Zagorka (8/5): Apartment with nice value and good location - The host was very polite and helpful,sent us a navigation via mail and answered all questions. The apartment was big, at least for eight people as they have two rooms, with two double beds. There are also two small sofas in the living room. The beds were comfortable. We had a coffee machine with coffee and filters included,so you can make coffee. The kitchen is big and you can make your food if you wish, with a lot of glasses to use. Overall a nice place to stay,near the Central station and Zoo park. The city centre is also near, around 25 m by foot but you can use the tramp or the metro to get there,for not more than 15m. There are a lot of shops, coffee places and burger joints near the building,so you can easily find something to eat or drink. It is a bit noisy in the living room, due to the tramp rail in front of the building. The balconies and windows are unusable( no handles or keys to unlock them )and there is only one window available to open,which overlooks the inside of the building. The toilet is the smallest I have ever seen and if you're a big person or have one in your group,this is not the best place to stay. The lift was working only when we checked in, and after a concert,standing for more than 4 hours,we had to climb the 5 stores by foot - the stairs are small and narrow. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy,but it's always like that near the Central station area and Chinese quarter. A bit more decoration can do this place a good refreshed look,but I guess it is saved to say it's a good apartment for good price.

Abdul (1/5): Make your trip beautiful without staying here - The location is quite not bad The smell is very bad in the entire building. Be careful, be careful, the elevator does not work sometimes and always works only when going up. There is no TV, it is only suitable for workers. The price is exaggerated, and finally, there is no parking.

Stefano (1/5): pessima esperienza - assolutamente nulla dispiace fare recensioni negative anche perché lavoro nel settore ma qui è inevitabile. le chiavi si devono andare a prendere in pieno centro città dove ovviamente non è facile fermarsi e parcheggiare e l'ufficio dista circa 1,5 km a piedi dall'appartamento. superato questo problema avrai tutte le rassicurazioni per una pronta assistenza durante il soggiorno, nella realtà spariscono e ai messaggi e alle telefonate non rispondono più. il perché é subito chiaro una volta aperta la porta dell'appartamento sempre che ci si arrivi sani e in salute. sì perché uno dei 2 era situato al 6° piano e l'ascensore non funzionava e pare, a detta di alcuni condomini, da molto tempo, dimenticate di salire le valigie fin lassù le scale sono strette e ripide. tutte le stanze trovate sporche al limite della decenza e in dotazione nella cucina il nulla... lavastoviglie senza cestello. ovviamente le rassicurazione sul parcheggio delle nostre moto subito smentite da un danno alle frecce oltre a varia sporcizia di dubbia provenienza (!) che hanno ricoperto l'interamente le moto. ed altro ancora che che è meglio non riportare

Yasin (1/5): Bad - The house wasn't like the photos. The walls and the interior weren't clean. The room door handle was broken, but they fixed it. There were no towels, so they brought them. Some of the window handles were missing, leaving the room feeling stuffy. The linens weren't as white as they looked in the pictures. We weren't satisfied at all. We thank the friends who helped.

Belinda (7/5): Spacious in an odd way with old world character - The location was excellent so close to the central station. Entry to the building was easy with a lift up to the apartment which was huge, albeit gloomy. It had reminders of the past in its unusual design due to the entire building being divided into 40 odd airbnb flats. It was 60 paces from one end of the flat to the other, a long walk to the loo. The kitchen had utensils, oven and fridge etc. and the living area looked out over the street below which was atmospheric and noisy, but the bedrooms are so far away you couldn't hear anything. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log each night. The shower was great as well. Travelling with a suitcase and with jet lag made it hard (1) to go and collect the keys and then (2) find the property without getting lost a few times on the way. The place was clean but the floors were not - could do with being mopped. It was cheaply furnished with no character except plastic greenery which I do not appreciate. The bedside tables were made from flimsy tin that wobbled and no other furniture in the bedroom not even a chair or table or place to hang clothes. There was a hang rail but it was down the hallway. Overall it's good value for money but uninspiring.

Annette (6/5): The apartment grew on me, I kept imagining how I would decorate the space! - Very close to everything including the train station m! Being a mature single traveller it was daunting to have such a large space to myself, I wish I had a book to read as there was not much else to do!

Ankur (1/5): Bad for staying with family and kids - Centrally located but the building was quite shady It wasn't clean at all. Not a comfortable stay with family and a kid. No scrub to clean utensils. 1 fan in 3 bedrooms on a hot day was quite bad. The lift was very old and not working properly with the apartment on the 6th floor. In pictures it looks much better but the apartment was in a bad condition. The toilet was extremely small with no washbasin to wash hands.

It is a cheap accommodation compared to other places so you get what you paid for. Some of the beds were broken and had bed bugs. There was no air conditioning, only one toilet and shower, the toilet is extremely small. Cleaning not amazing.

Jan_1989 (4/5): Disappointing Stay - Beds were comfortable Nothing was right with this accommodation. There were warning signs everywhere, instructing guests to keep quiet with the threat of police being called and eviction if windows were open and noise was made. Yet, the neighbors were extremely loud, with noise and music all night long. The walls were very thin, making it even worse. Many things were broken, such as window handles, creating safety hazards, and nails were sticking out of the floor, which almost injured my feet twice. The amenities were lacking, with no knives or cleaning supplies provided. The cleanliness was poor, and the apartment was not clean on arrival. Moreover, the location was in a difficult area with challenging surroundings, making it uncomfortable to walk around at night.

Chris (1/5): If you have a family stay somewhere else. - Location Noise from other guests which was intense until late on Saturday night. Lack of smoke detectors - there was only one located in one of the bedrooms which didn’t seem to work, eg. not flashing and too high to try and test. No fire escape, if you were caught in the bedrooms due to fire there is no way out. There is no hand washing facilities in the toilet so you need to go to the kitchen or the bathroom when you leave the toilet. Not hygienic! The entrance vestibule dirty and wasn’t cleaned.

Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing - literally 3 minutes from the central station. Apartment is really spacious and modestly furnished - no unnecessary stuff. Great place to stay! We had situations when someone tried to get into the apartment. Before I could open it, I heard the key in the lock. It was an employee who supposedly just wanted to check some sofa, but honestly, I wouldn't want anyone walking around the apartment while I'm gone and there are my things in the apartment. I may be wrong but it seems to me that such matters are dealt with when the apartment is unrented.
Gerards (8/5): Good place to stay for few days - Pickup keys five minutes walk from Central Station. Noisy da'hood. Sometimes long line to pickup keys.
Miles (8/5): Comfortable, easy and great. - The property was huge and way over the top for a solo traveler like myself, but having your own place is a much nicer feeling than just a hotel room. The owners were incredibly lovely and communicated with me on a prompt basis always within minutes. The proximity to the train station (3 minute walk) and main centre is perfect. The room wasn’t the absolute cleanest nor did the immediate area feel the best.

Anonymous (1/5): Never again - we felt so scared for the welfare of our children we booked them into another hotel - Nice shower Most if all health and safety a huge issue!!!! An open balcony door with direct drop from sixth floor which had its handle snapped off so you were unable to lock it, I had five children in my party. Cola flavoured chewing tobacco left in sofa bed found by a three year old!!!! Lift broken we were on sixth floor two disabled children stairwell full of grime etc the table couldn’t fit our family around it, cheap plastic folding chairs stacked against the wall, notices all around the apartment threatening eviction if you made a noise to an autistic child this is a big red flag as they felt if they spoke the police would come and sirens were constant outside of the apartment my grandson was distraught 😭 no end in the curtain rail so when you open the curtain it fell onto the floor again scaring the children they simply had to leave- the pick up point from Antwerp for the keys changed this should be on the booking.com booking, when finally meeting with the ‘host’ promised the earth and he would be contactable and sent me details via watttsapp guess what he didn’t answer phone or reply to a message until 10:30 next morning (check out 11)🤬🤬🤬finally the front door to the apartment lock was broken we struggled to open the door once locked from the inside causing even more distress to our entire party. My son-law is an engineer and had to use a teaspoon to open the lock this apartment is a MAJOR BREACH of UK HEALTH AND SAFETY and should not be advertised on a uk site especially being let for family bookings. The dishwasher had its baskets removed again with a sticker saying it’s not part of the booking. My husband was on duty (police) at home and advised to remove the children immediately as I felt danger to their lives. One if the blue couches was stained with possible urine but I can’t be sure to what the fluid had been.

Natalia (10/5): In general good accommodation for group of people - The living room area is huge. We did tomorrowland trip 5 persons. Location is close to central station, downstairs market which open almost 27/7. It was good experience The noise was coming from everywhere. creaking floors and doors. You can't go to the bathroom and not wake anyone up. our reservation was for 5 people brought only two towels, we were waiting for three more towels until 11 pm. Oh the most important one key for all, no iron in the room and air conditioning, but the weather was okay we didn't need it.

Noemi (4/5): Really disappointed with the stay. Not feeling comfortable during the whole stay. I do not recommend it. - The location was close to the train station. The staff was not flexible at all with the check-in time. The floor of the apartment was not clean, neither the fridge with food of previous clients. I strongly recommend to clean the apartment and the common areas with dirt on the floor.

Gerards (9/5): Would rent for longer. - Apartment was huge. I had view on whole City center. Location of power outlets (but extenders were supplied). Missing few minor things.
Fedorenko (2/5): Very poor - check in is located at other location than apartments, Be prepared to walk another 500 m. despite this, the keys were issued quickly and all information was provided by sending message on WhatsApp when we arrived at the apartment to check in at 14:00, there was a cleaner in the room and we had to wait another half an hour until the room was cleaned. But it seems that wet cleaning was done a very long time ago. There are stains on the floor and the feeling that it is very dirty. The apartment is on the 6th floor, the elevator did not work, so I had to climb the steep stairs with my suitcases. Empty bottles and cans were strewn in the hallway. In the evening, a company of young people lived in the neighboring apartment, who screamed wildly all evening.
Makram (5/5): It could be better place - The bed was so comfortable, there was no noise thanks to the soundproof system, facilities are very new and location is central Very bad smell, Sofa was not clean, and the entrance of the building was horribly dirty. Wifi does not reach the bedroom Collecting the key was done in a separate place which cost me more to go there

Silvia (3/5): Not a great match - It is located near the station. The apartment is really old. The floor was creaky and not very clean. In one bedroom the curtain was broken and we heart noises during all the night.
Ali (1/5): Muff apartment in Antwerp - The location is good and the beds are comfortable A single toilet gets an award for records as the smallest toilet in the world . There is no hair dryer so I couldn't shower my hair. There is no TV. The internet never reaches the bedrooms. The noise from the neighbors continued during the day and at night. I could not sleep. Knock on the door several times 05h00 Am Cause us poetry. It came to pass that someone outside entered the keys and tried to break into the apartment, but it was good luck that I left the keys to the apartment in the door. There are insects between the cracks in the floor of the rooms. The toilet has no lock from the inside . The shower keeps stagnant water. The hand washer is broken. There is no locker to put clothes . There is no clothes hanger, only there is a hanger behind the mirror, which can accommodate only one person's clothes. In the kitchen floor, there is an area higher than the hall, which causes a fall. There is no floor carpet. The balcony door does not open which faces the street. The price is way too overpriced.
