• Ramroop (1/5): Horrible experience with broken AC and the host is not willing to process refund - I've booked this hotel on March 29th for dates May 23rd- May 26th upon arrival at the hotel I noticed the AC was not working so I used the remote the check to ensure it was turned on and it was but not blowing any air or cooling the room and it was warm in Rome in it's upper 70's so I messaged my contact via WhatsApp and he responded with few basic things to do which I'd already done like turn off and on and then the power at the entrance etc, still not working after trying what he asked me to do and the end result was the same, the AC did not worked and seems broken, I then called him and requested him to send someone over to check it and he said he cannot on my arrival day May 23rd but the next day afternoon since it will be Sunday 24th, by then It's hot and knew I was not going to be able to sleep at all as it was hot in the room, so I messaged him and told him that I'm going to check out the room and book another hotel since sending someone over to look at the situation and fix the broken AC was not going to work as I've paid you for working room with AC and I'm on vacation and don't need to go through this not being able to sleep, I've checked in the room at 6pm and left for dinner and came back and left the room at 9pm barely 3 hours in the room and only washed my hands and use 1 small towel to dry my hands, after sending him the whatsapp (message below) he responded on May 24th stating he will refund me 2 nights not 3 nights as I've used the room, I then rejected his offer (message below) as I've stated I didn't used anything but the sink and small towel to wash my hands and left for dinner and return and left the room to the new hotel I booked online with proper working AC, he did not provide the service I paid for a proper functional working room with a working AC, it's unfair and not proper for him to charged me for something I did not used or is working and he need to learn to ensure the room must be... Büyük market çok yakın mesafede. Her olanağa sahip bir tesis. Özellikle temizliye bayıldım. Guest house olmasına rağmen her gün temizleniyordu. Kahve makinesinin olması ve odaya her gün su bırakılması çok hoştu. Bence bu tesis 5 yıldızı hakk ediyor. Özellikle çalışan arkadaş Şanto'ya buradan Teşkkür ederim. Antes de llegar me había enviado una información de que me entregaban la habitación a las 14:00. El día que llegamos a Roma me cambian la hora y me dicen que a las 15:00 por no haber avisado cuando iba a ir al lugar. Al llegar a la ubicación a las 15:00 me dicen que no me pueden dar la habitación porque no estaba lista, de hecho, estaba saliendo una pareja de la habitación que nos iban a dar. En la información previa a la llegada no decían que teníamos que pagar la tasa de turista si o sí en efectivo. Pedimos pagar en tarjeta y nos dijeron que no. Terminé pagando por PayPal. Nuestra salida era el 4 de mayo y el 3 de mayo no nos limpiaron la habitación ni repusieron toallas. No nos avisaron que no iban a limpiar.

• Robin (1/5): Niemals wieder - war ein Fehler - nichts NICHT BUCHEN!!!!!!!!!! Das ganze Zimmer ist komplett heruntergekommen. Die Türen sind kaputt, die Fenster ebenfalls. Ich habe alles bereits bei Booking gemeldet. Der Host meinte nur: „Ja, sorry, wir müssen renovieren.“ Für den Preis ist das einfach nur krank. Die Kaffeemaschine im Flur, ist so laut, dass wir jeden Morgen aus dem Bett gefallen sind ca 7 uhr wenn die ersten zum Flughafen müssen.

• Isabell (7/5): War völlig okay - Die Lage war perfekt. Der Bus in Richtung Zentrum fährt in kurzen Abstand direkt vor der Tür, die Alternative ca. 2min Fußweg entfernt. Man kommt also ohne Schwierigkeiten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Außerdem gibt es viele tolle Essens-Möglichkeiten in der Straße. Fensterblick mit kleinem Balkon ging zum Innenhof. Das war schöner, als in Richtung Straße zu sehen. Aus dem Badezimmer hat sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss gerochen. Da die Badezimmertür direkt neben dem Kopfende vom Bett war, war das nicht sonderlich schön. Wenn man die Tür aber zubekommt und gut lüftet, ist es okay. Ein Tipp an den Betreiber: die Rohre regelmäßig mit Wasser durchspülen kann hier Wunder wirken.

• Georgios (9/5): Value for Money κατάλυμα! - Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Μοντέρνο και άνετο δωμάτιο για δύο άτομα που παρείχε όλα τα βασικά (τηλεόραση, ψυγείο-μπαρ, καφετιέρα, καθαρισμό και αλλαγή σεντονιών κάθε μέρα κτλ). Εύκολο και ευέλικτο check-in (μπήκαμε νωρίτερα στο δωμάτιο και υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά μας εκεί μετά το check-out για κάποιες ώρες). Φιλικό προσωπικό και σχετικά καλή τοποθεσία (περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του Αγίου Πέτρου και από τη στάση μετρό Ottaviano, βέβαια εξυπηρετούν και δύο λεωφορεία η στάση των οποίων ήταν ακριβώς από κάτω. Υπήρχε ασανσέρ (το κατάλυμα ήταν στον 5ο), ήταν ήσυχο και φωτεινό. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε! Μικρές λεπτομέρειες θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν 10/10 αυτό το κατάλυμα, π.χ. η ντουζιέρα και ο μπιντές έσταζαν, η βρύση του νιπτήρα δεν ήταν σταθερή και το AC δεν ήταν ιδιαιτέρως αποδοτικό (παρότι δεν το χρειαστήκαμε τον Μάρτιο, ίσως χρειάζεται σε άλλες εποχές). Επίσης δεν βρήκαμε τρόπο να ανάψουμε το καλοριφέρ ούτε υπήρχε κάποια άλλη μορφή θέρμανσης πέραν του AC που υπολειτουργούσε.

Woda nie spływała z prysznica podczas kąpieli ale szybko przyszedł ktoś z obsługi i udrożnienie odpływ. Lodówka nie działała chociaż była odkręcona na max i sprawdzałem przewod czy jest w sieci. Pościel na jednym z łóżek była lekko brudna

Mi è piaciuta molto la nostra stanza, il sistema di luci installato nell’impianto doccia, letto comodissimo, la vista e sopratutto la meravigliosa accoglienza di Latifa, che si è dimostrata cordiale e molto disponibile sia nel momento del check-in che del check-out, portandoci anche una stupenda colazione a letto

• pauline (7/5): Suffisant - Accueil très chaleureux. Grand lit confortable. Situation géographique à 15-20 min à pied du Vatican, et 15 min de la station de métro la plus proche Chambre assez étroite. La chambre comprend des volets roulants mais la lumière est tout de même traversante. Le bruit est au rendez vous, il n’y a pas de double vitrage vous entendez donc tout le trafic, mais également vous entendez tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres a coté. Vous êtes donc réveillés à partir de 8h30, l’heure du petit déjeuner.
• Emma (4/5): Rude and unprofessional - The rooms themselves were lovely. They were spacious and the beds were nice. The bathroom was spacious and had good facilities. The staff are extremely unhelpful. Our flight got delayed which meant we checked in late and got charged 30€ as a late check in fee. We understand that when someone is having to work back but the check in was self check-in. On one of the booking.com pages, it doesn’t say check-in ends at 11:30. When we enquired about this they told us the booking.com policies don’t apply to them. We kept messaging the staff to try to get help about the property (they had told us we were staying in the wrong room accidentally) and they would respond with a singular dot point. The on-site staff during the morning were also vaping which made the space with no windows quite gross for non-vapers. We also thought it was a bit strange when they were preparing the breakfast. We felt extremely uncomfortable with the staff and it made the experience really disappointing because otherwise the accommodation was incredible!

• Pamela (1/5): Pésima estancia y muy mal educados - Nada, nos trataron pésimo desde el primer momento. Nos insultaron solo por preguntar algo y como la respuesta era demasiado vaga, volví a preguntar y me dijo que era tonta por no entender, cuando ellos no se sabían explicar y no tenían paciencia. Incluso me dijo que le estaba “reventando el culo” por preguntar cosas que no estaban claras y cuando le dije que tuviera respeto, se burló de mí. Todo, para comenzar el personal completamente desagradable, no devolvían el dinero, sentimos miedo y por eso decidimos no tener servicio de limpieza aún cuando estaba incluido ya que no nos sentíamos seguras y el desayuno aun diciéndole que era intolerante a la lactosa todo llevaba lactosa y cuando se lo recordaba se hacía como que no estaba entendiendo lo que le estaba diciendo. Cada día teníamos que pedir que nos dieran el desayuno, porque aún siendo las 10 am aún no lo traía y cuando salíamos a pedirlo ella estaba sentada mirando la televisión. Entraron a nuestra habitación aún cuando pusimos no molestar y lo hacían cuando ellos querían.. INACEPTABLE

• Ilaria (10/5): Da tornare - Stanze piccole ma accoglienti, comode e confortevoli, siamo stati accolti dal personale che è venuto senza alcuna difficoltà incontro alle nostre esigenze dato il viaggio con 3 bambini, presente in struttura per la maggior parte della giornata, con arrivi oltre orario viene fornito un codice di entrata. Colazione in camera servita e preparata sul posto con brioche di pasticceria. Posizione perfetta come vicinanza al Vaticano, a un punto taxi e avanti il portone c’è la fermata bus che porta direttamente in centro. Zona servita da bar (uno a sinistra del portone dove fare anche i biglietti bus) ristoranti ecc. Infissi poco insonorizzati, ma per Roma dove in tanti beb nn c’è nemmeno l’infisso è tanto

• Jessica (7/5): Sans commentaire … - La propreté , et la gentillesse de la dame qui nous as accueillis Pas beaucoup d’eau chaude… Le fait qu’on as jamais eu notre petit déjeuner malgré qu’on l’attendait ….
• Cyntia (10/5): Wygodne miejscem na zwiedzanie Rzymu - Wygodne łóżka, czajnik w pokoju, na zewnątrz ekspres do kawy. W miarę cicha okolica. Pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy do samego centrum. Blisko sklepy i dobre włoskie restauracje z dobrymi cenami. Do Watykanu 30 min pieszo. Na śniadanie tost, Croissant, sok pomarańczowy i kawa (można wybrać cappuccino). Ambientowy prysznic. Bardzo czysto i pachniało w pokoju oraz ręczniki pachniały. Brak wentylacji w łazience, ale da się przeżyć. Zwykle panie przychodzą ok 8:30, ale w pokoju 505 wszystko słychać. Jeśli Pani przyjdzie wcześniej albo ktoś lubi pospać dłużej to może być lekko uciążliwe. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo wstawalysmy wcześnie na zwiedzanie, ale wyciszenie pokoju jest małe.

• Mirana Joëlys (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, mis appart le bruit de la circulation. - La proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied. Arret bus au pied de l’immeuble pour ceux qui n’aime pas marcher. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais la même chose tous les matins. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville mais nous ne nous sommes pas attendu à ce que les chambres n’étaient pas insonorisé. Première nuit, réveil à 5h du matin car la circulation commence et le bruit était assourdissant. Les nuits suivantes nous avons dû dormir avec les boules quies , heureusement que nous en avions ramené pour l’avion.
• Mariangela (9/5): Bene!! - Camere non troppo grandi ma accoglienti e dotate di tutto (anche di cassetta di sicurezza). Posizione vicino alla fermata dell’autobus e a circa 10 minuti a piedi da San Pietro e dalla fermata della metro. Zona super tranquilla ☺️

• Kasjan (5/5): Warto poszukać czegoś innego - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i dosyć przestronne pokoje. Pierwszego dnia po przyjeździe odpływ pod prysznicem był tak zapchany, ze woda wylewała sie na korytarz. Przez 2 dni nie dostaliśmy śniadania. Woda pod prysznicem letnia, odczuwalny duży dyskomfort podczas mycia. Opłata klimatyczna w wysokości 5€ od osoby za noc!
