beds available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations of up to 10 people are accepted, including adults and children. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m. ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. Virginia (8/5): Cómodo para unos días. - El apartamento cuenta con lo esencial para pasar unos días y esta bien ubicado. En las próximidades hay cafeterías y tiendas que te salvan de un apuro,así como parada de metro. Para mi parecer las almohadas no son nada cómodas y nos encontramos unos calcetines debajo del sofá del salón,imagino de los anteriores inquilinos.

Anna (8/5): Polecamy na krotki pobyt - Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony. łatwo skomunikowany z metrem i 20 minut na pieszo do Bernabeu. Mieszkanie było posprzątane, pościel i ręczniki były na miejscu dla każdego. Kuchnia sprawna, duży prysznic. Mieliśmy z początku trochę problemów z aplikacją do otwierania drwi. Finalnie działała w porządku. Rozkładana sofa na piętrze raczej niewygodna. Na 1-2 noce ok. Reszta łóżek w porządku, wygodne.

Melody (5/5): - We reserved for 5 adults and the 2 bedroom fits 4 so 1 has to sleep in the sofa, should be okay but there were no sheets or blankets prepared. The customer service was not so good, we had a hard time acccessing since our internet was not that strong, they do not soeak english too.

CARLOS BELTRAN SALAS (4/5): Cumple sólo si lo vas a usar para dormir - La ubicación y la atención personal. En la planta de arriba te das con la cabeza en el techo si mides 1'75. En la planta de abajo tienes fresco y arriba te asas; hay mucha diferencia de temperatura. El baño también muy frío. Escalera de acceso entre plantas peligrosas; no la recomiendo con niños pequeños o para personas mayores. Mobiliario incómodo: Mesa pequeña (para 4 personas), sofás incómodos para estar sentados y para dormir, cajoneras muy deterioradas...
Necim Rezan (8/5): İngilizce bilen birisi ile irtibata geçmek daha iyi olurdu. - Temiz ve düzenliydi. Sıcak su olanağı iyi banyo temizdi. Giriş kısmı geç ısınıyor. Girişte biraz da bizim acemiliğinizden dolayı oldukça zorlandık. Sadece telefon üzerinden irtibata geçmek zor oldu. Ama hallettik.

It has the very basic amenities for a short stay.

Lydia (7/5): Demasiado pequeño para tantos - Que estaba limpio Éramos 7 y una mesa demasiado pequeña ( para 4 máximo ) en el salón cocina . Los sofá cama muy incómodo al igual que los colchones de las habitaciones . Las escaleras muy muy peligrosas , habitaciones diminutas .

Juliana (7/5): Bien mais sans plus, prix correct - Proche du métro. Grande salle de douches Beaucoup de choses sont à réparer. La table est petite, tout juste pour 4 personnes. Les escaliers menant à la chambre pour personnes à petite taille font très mal aux pieds. La chambre du bas a un lit trop petit.
Denis Flores (5/5): Si olvidas pertenencias olvídate de ellas! - La ubicación muy buena, fácil de moverte, sin embargo problemas con prendas olvidadas, que argumentan devuelven si se encuentran pero no es verdad. Nuestra estancia en Madrid fue muy placentera, no así con el servicio de hosting en este lugar. Olvidamos dos pertenencias y no tuvieron la atención de devolverlas. Cuidado si te hospedas aquí

Daniele (7/5): Piccolo ma funzionale, perfetto per 2/3 persone. - Doccia molto spaziosa e posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro con la metropolitana; la zona è tranquilla e ben servita, con diversi locali aperti 24 ore su 24. Le dimensioni delle stanze sono molto ridotte; la "camera" nel soppalco è senza finestra e con il soffitto molto basso.

Cecilia (4/5): Pequeño - La ubicación Nos alojamos una familia de 5, dos adultos y tres niños. El alojamiento tiene una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y otra con una cama de 1,05. Cuenta con sofá pero no nos dejaron sábanas con lo que no pudimos dormir cómodamente

Kristie (7/5): Good - It's small and cozy just enough for us as we only stayed overnight. It kinda felt like we were rushed because we got the message for us to check out by 11am, but at 8 am, the cleaning lady was knocking on the door.

Tashi (6/5): To communicate with the owner one had to Google translate as he didn’t speak English. However he tried his best to respo - Seemed like a fairly new setup. Bathroom was the best. Front door lock worked with a link on the phone that didn’t work couple times for us. We had to call the owner to come fix. Also the front door opened right onto the street. The place had no hangers! Operating the stove was a mystery. It would have been good to have some instructions around.
Lital (3/5): Wouldn’t come back - Was very clean and the cleaner was very nice and friendly Not a nice neighbourhood for family’s. Walk to the metro isn’t pleasant and there are no nice coffee bars/restaurants around. Also while the Appartment was very clean it’s seams like an old storage that was converted to an apartment, you can’t really open the windows and no there is no lobby so the front door is actually the door on the street which make it inconvenient to enter and exit the Appartment. Last but not least the check in process is very unfriendly and it’s hard to communicate with the owner. I’ve stayed in other properties in Madrid in the same price which were much better so I wouldn’t recommend this one to families.
