Ingrid (10/5): Spectacular Place and Very Serene - The room, view and food were spectacular. It was sl peaceful and serene. An amazing place to relax and unplug. The food was excellent and everything could be ordered very easily through WhatsApp straight to the room so you dont even need to go to the restaurant. The room we stayed in was stunning, exactly like in the pictures and included all necessities plus some unexpected extras like his &hers robes and slippers and even a wine opener. The staff were great, very attentive. Overall was an amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Since it is fairly new, there were some things they did not have yet like a full bar. Again, this is very understandable for a new hotel and being on top of a mountain.

Natacha (10/5): Séjour intimiste et ressourçant au coeur de la nature. - L’emplacement fabuleux et la gentillesse du personnel. Le fait d’être « seul au monde ». Il serait bien de mettre des brochures dans le logement pour promouvoir les prestations du spa. Et mettre des verres dans la cuisine.
Tin Tin (8/5): - This hotel feels like a hidden paradise, perfect for those looking to disconnect and relax in a peaceful natural setting. The rooms are charming and beautifully surrounded by trees, the view is spectacular, a true highlight of the stay. The food at the restaurant is good and enjoyable. Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, which is quite late, especially for guests who prefer an early start to the day. There was no room cleaning service during our two-day stay, and it seems there is no daily housekeeping service available. Improvements in housekeeping and earlier breakfast hours would make the experience better.

Erik & Willeke (8/5): Very quiet, a perfect place to relax - This is a very quiet resort, we loved that aspect! We had a beautiful view over the trees, we loved the bed, it slept very well. The staff is very nice. The food in the restaurant is good, although we would have loved more 'dominican' options, but they told us that they are working on that. We had a good stay. The arrival was a bit akward since the lady didn't speak any english and we don't speak spanish. We felt that she could have told us more about the resort, f.e. the spa/masage area, we only discovered on our last day. If she told us about it, we definitely would like to have a massage. The details for Helsinki B on booking.com are not accurate, it says Helsinki B features a sauna, a bath, a 'kitchenette where we can make meals', but it is not there. There is a sauna at the complex, not in the villa. There was no bath and the kitchenette only had a microwave and no cooking utensils.
Elisabetta (7/5): Con un alto potenziale ma da migliorare - La struttura è bellissima: tutte le case sono diverse tra loro con le loro peculiarità. Veramente curate in ogni dettaglio: la nostra aveva una parte del tetto trasparente per vedere il cielo. Inoltre si è completamente immersi nella foresta. Unica perla rara del personale Isabel: gentile e disponibile. Ci ha aiutato in varie prenotazioni e tour. Ci siamo trattenuti due notti e tra una notte e latta non sono venuti a sistemare la stanza: per un prezzo e un livello del genere la pulizia e l’ordine deve essere imprescindibile. La colazione viene servita troppo tardi e il cibo non è ben cucinato o di qualità.

Meury (9/5): Experiencia Privativa y Relajante - La ubicación es fantástica. Nos alojamos en la habitación Magua, que resultó muy confortable y con una decoración romántica. Ofrece vista al bosque y un alto nivel de privacidad, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera especial para un viaje en pareja. El desayuno, aunque de buena calidad, resultó limitado en opciones. Solo incluía un café y un plato a elegir (omelet, yogurt con granola, tostadas francesas, mangú o panini de jamón). Para agregar un adicional, el costo era de USD 13. Esta política nos dejó algo insatisfechos, ya que no se alinea con el nivel esperado de la propiedad, la categoría de las habitaciones y el valor de la tarifa por noche. Asimismo, el menú de comidas y cenas presenta precios poco razonables; por ejemplo, pagamos USD 15 más impuestos por solo tres pequeñas croquetas.
alexlapersona (10/5): Lugar y alojamiento increíbles para una escapada a la montaña - El lugar es increíble, mucho más bonito que en las fotos si cabe, todo está cuidado al milímetro y con gusto, tanto la habitación como el entorno. La piscina climatizada es una maravilla y el desayuno delicioso. 100% recomendable. Se nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos y siempre estuvieron atentos, super buen servicio. No hay nada negativo en el lugar, todo lo contrario
Manuel (10/5): Estancia de ensueño - Estancia de ensueño, cerca de la carretera y de fácil acceso. Ruta bien mantenida. Las fotos hacen justicia a la realidad con la que nos encontramos. Muy buena atención aún antes de llegar. Varios miradores de donde se puede ver El Cibao. Espacios temáticos. Los chicos del SPA, espléndidos. La cena, un espectáculo. No abundantes pero con una calidad impresionante. Algunos espacios aún en construcción pero casi no se perciben y durante nuestra estancia nadie estuvo haciendo ruido. Lo único que se me ocurre es que algunas caminerías pueden ser resbalosas si llueve y los senderos son algo confusos. Algunas áreas no están terminadas. En unos meses seguro eso estará resuelto

Me alojé en la villa de la casa del árbol, una experiencia única que ofrece un ambiente mágico. El personal brindó una atención excepcional, lo cual hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. La comida fue deliciosa, con opciones que satisfacen todos los paladares. Además, los espacios están diseñados para integrarse con la naturaleza, lo que permite disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo y revitalizante. Aunque mi visita fue por trabajo, la experiencia fue tan agradable que logré disfrutar al máximo del lugar, incluso en solo un día y una noche. Definitivamente, es un destino que recomiendo para parejas y familias que buscan desconectar y conectar con la naturaleza. ¡Un lugar imperdible!

Por otro lado se me ofrecio un masaje que me costo 90Dollares y creo que ha sido uno de loas masajes mas decepcionantes que he recibido en mi vida, despues me dijeron que la persona que suele dar los masajes no estaba y que esta persona lo suplia, quizas si no se tiene a la persona, es mejor no ofrecer nada y menos a precio que ni se paga en europa por un masaje

Jens (10/5): Exceptional - We had a night in the Tree House. Beautiful view and a beautiful Sunset. It was only for one Night, but we enjoyed it like to be on vaccation for one week.

The breathtaking scenery, with lush greenery and stunning mountain views, made for a truly relaxing escape. The cool, refreshing temperature was perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. We had a great time.
