• Anxhela KETA (10/5): Super - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment just 3 minutes from the Duomo the location truly couldn’t be better! The space was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I loved having a kitchen and a coffee espresso machine to start my mornings. The apartment also offers a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay in Milan! The only downside is that during the night you can hear the tramway noise.

• Haipeng (4/5): good location, very bad air condition equipment and too much noise. - no food, location is relatively good, nearby the cathedral of Milan. It also nearby the metro. 1. the air condition is bad, actually it like a cooling fan, and it has a long tube which must be place outside through window, so you have to open the window all time, then the noise outside, and misquotes will enter into the room. 2. The location is also nearby the tram, just downside the building, so it is too loud and noisy, almost can go to sleep, the sound from the tram is too loud.

• Ayşen (4/5): It was difficult to talk to an official who did not understand - Since we arrived earlier than we were supposed to, the apartment manager said we could leave our belongings in the room, but when we returned to the room, the room was wide open and our belongings were in a place where a thief could reach. There was no air conditioning in the room, there was a spkit air conditioner and it was operated by extending a pipe to the window. Since the window was left open and there was a split air conditioner, there was a lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep. The manager, who did not understand our discomfort, did not accept the room change. It was a difficult stay.

• Sasha (6/5): Great location but so noisy - It was a big apartment and very close to the duomo with lots of places to visit. The host was great too. It was incredibly loud - so much noise all night. The only air con is a loud machine which we turned off at night. However we then had the window open which ment we heard everything from trams to building work.
• Arnas (10/5): Great place and host - The location is the best - a few minutes from the Duomo, great coffee place on the other side of the street, a magnificent church full of bones in the yard. Also, there is a comfy pub for late night food and a pint just a few meters away. The apartments are nice and well prepared for the stay. Lastly, the host is just awesome and very understanding. • Nickie (10/5): Close walk to Duomo - Great communication and ease of check-in from the staff. Sophie was amazing from messaging me before landing in Milan, throughout my stay, and a follow-up message after leaving! The apartment is located in a very convenient area, just a few minutes from Duomo cathedral, where you will find many restaurants and shops to keep you busy! The apartment is an older building and has character. We didn't intend to stay in the room much, so we were fine with the simple amenities. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable, which is most important after walking around all day. I definitely recommend this apartment and consider it for future trips!

It felt like it had 0 care from the owners - the room has not a very nice deco. At night you can hear the tram noise. The airco is very noisy.
• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and spacious. Great location, few minutes walk from the cathedral. There is shop across the building and some food places nearby. Hosts Sophie and Andrea were very friendly and helpful.
• Damien (1/5): Horrible experience! - The only good thing is that it is close to the duomo This is nowhere near a luxury apartment! Ac’s don’t work at all, in august the room temperature was 31’c, tv doesn’t work, windows can’t be locked, curtains hang on with tape, beds weren’t comfortable, car parking on roof had to be accessed by an old car lift, for the price one would expect the ac’s to be modern, the ac’s were from the 1980’s and the owner put in one of those portable ac’s that kept cutting out every 2 minutes. Completely disappointed, will surely not recommend it to anyone. Do not rent this place even if its for free!

• Christine (5/5): A far cry from 'luxury.' Very basic studio, but proximity to the duomo and surrounds is excellent - Location and proximity to the Duomo was excellent. Just a short walk. Room was relatively spacious Air con very noisy and didn't work very well. Bathroom had sewerage stench and we did lose water supply during our stay but the smell cleared a bit after that

• Natalie (8/5): Besides the noise, the stay was really nice for a short city trip. - The location was perfect, just 10 minutes to the dome. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was no problem to check out later. The kitchen area was small but it was enough for our stay. It was quite loud in the apartment as the tram station was underneath. Moreover, the heating was noisy during the night.

• Yusuf (10/5): Perfect - it has a perfect location, the owner Sophia is incredibly caring, you can park your car in a very secure car park on the roof of the building, you can walk to the Duomo di Milano in a few minutes. Also the house is very clean, the facilities are very good

• Alaa (10/5): Exceptional - Sophie was really friendly and informative. The room was really spacious and clean. Nice big windows and it’s really near to the duomo! The bed is a Murphy bed, so there was a gap at the top that our pillows kept falling in.
• Lauriane (5/5): Basic non-luxury 1-night kind of stay - Host was friendly and made it very easy to arrive. Location is excellent as the duomo is only 5 mins walk. Frankly, it is dishonest to call this a luxury apartment, as it is anything but luxury. The bed is a pullout from the wall, with a mediocre mattress and only a blanket (no duvet). It looks like it has not been renovated in a very long time. The windows are single glaze and overlook one of the busiest streets, including traffic and the tram - it is very loud, and makes it almost impossible to sleep if you are not used to city noise. The description mentions this apartment is soundproof, which is also dishonest. The kitchenette is in disrepair. The bathroom was good however, clean and looks renovated. The host did not explain in their advertisement how parking works, which I feel is unfair on clients as you have to squeeze your car into an elevator to take you to a rooftop parking, it is very tricky to get the car into the elevator - with or without a large sized car. The host mentioned that many guests have scratched their car or had small breakages which is worrying. This set up - for those with a car - should be aware of this. All in all, for a cheaper 1-night stay it was fine, but it is certainly not a luxury apartment and should not be advertised as such.
