- Mohammed A (5/5): - the location Very disappointing experience. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for five people. After several calls, they provided an extra bed, but without any blanket or cover. When we asked for a blanket, we were told we had to pay 8 BHD, which is unacceptable — a bed without a blanket is not a service. Additionally, the bed in one of the rooms had visible hair (looked like pet hair), which clearly shows poor cleaning standards. The apartment also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable, especially for families. Overall, this place does not meet basic hospitality or cleanliness standards. I do not recommend staying here at all.

There was air purifier, and the owner provided plenty of free water, soft drinks, and snacks. The apartment was fully equipped, connected to the mall, and had its own parking space. - Hmmam (1/5): بإختصار مستحيل ارجع لهم - المكان عبارة عن شقق ملاك هم من يقومون بمتابعة الحجوزات مع ان الدخول لايتم الا عبر استقبال الفندق !! وليس تبع Address ( مع العلم في بوكينق ما بينوا ابدا انه تحت ادارة الملاك !) لا يوجد تنظيف غرف واذا تبي ادفع رسوم زيادة عن سعر الحجز المبالغ فيه .. اي سرير اطفال تطلبه زيادة رسوم لكل ليله ! مع ان حجزي كنت حاط فيه طفلين وعطاني هذا الخيار المناسب مع اقامة طفلين !! يعني الاطفال بس اقامتهم مجرد دخولهم للفندق بدون سرير نوم !!! كيف تفسر ما ادري !!

The apartment is very clean and air conditioning is very efficient. Inconsistent pricing scheme. Also, some rooms are far away from access point. - hanan (8/5): - نظافة الشقه والاطلالة جميله على المسبح والبحر والموقع ممتاز من المفترض ان تكون دورات المياة مجهزة بأدوات الحمام من فرشة اسنان و غطاء استحمام للرأس وادوات حلاقة كباقي الفنادق والريزدتس ولكنها كانت غير متوفره وعند الطلب من الاستقبال كانت فرشاة الاسنان ب دينارين و خمسمئة فلس و عند طلب علبة مناديل كانت ب دينارين و خمسمئة فلس كان المتوفر في الحمام شامبو وصابون و بلسم فقط

- Badr (6/5): Not recommended if you think its Address brand - The location and facilities are great I do not recommend staying at Address Residence Marassi — and I question the brand’s overall quality — due to multiple issues I encountered during my stay in a two-bedroom flat: 1. The overall cleanliness of the apartment, including furniture and walls, was below standard, with visible dirt and stains in several areas and unclean corridors. 2. The second bathroom had no hot water in the shower. 3. The washing machine was non-functional. 4. The curtains were either stuck or broken and could not be used properly. 5. Cracks in the toilet area were left unrepaired. 6. Dishwashing liquid was provided in the bathroom instead of proper hand soap. 7. Slippers are not provided complimentary; guests must pay extra if they require them. 8. Valet parking service not available; guests had to park their own vehicles. 9. Reception staff provided inaccurate and misleading information. 10. The in-room safe was locked and unavailable for use. 11. Empty body lotion in the tanks 12. Reservations made via Booking.com are not managed directly by the hotel, but rather by an external external agent . As a result, if the apartment is unsatisfactory or any hotel services are needed, guests must contact this third party. This setup undermines the brand’s commitment to service quality and falls short of basic five-star standards. Overall, the stay did not reflect the level of service, comfort, or professionalism expected from a residence under the Address brand.

Despite the high value amount paid for the rental You have to pay extra for additional items even for tissues, toilet paper, towels and pillows
