• Jose Manuel (9/5): Apartamento muy agradable con muy pocas pegas de facil solución. - El apartamento es muy espacioso, funcional y bonito cuenta con una ubicación muy céntrica dentro de la ciudad y dentro de una zona peatonal muy tranquila. La vista de abajo desde la terraza, da al cementerio de San Rafael y San Roque, catalogado como monumento histórico y que no está en activo, pero deberia ser avisado en el anuncio para no afectar ciertas sensibilidades. En la cocina faltaban algunas cosas básicas como sal. azúcar, productos de lavadora y lavavajillas, cuyo uso es reducido y la compra en volumen no se justifica, para estancias pequeñas. Por contra todo lo del baño estaba perfecto y tambien un detalle de bienvenida.

• Salvador (8/5): Ático bien localizado - Ático con buena lmpieza,terraza al aire libre y 2 baños. Cantidad de toallas y ropa de cama suficiente Mucho espacio de armarios Buena localización a pocos minutos del centro. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón. Si es época calurosa pasarás calor en las habitaciones. La segunda cama es un nido con colchonetas de espuma donde es difícil que los niños estén cómodos del todo.

• Alison (8/5): It was fit for purpose for my trip and I was grateful I found it at such short notice. - The apartment was lovely and had everything you could need including lovely terrace, two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine. Unfortunately, it was not a holiday for me as my sister was in hospital in Tenerife but I couldn't of asked for more. It was near the supermarket, there were a few bars around, taxis just round the corner. A bit further in approximately 8 minutes in a cab was a huge shopping centre with a Primark, lots of bars and restaurants. Parking - it was quite difficult to park and parking not available outside the apartment but that's nothing to do with the host.
• Manon (10/5): I recommend ! - Great appartment, easy contact and process to get the keys, good location to visit santa cruz and to travel by bus, , clean, and great balcony !
• Nouchka (10/5): Lovely stay in a lovely appartement near everything - Very kind host (Vidal) met us at the appartment. Good information beforehand. In the center still very quiet. Great view with sunny terrace. We forgot something and host was very honest en did everything he could to help us!! Would stay here everytime we return to Tenerife!
• Odile (9/5): Large, spotless apartment close to all amenities - Large appartment with a terrace (a must!), plenty of space, very quiet, confy bed (we didn't use the second, single bedroom), kitchen well equipped, and walking distance from all the sights and amenities (supermarkets, department store, harbour, auditorium, restaurants and cafés). We were awaited at the front door when we arrived, which we like better than codes. Nice touch: a lovely bottle of wine and treats. There are no wardrobe in the main bedroom , which made hanging our clothes a problem (there is a wardrobe behind the door of the singe bedroom though, this we discovered later!) The AC is in the lounge, which makes it difficult to cool off the bedrooms. Some fans for warmer nights would be very useful.
