• Timotei (6/5): Pleasant - The host was super friendly. She was very responsive. Check-in went smoothly and was very close to city center, shops and beaches. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the studio was clean overall. Even though the heat was at maximum, the studio was cold on the inside. The bathroom is even smaller in reality.
• Katja (3/5): Very loud noise and unreliable host - The holiday flat is conveniently located. It's easy to reach the central parts of the city. We also enjoyed the opportunity to cook in a decently well equiped kitchen. As others have already mentioned, the equipment is rather poor. The bathroom is tiny and therefore rather difficult to use, especially for taller people (apparently the bathroom was never ment to have a shower - if you use it, everything gets wet). The backrests of both existing chairs were broken. The wifi also failed for hours at a time. Not recommended for these reasons alone. After arriving we went to bed joyfully looking forward to our first day in Helsinki. It startet earlier than expected when we were woken up by the lovely sound of a percussion drill at about 8 am - turns out not only one, but two apartments in the building were being renovated (one directly next door). We were not informed of this issue beforehand and the host refused both a partial refund and also a cancellation were we got the money for the remaining days back. She suggested to just leave the apartment for basically the entire daytime (the rennovations were ongoing from about 8 am until 5 pm). As someone recovering from illness, this was difficult to do. After that, she wasn't reachable anymore. We highly recommend this apartement to deaf people!

• Daniele (6/5): Pleasant - Good communication, Easy check in, Kitchen in Room is very nice Bathroom in 1 square meter very bad and not funcional at all. Wc Is moving and shower almost impossible. It Needs to be re-made in a different way probably.
• Jaanika-jane (9/5): The apartment was worth 65€ for sure! The location was also really good, recommended! - The host replyed fast and was friendly and the apartment was cosy and had everything what is needed. The bathroom was too tiny.
