• Franck (5/5): Choisissez une autre location - L’emplacement Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes… De nombreuses ampoules grillés dans le couloir, pas de lumière dans la pièce de la machine à laver, GROS problème de douche. La température change tout les deux secondes. Vous entrez sous la douche, c’est ok, vous passez à l’eau froide glacée, puis vous vous ébouillantez… Je suis ainsi tombé dans la douche, j’ai failli me blesser. ( une tendinite en cours quand même…) Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois de l’aide, on nous a dit d’appeler, on a appelé personne n’a décroché… Enfin, nous prenons le soin d acheter de la lessive pour lancer la machine des serviettes avant de partir. Le lendemain, on nous dit qu il y a des taches bleues dans les serviettes, qu’on doit payer 150 euros !!!!! Nous avons refusé. Cela ressemble à de l’escroquerie. Bref. Tu loues, tu payes, tu te débrouilles avec ce que tu as. Et tu payes des trucs en plus si possible….

• Sharista (5/5): - Locatie was uitstekend. Op loopafstand metro en tram. 20/30 minuten lopen en je bent bij duomo We hadden vanaf dag 1 aangegeven dat de warm water niet constant was. Zodra je het op het allerwarmst de thermostaat draaide, werd die even gloeiend heet. Vervolgens ijskoud. Vanaf dag 1 gevraagd om ze iemand wilde sturen om er naar te kijken. Heel teleurgesteld voornamelijk omdat het mijn verjaardagweekend was. Eerst kregen we reactie om de boiler hoger te zetten. We kregen een foto om een thermostaat te draaien maar deze konden we niet vinden. Maar niemand die de moeite neemt om langs te komen. In Europa is consistent warm water toch een basis behoefte. Vooral als je met kleine kinderen bent. Heel schandalig.

• Adriano (8/5): Very good - Very good apartment in great location. walking distance to Cafe, Supermarket, restaurants and most attractions. Tram out front or Metro close by. The facilities are very good including aircon, dishwasher and WiFi. Bedroom is at rear of apartment which avoids street noise. No natural light to apartment. A front balcony would have been nice. The key lock to front door at times does not engage and you need to repeat process to enter apartment.
