• Nichita (6/5): - Posizione comoda, si raggiungono facilmente i punti di interesse. Personale cortese e accogliente, si sono proposti di tenerci i bagagli fino all'orario di partenza gratuitamente. Appartamento al piano terreno con porta che affaccia su un vicolo del centro molto frequentato di notte, soprattutto nel weekend. Grande confusione, ragazzini che bussavano alla porta in piena notte, odore dalla strada terribile. Camera con finestra piccola, poco circolo di aria, forte odore di umidità.
• Liam (6/5): Not a location for most people - Comfortable bed. Ok facilities and a willing host. Very unattractive location. Felt threatening, noisy, smelly, dirty - we sat rats outside. Location issue is main reason why I didn't give my normal 9/10 score. And there were glass fragments on the floor inside causing cuts to my feet which I referred to the host.
• victor hugo (7/5): Precio muy alto para poco servicio. - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Cerca del puerto y del centro. Por el mismo precio, hemos alquilado casas con 2 habitaciones y jacuzzi en ciudades cercanas. Este depto tenía escasos elementos de cocina: sólo 2 cubiertos, no había ensaladeras, ni microondas para calentar comida. Una mesa pegada a la pared con sólo 2 banquetas: muy incómodo. Y como si fuera poco, llegar hasta él fue bastante difícil. No lo puedo recomendar para gente encima de 50 años.

• MARCO (9/5): - appartamento curato e pulitissimo in un vicolo caratteristico di Napoli - posizione ottima, davvero comoda per visitare il centro storico ma non solo - semplicissimo arrivarci dalla stazione, inoltre l'host ci ha inviato un video con le indicazioni e ci ha fatto trovare una persona ad accoglierci - letto comodissimo e zona cucina dotata di tutto il necessario la televisione, come già scritto in altre recenti recensioni, non funzionava - per tutta la notte tra venerdi e sabato ci sono stati rumori, urla e vetri rotti nel vicolo e nella vicina piazzetta

• Concepción (6/5): Muy buena ubicación pero la zona no es buena - El alojamiento está totalmente reformado. La cama supletoria es pequeña pero está bien. Super bien localizado, el puerto está cerca, el metro, el centro… la ubicación es ideal La calefacción tarda mucho en funcionar. No hay mucha luz. Es un bajo y el fin de semana se escucha toda la gente de fiesta, hay mucho ruido. La calle da miedo pero en cuanto subes un poco o bajas los barrios no están mal

• Carla Alejandra (8/5): En el corazón de Nápoles - Céntrico, buena atención del personal, lugar limpio y cómodo, información clara y precisa para el check in y check out El fin de semana hay muchísimo ruido fuera de la habitación. Teniendo una pequeña cocina se agradecería contar con un poco de café para preparar por la mañana.

• Matty (7/5): Decent stay for an overnighter in Naples. Clean and good value for money. - Good location within the heart of Naples. Nice, clean room :) host was super easy to communicate with. The a/c didn’t work very well which left it a bit hot overnight. Didn’t bother me so much but it’s in a bit of a dodgy alleyway.

• Sęktas (10/5): - Jest blisko do wielu historycznych atrakcji turystycznych, tzn. odległość jest mniejsza niż 1 km. Są dosyć tanie pobliskie bary i restauracje oraz sympatyczni, miejscowi ludzie pozytywnie nastawieni do turystów. Jest niewielka odległość do portu Beverello, z którego można popłynąć m.in. na Capri, Proscidę, do Positano czy Amalfi oraz blisko do przystanku autobusowego firmy Alibus obsługującej neapolitańskie lotnisko. Jest to przystanek, który nie jest oblegany przez turystów i można na nim swobodnie wsiąść do autobusu, podczas gdy na kolejnych przystankach może dojść do sytuacji, że będzie trzeba czekać na kolejny autobus, ponieważ nie wszystkich kierowca zabierze z powodu braku miejsca wewnątrz pojazdu.
• Daniela (4/5): Não recomendo - Apartamento moderno e confortável. Localização em ponto central para acessar as zonas turísticas. Localização em um beco, onde jovens fazem muito barulho à moite (era sábado), gritando e quebrando garrafas de bebida; nos sentimos inseguros de chegar ali à noite. O check in foi em local distante do apartamento. Tivemos de andar com as malas até o local (inacessível de carro) para depois andar mais ainda até o apartamento, tudo isso num calor de quase 40°. Wifi não funcionou, e o ar-condicionado estava com defeito, demorando muito para refrescar moderadamente.

Miris vlage.Metalna stolarija(zbog kraja),bez ikakve zvucne izolacije.Dusek los.Los kraj:u ulici zive beskucnici koji su glasni doduboko u noc.Svaki dan drogiranje mladih ljudi ispred vrata a onda haoticna zurka drogiranih i pojanih mladih ispred samih vrata.Opasna situacija.Gazda ne reaguje na pozive i ne zna nirec engleskog.

• Alistair (9/5): Comfortable and clean, perfect location - The apartment was just as we expected, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our stay. A modestly equipped kitchen area with a plug-in electric hob and a standard sized refrigerator. The room itself was spacious with plenty of storage for our clothes and space for our luggage. There was a good supply of towels and toiletries and the bathroom was well laid out with more storage and good lighting. The shower was excellent with good water pressure, easily controllable and very refreshing. The heating/air conditioning in the apartment was also very good, easy to control The bed was large and very comfortable, we both slept very well most nights. We came to Naples to explore the Centro Storica and visit the many museums in the University district. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within a 20 minute walk so the location was absolutely perfect for us. A lovely added bonus was the very many beautiful churches nearby, beautiful and calm oases away from the noise and bustle in the streets. Our host, Luca, was brilliant. He was in regular contact on the day of our arrival and made sure his associate was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. He was always available if we had any issues and very kindly looked after our luggage on our check-out day until we went to the airport in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful and professional and he helped us feel very relaxed during our stay. The only downside was the noise outside the apartment at the weekend. Most nights it was busy outside until around 11pm, however Saturday night was noisy until around 2am. The neighbourhood around the apartment is in the university campus so there are a lot of students around and the local bars and restaurants are busy during the evenings. It certainly didn't spoil our stay here but be aware that the area has a vibrant nightlife!

Great location, very close to the subway station. It was quite noisy around midnight, particularly on weekends. I suppose that's why they provide earplugs.

The apartment is literally 2 minutes walking from metro stop Universita so it is easy to go around. The appartment is so clean and cozzy, hot water and all the possible things that u might need for your trip. Very, very nice appartment. Quiet area, clean appartment. I recommend it 100%

• Philpot (10/5): Very happy overall! - This property is 10/10! The owner of the property met us, helped with our bags and allowed us to leave them at the property before the check in time. Once we did check in, the property was perfect! Everything we could think of was provided for, including plugs, a place to cook and even small things for breakfast! I felt very safe in the location and it wasn’t far from any of the main attractions! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Naples, stay here! nothing, it was perfect!
